Análise das Inovações e Desafios na Produção de Biodiesel no Brasil
Get PDFThe growing demand for sustainable energy solutions has driven the implementation
of public policies aimed at promoting biodiesel in Brazil. This study aimed to analyze
the effectiveness of these policies, focusing on the contribution of biodiesel to the
national energy matrix, the environmental impacts associated with raw material
production, and the socioeconomic effects on rural communities and family farmers.
An Integrative Literature Review (ILR) was conducted following the methodology of
Souza, Silva, and Carvalho (2010), involving the careful selection of scientific articles
published in the last five years. The research resulted in the analysis of five studies
addressing various aspects of the biodiesel sector in Brazil.
The results indicate that the implemented public policies have been effective in several
aspects, such as increasing biodiesel production and consumption, contributing to the
diversification of the energy matrix and the reduction of greenhouse gas (GHG)
emissions. Additionally, the policies have promoted social inclusion and regional
development, particularly in rural areas, through the generation of jobs and income.
However, the study also highlights significant challenges, such as the need for more
sustainable agricultural practices to preserve biodiversity and the need to improve
biodiesel processing and distribution infrastructure.
In conclusion, although Brazil's biodiesel public policies have achieved significant
progress, there is a continuous need for improvement and adaptation to address the
remaining challenges. The research reinforces the importance of sustainable practices
and robust public policies to establish biodiesel as a viable and sustainable alternative
in the Brazilian energy scenario. Future studies are recommended to explore new
opportunities for improvement and ensure the long-term sustainability of the biofuel
sector.A crescente demanda por soluções energéticas sustentáveis tem impulsionado a
implementação de políticas públicas voltadas para a promoção do biodiesel no Brasil.
Este estudo teve como objetivo analisar a eficácia dessas políticas, com foco na
contribuição do biodiesel para a matriz energética nacional, os impactos ambientais
associados à produção de matérias-primas e os efeitos socioeconômicos sobre
comunidades rurais e agricultores familiares. Para isso, foi conduzida uma Revisão
Integrativa de Literatura (RIL), seguindo a metodologia de Souza, Silva e Carvalho
(2010), que envolveu a seleção criteriosa de artigos científicos publicados nos últimos
cinco anos. A pesquisa resultou na análise de cinco estudos que abordam diversos
aspectos do setor de biodiesel no Brasil.
Os resultados indicam que as políticas públicas implementadas têm sido eficazes em
vários aspectos, como o aumento da produção e do consumo de biodiesel,
contribuindo para a diversificação da matriz energética e a redução das emissões de
gases de efeito estufa (GEE). Além disso, as políticas têm promovido a inclusão social
e o desenvolvimento regional, especialmente em áreas rurais, por meio da geração
de empregos e renda. No entanto, o estudo também destaca desafios significativos,
como a necessidade de práticas agrícolas mais sustentáveis para preservar a
biodiversidade e a necessidade de aprimorar a infraestrutura de processamento e
distribuição do biodiesel.
Conclui-se que, embora as políticas públicas de biodiesel no Brasil tenham alcançado
importantes avanços, há uma necessidade contínua de aperfeiçoamento e adaptação
para enfrentar os desafios remanescentes. A pesquisa reforça a importância de
práticas sustentáveis e políticas públicas robustas para consolidar o biodiesel como
uma alternativa viável e sustentável no cenário energético brasileiro. Recomenda-se
a realização de estudos futuros para explorar novas oportunidades de melhoria e
garantir a sustentabilidade a longo prazo do setor de biocombustíveis
INTERVENÇÕES NEUROPSICOPEDAGÓGICAS PARA ALUNOS COM DIFICULDADES DE ATENÇÃO
Get PDFThis work addresses the topic of neuropsychopedagogical interventions for students with attention difficulties in the classroom. This interdisciplinary approach combines knowledge from neuroscience, cognitive psychology and pedagogy with the purpose of understanding the relationships between brain functioning, cognitive processes and the learning process. The overall goal of this approach is to provide students with attention difficulties with the tools and strategies they need to fully engage in the learning process and reach their full potential. The methodology adopted to carry out this study involved a detailed literature review on studies and research related to neuropsychopedagogical complications for students with attention difficulties. The results of this review revealed that Neuropsychopedagogy presents valuable strategies to help students with attention difficulties. Among the main approaches, the implementation of mindfulness techniques and mindfulness practices to develop students\u27 ability to focus stands out. However, it is important to highlight that this study does not exhaust the discussion on the topic, and new research and practical implementations are necessary to improve and expand knowledge in this area. Actions such as the training of educators, the inclusion of Neuropsychopedagogy in the pedagogical projects of higher education courses and collaboration between governments and education professionals are suggested to promote a more efficient and equitable education for all students.Este trabajo aborda el tema de las intervenciones neuropsicopedagógicas para estudiantes con dificultades de atención en el aula. Este enfoque interdisciplinario combina conocimientos de la neurociencia, la psicología cognitiva y la pedagogía con el propósito de comprender las relaciones entre el funcionamiento del cerebro, los procesos cognitivos y el proceso de aprendizaje. El objetivo general de este enfoque es proporcionar a los estudiantes con dificultades de atención las herramientas y estrategias que necesitan para participar plenamente en el proceso de aprendizaje y alcanzar su máximo potencial. La metodología adoptada para realizar este estudio implicó una revisión detallada de la literatura sobre estudios e investigaciones relacionados con las complicaciones neuropsicopedagógicas de estudiantes con dificultades de atención. Los resultados de esta revisión revelaron que la Neuropsicopedagogía presenta estrategias valiosas para ayudar a los estudiantes con dificultades de atención. Entre los principales enfoques destaca la implementación de técnicas y prácticas de mindfulness para desarrollar la capacidad de concentración de los estudiantes. Sin embargo, es importante resaltar que este estudio no agota la discusión sobre el tema, siendo necesarias nuevas investigaciones e implementaciones prácticas para mejorar y ampliar el conocimiento en esta área. Acciones como la formación de educadores, la inclusión de la Neuropsicopedagogía en los proyectos pedagógicos de las carreras de educación superior y la colaboración entre gobiernos y profesionales de la educación se sugieren para promover una educación más eficiente y equitativa para todos los estudiantes.O presente trabalho aborda o tema das intervenções neuropsicopedagógicas para alunos com dificuldades de atenção na sala de aula. A metodologia adotada para a realização deste estudo envolveu uma revisão bibliográfica detalhada sobre estudos e pesquisas relacionados às complicações neuropsicopedagógicas para alunos com dificuldades de atenção. Os resultados dessa revisão revelaram que a Neuropsicopedagogia apresenta estratégias valiosas para auxiliar alunos com dificuldades de atenção. Entre as principais abordagens, destacam-se a implementação de técnicas de mindfulness e práticas de atenção plena para desenvolver a capacidade de foco dos estudantes. Contudo, é importante ressaltar que esse estudo não esgota a discussão sobre o tema, e novas pesquisas e implementações práticas são necessárias para aprimorar e expandir o conhecimento nessa área. Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Get PDFThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
