Replication Data for: Reporting of academic degrees in high-impact medical journals

    No full text
We identified the hundred highest impact medical journals based on impact factor reported in the Journal Citation Reports published in 2018. Characteristics of each journal in regard to specialty, impact factor, primary journal focus, continent, and open access policy were obtained. Data were collected on the presence of academic degrees following author names in the title page by assessment of multiple original research articles from each journal. Approximately ten articles published in July 2018 and August 2019 were assessed for each journal. If there was any discrepancy between the print and the online version, the print version was use. There were no discrepancies within journals for the two time periods

Abstract Title: Relationship-based selling within real estate agents: A quantitative Level: Student thesis, final assignment for bachelor’s degree in business economics. Author: Andrej Stankovic och Vilmer Olofsson Supervisor: Martin Ahlenius Datum: 2024 - May   Purpose The purpose of this thesis is to investigate how individuals who have sold a property with the assistance of a real estate agent perceive the use of relationship-based selling and its dimensions, as well as to analyze how this behavior correlates with relationship quality, sales effectiveness, and customer loyalty.   Method The study employs a deductive quantitative method to collect data via a survey. The survey was distributed to individuals who had recently sold a property with the help of a real estate agent. The data was analyzed using bivariate correlation analysis and network analysis to identify relationships between the variables.   Results and discussion The results show that relationship-based selling has a strong positive impact on both customer loyalty and relationship quality. Relationship quality demonstrated strong correlations with all other measured topics. Real estate agents who use relationship-based selling are also perceived as more effective.   Conclusion The conclusion of the study is that real estate agents who engage with customers' needs and build personal relationships are more successful in creating loyal customers and effective sales. This provides valuable insights for agents who wish to improve their customer relations and increase their sales efficiency.   Thesis Contribution By deepening the understanding of how relationship-based selling impacts the real estate industry, this study offers practical recommendations for agents aiming to enhance their sales strategies and customer relationships.   Suggestions for Further Research Further research in relationship-based selling is suggested to include home buyers where a real estate agent has facilitated the transaction to explore if perceptions differ. It is also recommended to expand the studies to different cultural and geographical contexts.   Keywords: Relationship-based selling, relationship quality, sales efficiency, customer loyalty, real estate agents, long-term strateg

In this chapter, the main outcomes from the Joint Danube Survey 2 (JDS2) were shortly discussed. The importance of participation of Serbia in international surveys is underlined. Further development of the methodology of investigations of large lowland rivers was presented as one of the most important issues.U ovom poglavlju su, u kratkim crtama, predstavljeni glavni zaključci Drugog zajedničkog istraživanja Dunava (JDS2). Istaknuta je važnost učestvovanja Srbije u međunarodnim ekspedicijama, kao i daljeg razvoja metodologije istraživanja velikih ravničarskih reka.Simonović P, Simić V, Simić S, Paunović M, editors. The chapter provides the general information on the methodology used for the National Joint Danube Survey 2 Program. It comprises the description of sampling campaign and sampling sites, as well as discussion on selected investigation elements.Ovo poglavlje pruža opšte informacije o metodologiji korišćenoj tokom Nacionalnog programa Drugog zаjedničkog istraživanja reke Dunav. Sadrži program uzorkovanja i opis uzorkovanih lokaliteta, kao i diskusiju o odabranim elementima ispitivanjaSimonović P, Simić V, Simić S, Paunović M, editors. The introduction of non-native, especially invasive macroinvertebrates, has received more attention, since the man-aided outspread of the organisms was recognized as one of the major threats to the ecosystem health. Aquatic habitats are, due to their unique features, among the most disposed ecosystems regarding biological invasions. The objective of this chapter is to present the records of non-indigenous macroinvertebrate taxa according to the 2007 National Program realized within Second Joint Danube Survey and to contribute to the understanding of biological invasions. In total, 13 non-indigenous species were recorded during the investigation. An application of decentralized estimation in a fault detection problem

    No full text
This paper presents a design of a decentralized fault detection and isolation (FDI) filter by means of an overlapping decentralized estimation algorithm based on a consensus strategy. An efficient solution to the FDI problem can be obtained by an adequate system decomposition into overlapping subsystems and the construction of local FDI estimators aimed at achieving the desired performance. The general aspects and properties of a consensus based estimator are described in the first part of the paper. An applicability of such an estimator to an FDI problem in a large scale system is discussed next. Namely, a case study related to the detection of fire dissymmetry in a thermal power plant boiler is presented, including the process description and identification procedure, comparison between the results obtained by local and decentralized estimators and conclusions concerning their validity.</jats:p

Re_Claiming Rome: Mira Lanza: Framing the experience

In this project the theme of the studio "Reclaiming Rome" was interpreted with different research and design methods, which resulted in an elaborate design of not only architecture but the environment. One of the leitmotifs of the project was taking inspiration from historical evidence of Rome, implementing the arches of ancient Roman viaducts into a contemporary design; or using a courtyard as a way to frame the brownfield, which is the area itself, and, in this way, emphasise the the urban experience.Architecture, Urbanism and Building Science
