Optimalisasi Jaringan Pipa Air Minum di Kota Maumere Kabupaten Sikka Nusa Tenggara Timur
Access to drinking water is needed for every resident. The National Urban Water Supply Project (NUWSP) aims to improve access to piped drinking water for urban communities. The NUWSP program in 2021 involved the central and local governments collaborating through funding to support the Wair Puan Regional Drinking Water Company (Perumda Air Minum Wair Pu'an, Sikka Regency). This program will optimize the drinking water supply system (SPAM) to achieve the target of 100% access to drinking water. In 2021, Perumda Wair Pu'an had 19,625 house connections, representing a 62.97% service level for residents. Raw water source data for 2021 showed a water consumption of 170.5 l/second, serving four service areas. The population concentration of Maumere City across service areas is uneven, necessitating SPAM optimization through additional water sources, pipe networks, and water reservoirs. Based on the results of the water balance analysis for the 10-year planning period, Perumda Wair Pu'an requires optimization of the drinking water pipe network through additional assets. The addition of assets in the form of 4,124 m of transmission pipes and 20,199 m of distribution pipes. The construction of new pump wells and reservoirs with a capacity of 600 m3 in zone 1 and a reservoir with a capacity of 200 m3 in zone 3. Optimization of the drinking water pipe network at Perumda Wair Pu'an will increase the current service level to 71.62%.Akses air minum perpipaan yang layak merupakan hak setiap penduduk. Kegiatan National Urban Water Supply Project (NUWSP) diselenggarakan untuk meningkatkan akses masyarakat perkotaan terhadap sistem air minum perpipaan. Program NUWSP pada tahun 2021, melibatkan pemerintah pusat dan pemerintah daerah untuk berkolaborasi melalui pembiayaan membantu Perumda Air Minum Wair Puan Kabupaten Sikka. Program ini akan melakukan optimalisasi sistem penyediaan air minum (SPAM) dalam mencapai target 100 % pelayanan akses air minum. Perumda Wair Pu’an pada Tahun 2021 telah memiliki 19.625 unit sambungan rumah dengan capaian 62,97% tingkat pelayanan bagi penduduk. Data pengukuran sumber air baku Tahun 2021 sebesar 170,5 l/detik untuk melayani 4 daerah pelayanan. Konsentrasi penduduk Kota Maumere pada daerah pelayanan belum merata sehingga memerlukan optimalisasi SPAM berupa penambahan sumber air, jaringan pipa serta tampungan air. Berdasarkan hasil analisis neraca air untuk perencanaan 10 tahun, optimalisasi jaringan pipa air minum diperlukan Perumda Wair Pu’an dengan melakukan penambahan aset. Penambahan aset berupa pipa transmisi sepanjang 4.124 m dan pipa distribusi sepanjang 20,199 m. Pembuatan sumur pompa baru berikut reservoir kapasitas 600 m3 di zona 1 dan reservoir 200 m3 di zone 3. Optimalisasi jaringan pipa air minum di Perumda Wair Pu’an ini akan menaikkan tingkat pelayanan saat ini menjadi 71,62%
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. Faktor lain yang berkontribusi terhadap kemacetan di persimpangan ini termasuk pengoperasian fasilitas lalu lintas yang buruk dan kurangnya tanggung jawab berkendara dari pengguna lain. Penting untuk mengkaji ulang hal ini karena, berdasarkan evaluasi operasional (kondisi awal), bangkitan dari kendaraan berat mengakibatkan waktu tundaan (delay), waktu terbuang/hilang (lost time), panjang antrian (queue lenght), dan kendaraan terhenti (stop rate) yang relatif tinggi. kapasitas persimpangan saat ini. Dari hasil analisa dan perhitungan data volume kendaraan, kapasitas jalan, derajat ratio jalan, tingkat pelayanan jalan, dan pertumbuhan lalu lintas selama 20 tahun kedepan dapat disimpulkan, apabila tidak dilakukan peningkatan kapasitas jalan dapat dipastikan VCR mencapai 1,88 dengan LoS E. Dengan kondisi VCR sedemikan rupa, maka dapat dipastikan biaya kerugian akibat kemacetan akan sangat tinggi
Identifikasi Keberadaan Air Tanah Menggunakan Metode Geolistrik di Desa Wolonmaget Nusa Tenggara Timur
This research aims to present a comprehensive overview of the distribution of rock layers and inform the presence of rock layers that function as aquifers (water-carrying layers) in the Wolonmaget Village area, Wolonmaget Sub-district, Alok Barat District, Sikka Regency, East Nusa Tenggara, using the method of geolectric. This research type is field research (in situ test) and uses quantitative data by directly collecting data or test samples in the field at 3 (three) observation points: GL1, GL2, and GL3. This study result show that the area being investigated through geoelectric estimation has provided a description of the rock layer conditions, both vertically and laterally. The hydrological conditions in the study area are included in a local productive aquifer system with rocks that are expected to act as aquifers, specifically Tuff Sand. Based on the geoelectric investigation, the aquifer layers identified are: GL.01 at a depth of 73.66-200.000 meters with a thickness of 138.36 meters; GL.02 at a depth of 61.64-200.000 meters with a thickness of 138.36 meters; GL.03 at a depth of 61.22-2000 meters with a thickness of 138.78 meters.Tujuan penelitian ini memberikan gambaran terkait informasi penyebaran terhadap lapisan batuan dan letak lapisan pada batuan yang memiliki fungsi akuifer yaitu lapisan pembawa air di area Kampung Wolonmaget Desa Wolonmaget Kecamatan Alok Barat Kabupaten Sikka Nusa Tenggara Timur menggunakan geolistrik sebagai metode pengujiannya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah field research (penelitian lapangan/ in situ test). Penelitian ini menggunakan data kuantitatif dengan pengambilan data atau sample uji secara langsung di lapangan sebanyak 3 (tiga) titik pengamatan yaitu: GL1, GL2, GL3. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa daerah yang diteliti melalui Penyelidikan geolistrik mampu memberikan terkait gambaran mengenai kondisi lapisan bebatuan secara lateral maupun vertikal, di mana keadaan hidrologi di area penelitian tersebut menunjukkan bahwa sistem akuifer setempat adalah akuifer yang produktif, dengan batuan yang diharapkan dapat berfungsi sebagai akuifer, yaitu pasir tufaan. Hasil yang diperoleh pada penyelidikan pendugaan geolistrik, dapat dilihat bahwa lapisan akuifer, yaitu GL.01 pada kedalaman 73.66 - 200.000 dengan tebal 138.36; GL.02 pada kedalaman 61.64 - 200.000 dengan tebal 138.36; GL.03 pada kedalaman 61.22 – 200.000 dengan tebal 138.78

We have done our best to complete the author checklist relating to the use of animals in the hut study. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
