For this, different methods are used to extract characteristics from the image, then
techniques to improve the results obtained and finally, a web development that allows to carry out all the search functionalities. The project is divided into two phases, one of comparison and research and another part of software development for the creation of the application. Throughout the project we will see different technologies used for both the comparison part and for the development part of the final web. In the research and comparison we will see how to extract the descriptive vectors of different models and then compare them to obtain K similar images, which is currently called Transfer learning. Then we will apply a fine tuning to the selected model to improve the results. Once we have this model located we will go to the development of the final application in which consists of two parts: an API using the Django framework to facilitate the work and then
the Frontend using the framework of Angular which will serve to show all the images and printers, always taking into account a satisfactory user experience. During the whole project we will experiment with different things that we will see in order to obtain the results we want at the end of the project

Abstract
Objective
To define the protective effect of ischemic preconditioning on cold ischemia and reperfusion injury associated with intestinal transplantation, and the role of nitric oxide in this process.
Summary Background Data
Ischemia/reperfusion injury continues to be a significant obstacle in small bowel transplantation. Preconditioning is a mechanism that protects against this injury.
Methods
To study the capacity of preconditioning to prevent cold ischemia-associated injury and the inflammatory response associated with intestinal transplantation, the authors studied a control group of animals, cold ischemia groups with or without previous preconditioning and with or without previous administration of L-NAME or NONOS, and intestinal transplantation groups with or without previous preconditioning and with or without previous administration of L-NAME or NONOS.
Results
Histologic findings and the release of lactate dehydrogenase into the preservation solution showed that preconditioning protects against cold ischemic preservation-associated injury. Preconditioning also prevented the inflammatory response associated with intestinal transplantation, measured by the above parameters and by neutrophil recruitment in the intestine. Inhibition of nitric oxide eliminates the protective effect.
Conclusions
Preconditioning protects the intestinal grafts from cold preservation and reperfusion injury in the rat intestinal transplantation model. Nitric oxide is involved in this protection.Peer reviewe

Desarrollo y verificación de un software para el análisis de vigas continuas a torsión
No full textEn el presente trabajo de fin de grado se desarrolla un software para calcular las torsiones a las que se ve sometida una viga continua. Es decir, se resuelve el problema de una viga continua sometida a torsión en su caso general y, por tanto, incluyendo la torsión uniforme y de alabeo.
El desarrollo del software se basa en la aplicación del método directo de la rigidez siendo necesaria la obtención de la matriz de rigidez de un elemento de viga sometida a torsión general. La obtención de las leyes de esfuerzos, en este caso, torsor uniforme, torsor de alabeo, torsor total y bimomento, necesitan de las correspondientes expresiones derivadas de la solución de la ecuación diferencial de la torsión.
El método se implementa mediante Visual Basic con una interfaz en Excel, para la entrada de datos y la salida de resultados.
Una vez desarrollado, se ha verificado dicho programa mediante dos pruebas diferentes. La primera verificación se basa en la creación de cuatro casos particulares para los cuales se ha hallado su solución exacta (analítica) para, posteriormente, comparar dicha solución a los resultados del software. La segunda verificación se desarrolla a partir de un determinado ejercicio resuelto, obtenido de la literatura, con unas características de viga concretas, las cuales se introducirán en el software para comparar que los resultados de este se corresponden a los resultados del ejercicio resuelto.
En el CD se incluye el software implementado en Microsoft Excel para los alumnos de la EEBE que estén interesados en las vigas continuas sometidas a torsión
