No full textIl contributo si focalizza sui processi di crescita aziendale, mettendo non solo in evidenza le sottostanti motivazioni, ma anche alcune delle strategie atte a realizzare tali processi con successo ed in modo duraturo o “sostenibile”. L’articolo evidenzia inoltre il ruolo che può essere svolto da un efficace sistema di controllo di gestione, sia nella fase di progettazione degli interventi volti ad innescare la crescita, sia tramite un controllo ed un reporting in itinere ed ex-post tali da fornire un valido supporto informativo ai decision-makers. Nello specifico, il contributo analizza il caso della Colmic SpA, illustrando il percorso di crescita intrapreso, discutendone le politiche innovative implementate ed evidenziando il ruolo svolto dal sistema di controllo adottato nell’efficiente gestione delle risorse strategiche a disposizione dell’azienda

Then, it is required to improve their energy efficiency in order to favor the eco-sustainability and not to obstacle their economic impact. In this paper we study the impact of the power consumption in the design of mobile networks. The evaluation has been performed for GSM and LTE systems. The main aim is the analytical evaluation of the optimal cell radius accounting for the network sustainability and for both coverage and traffic constraints. Overall power consumption is expressed as the sum of static and dynamic terms. The former is due to BSs switch on and signaling, the latter is function of the traffic in the cell. The beneficial effects of power control on energy consumption are evaluated and compared with the non-power controlled case. Finally, reduction in power consumption for LTE respect to GSM is analyzed

Forecasts on neutrino mass constraints from the redshift-space two-point correlation function
Get PDFWe provide constraints on the accuracy with which the neutrino mass fraction, f(v), can be estimated when exploiting measurements of redshift-space distortions, describing in particular how the error on neutrino mass depends on three fundamental parameters of a characteristic galaxy redshift survey: density, halo bias and volume. In doing this, we make use of a series of dark matter halo catalogues extracted from the BASICC simulation. The mock data are analysed via a Markov Chain Monte Carlo likelihood analysis. We find a fitting function that well describes the dependence of the error on bias, density and volume, showing a decrease in the error as the bias and volume increase, and a decrease with density down to an almost constant value for high-density values. This fitting formula allows us to produce forecasts on the precision achievable with future surveys on measurements of the neutrino mass fraction. For example, a Euclid-like spectroscopic survey should be able to measure the neutrino mass fraction with an accuracy of delta f(v) approximate to 3.1 x 10(-3) (which is equivalent to delta Sigma m(v) approximate to 0.039eV), using redshift-space clustering once all the other cosmological parameters are kept fixed to the Lambda CDM case
