pengolahan ballast water yaitu advanced oxidation technology (AOT). Ballast

Ballast water treatment system (BWTS) is a system designed to save
and build biological systems that are not active. This system uses one of the
latest technologies used in processing ballast water, namely advanced oxidation
technology (AOT). Ballast water treatment system has components that function
to support the smooth operation. One example of these components are valves
and actuators. Valve actuator work is crucial to the smooth thinking of the ballast
water treatment system. Thus, the condition of valve actuators must be
considered and maintained to be in good condition, so that in consideration of
the ballast water treatment system does not require constraints.
The research method used by the author in delivering the problem is by
combining the SHEL method (Softwere, Hardwere, Environment, Livewere) to
identify the problem under study, and the method. USG (Urgency, Seriousness,
Growth) to produce priority formulation of the problem in the form of factors,
impacts and efforts to hamper the work of the valve actuator in the ballast water
treatment system.
Based on the results of research conducted by the author in the
MV. PERMATA on the date of October 7, 2016 to October 13, 2017 it can be
concluded that the causes of the inhibition of the work of the valve actuator in the
ballast water treatment system are four priority factors of the problem, namely; the
software category is in the form of the implementation of the treatment schedule
not on time, the hardware category is the Solenoid valve jam. In the Actuator, the
environment category in the form of air humidity is too high; Efforts are made from
the four priority factors by running a maintenance plan that has been printed on the
manual ballast water treatment system, taking preventive maintenance and
predictive maintenance actions, accelerating air circulation, learning about
unknown aspects through the manualbook

PROPOSED INTEGRATED MARKETING STRATEGY FOR AROMANIA PERFUMERY
Aromania perfumery is a retail chain that provides perfume refills and has many branches in major Indonesian cities. A refill perfume company based in 1988, Aromania pioneered the sale of refill perfumes. The Aroma perfume business thrives by taking advantage of the opportunity and demand of low-priced quality perfumes like famous brands. Because of this, it now has 52 self-managed branches and a hundred franchised branches. Statistics show that beauty and body care categories have increased and have large sales figures, but Aromania's sales have decreased in the last 3 years.Research was conducted using a mixed method of qualitative and quantitative approaches to analyze a Refill perfume business strategy of Aromania Perfumery. Besides collecting data from paper or research, the study includes conducting surveys with customer segments, collecting data from a store, and interviewing stakeholders to examine these business issues. The study aims to explore the issue of declining sales by conducting an external analysis of PESTEL and competitor analysis, combining this with the internal analysis of the business, and as a result, making the conclusion about the business problems that occur.Alternative strategies are developed in collaboration with TOWS to produce an inclusive proposal for marketing activities. The three strategies chosen include making a loyalty program, using a branch as an online market ambassador, and then developing an omnichannel strategy that integrates offline and online channels. Keywords: Integrated Marketing, Omnichannel, retail store

The Kulawi-Marena community is one of the communities with customary law units located in Sigi Regency, Central Sulawesi. They have inhabited the area around the forests of the Lore Lindu National Park (TNLL) long before Indonesia became a country. The Katuvua customary law system is a mechanism for effective natural resource management in preserving forests and ensuring social order, rather than the governance applied by national park managers. The writing of this article is based on research conducted by the author with the Indonesian Institute for Forest and Environment (RMI) with the support of FAO funds in 2018. Qualitative methods were used in the data collection process through Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA), in-depth interviews, and Focus Group Discussions (FGD). This article describes the customary forest management practices by the Kulawi-Marena community based on the Katuvua customary law system. Furthermore, this article shows that this practice is a form of grassroots institutional innovation that reflects "sodality" according to the understanding that has been formulated by Prof. Tjondronegoro which in this case is for the context of people outside Java. This kind of grassroots innovation in forest management based on customary law can be used as a lesson for efforts to resolve agrarian conflicts around conservation areas
