Sektor pertanian diharapkan dapat memainkan peranan penting dalam kegiatan pembangunan daerah, pertumbuhan ekonomi maupun stabilitas nasional. Banyak harapan yang ditumpukan pada agribisnis, namun harapan yang besar tersebut perlu mempertimbangkan potensi yang ada, mencakup berbagai aspek, yaitu lingkungan strategis, permintaan, sumberdaya dan teknologi. Untuk itu maka kedudukan swasta sangat penting dalam rangka ikut andil dan berperan serta dalam pengembangan agribisnis
Kondisi usahatani sayuran saat ini telah banyak mengarah ke agroindustri karena dari banyak kasus yang diteliti bebisnis di bidang sayuran ini dapat menghasilkan keuntungan yang menjanjikan, hal ini disebabkan oleh perputaran modal yang cepat dan peluang pasar terbuka lebar. Oleh sebab itu dalam usaha agribisnis sayuran, dibutuhkan pengetahuan tentang seluk beluk dunia bisnis dimana pengetahuan bisnis dan peluang dapat dilihat secara cermat sehingga keuntungan yang diinginkan dapat tercapai.
Produk agribisnis di sepanjang supply chain sehingga sering terjadi ketimpangan antara supply dan demand yang dapat merugikan petani maupun pelanggan. Disamping itu, produk agribisnis sebagai bahan pangan memiliki karakteristik umur yang terbatas (perishable), sehingga masa jual sangat dibatasi oleh usia produk itu sendiri.
Dari uraian tersebut di atas terdapat beberapa permasalahan yang teridentifikasi, yaitu: Perusahaan perlu mempunyai suatu strategi SCM yang dapat memberikan keunggulan bersaing, baik melalui keunggulan produktivitas maupun keunggulan nilai, melalui SCM, dapat dilakukan proses perbaikan. PT Momenta Agrikultura sebagai salah satu perusahaan agribisnis selama ini mengalami perkembangan yang cukup baik dalam kegiatan produksinya. Perusahaan harus dengan tepat menyediakan bahan-bahan agar proses supply kepada pelanggan tidak terganggu.
Karena ketersediaan bahan-bahan tersebut erat kaitannya dengan pemasok sebagai pendukung dan penunjang maka bentuk kerjasama dan manajemen kemitraan dirasakan sangat penting.
Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah : 1) Memilih strategi peningkatan kinerja rantai pasok agroindustri dengan metode AHP, 2) Mengkaji factor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja rantai pasok agroindustri pada PT Momenta Agrikultura, 3) Mengidentifikasi siapasaja yang berperan dalam peningkatan kinerja rantai pasok agroindustri, dan 4) Menidentifikasi tujuan yang dimiliki oleh actor yang berperan dalam peningkatan kinerja rantai pasok agroindustri.
Penelitian ini dibatasi hanya padatingkat implementasi rantai pasok terhadap potensi kerjasama bentuk-bentuk kemitraan, pemilihan mitra serta pandangan terhadap kerjasama. Kerjasama yang diteliti meliputi perusahaan-perusahaan pemasok bahan penunjang dan petani sebagai pemasok komoditas strawberry. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Juli hingga bulan November 2009. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan survey. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan sengaja. Analisis data menggunakan metode MPE dan AHP
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian prioritas pemasok pertama yaitu family strawberry dengan nilai 2.393.039, keduaPT Plasqita dengan nilai 362.440 dan ketiga adalah PT Cakrawala Mega Indah.
Berdasarkan perhitungan menggunakan MPE prioritas pelanggan pertama adalah carefour dengan nilai 2775555, kedua giant dengan nilai 2446701, ketiga foodmart dengan nilai 2122633 dan prioritas terakhir adalah total took buah dengan nilai 821844.
Berdasarkan analisis menggunakan metode AHP Faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap strategi peningkatan kinerja rantai pasok agroindustri pada PT Momenta Agrikultura berdasarkan bobot dan rangking adalah:1)Faktor Mutu Produk (0.352), 2)Factor Ketersedian Produk (0.287), 3)Faktor Kualitas SDM (0.140), 4)Faktor Penggunaan Teknologi (0.114), 5)Faktor Ketersediaan Dana (0.107)
Aktor/pelaku yang berperan dalam strategi peningkatan kinerja rantai pasok agroindustri pada PT Momenta Agrikultura berdasarkan bobot dan rangking adalah:1)Pengusaha (0.264), 2)Petani (0.237), 3)Lembaga Penelitian (0.195), 4)Lembaga Keuangan (0.185).
Tujuan yang akan dicapai oleh pelaku yang berperan dalam strategi peningkatan kinerja rantai pasok agroindustri pada PT Momenta Agrikultura berdasarkan bobot dan rangking adalah: 1)Kualitas Produk (0.279), 2)Produktifitas dan Profitabilitas (0.197), 3)Kontinuitas Produk (0.193), 4)Kerjasama/kemitraan (0.184), 5)Kelembagaan yang kuat (0.165).

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Get PDFThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
