No full textTáto práca sa zameriava na vývoj kalibračného modelu pre astronomické teleskopy s rovníkovou montážou s cieľom zlepšiť presnosť ich zameriavania. Model je založený na deväťparametrovom vektore chýb, ktorý zohľadňuje geometrické aj mechanické odchýlky montáže. Navrhovaný prístup kombinuje analytický popis s optimalizáciou parametrov odvodenou z pozorovaných polôh hviezd a ich odchýlok od katalógových súradníc. Bolo implementované simulačné prostredie, ktoré umožňuje syntetickú validáciu modelu za kontrolovaných podmienok. Testovanie v reálnom svete s použitím senzora Astros solutions na nemeckej rovníkovej montáži preukázalo zlepšenie presnosti zameriavania o 0,02° v porovnaní s nekorigovaným stavom, čo pre našu testovaciu sadu hviezd slúži ako dobrý indikátor toho, že korekčné schopnosti modelu majú potenciál, ale potrebujú viac údajov. Výsledky potvrdzujú účinnosť navrhovanej metódy a jej použiteľnosť v praktických scenároch astronomického pozorovania

No full textTato práce poskytuje přehled nejnovějších poznatků o minulých a současných misích zahrnujících optickou komunikaci ve volném prostoru a síťové architektury. Navrhuje návrh sítě pro přenos dat ve vesmíru založený na současných technologiích a protokolech. Práce zahrnuje výpočty pro rozložení výkonu mezi uzly, umístění Lagrangeových bodů a směrování trasy, přičemž jako příklad slouží mise Psyche do hlubokého vesmíru.This thesis provides a state-of-the-art review of past and current missions involving free-space optical communications and network architectures. It proposes a design for a deep-space relay network based on current technologies and protocols. The thesis includes calculations for link power budgets between nodes, the positioning of Lagrangian points, and path routing, using the Psyche deep-space mission as a showcase.
Social law in road transport like tool safety road transport
No full textThe mission of the specialized requirements of social law in road transport is to ensure that the driver's work regime is in line with the specific requirements of the road transport transport process and also contributes to the improvement of road safety. Currently, the requirements of social legislation in the EU and the AETR contracting states are largely unclear from the driver's position. The aim of the contribution is to verify, on the basis of an analysis of social requirements for drivers in other countries, the hypothesis that regulatory requirements in EU and AETR contracting states are considerably more complicated than in selected other countries. The contribution analyses the impact of the limitations of social law in road transport on the work of drivers. It analyses requirements for freight transport drivers in the EU and compares them with requirements in chosen countries (USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand) and with requirements imposed on AETR contracting parties. No full textABSTRACT: In this thesis, the author has tried to research about several methods and techniques to transform a Gaussian input beam of a optical system into a flat-top (uniform) output beam. In practical part, approaches of geometrical and diffusers techniques are used. The model of diffuser will be experimentally confirmed during the experiment. Nicht etwa eine durchgehende, in bezug auf ein ideales Leseverhalten des perfekten Lesers abstufbare Skala von Lesepraktiken bringt die Untersuchung ans Licht, sondern eine in drei Kategorien gleichrangig zu klassifizierende Palette dieser Praktiken : Lektüren zur Entspannung (lesen « um zu träumen ») didaktische Lektüren (lesen « uni zu lernen ») und Heilslektüren (lesen, « um sich zu vervollkommnen »), keine unter ihnen auf eine rein ästhetische Lektüre (« lesen um des Lesens willen ») reduzierbar. Bei Betrachtung der Absichten, Motive, erklärten Gründe, sowie des tatsächlichen Verhaltens der befragten Personen sollten die Interessen ausgemacht werden, die über das ästhetische Vergnügen hinaus, Veranlassung zum Lesen all denen geben, die nicht - wie befundlich festgestellt - ausschließlich dem « reinen Vergnügen » zugerechnet werden können, sowie die praktischen Folgen dieses Lesens und die von ihm erhofften Wirkungen. Solche « Leseinteressen » sind prinzipiell in ihrer Geschichte, ihrer Position im sozialen Raum, in den kulturellen und bewahr-ten schulischen Hilfsquellen, in den erlangten beruflichen Positionen und in den sozial etablierten sexuellen Identitäten begründet. Die Offenlegung des sozialen Gebrauchs der Lektüre und der sie bewegenden Interessen erlaubt so bessere Einsichten in die soziale Verteilung des Leseverhaltens.The social uses of reading.
Far from revealing a gamut of reading practices that could be ranked with respect to the ideal reading performed by an accomplished reader, the study shows a series of practices that can be broken down into three categories : pleasure reading (« reading for the sake of escape »), didactic reading (« reading for the sake of learning ») and salutary reading (« reading for the sake of self-perfection »), none of which is the same as esthetic reading (« reading for the sake of reading »). By looking at the informants' intentions, motives, stated reasons, but also at their actual practices, the author attempts to bring out the interests which, apart from esthetic pleasure, incite all readers who - in the absence of the requisite conditions - remain inaccessible to «pure pleasure », the uses to which they put their readings, the effects they hope for. These « interests in reading » stem from the informants' background and their position in the social space, from their cultural and educational resources, from their professional occupation, from their socially constituted sexual identity. The uncovering of the social uses of reading and their underlying interests contributes to a fuller explanation of the social distribution of reading practices.Les usages sociaux de la lecture.
Loin de révéler un nuancier de pratiques de lecture qu'il serait possible d'ordonner par rapport à la lecture idéale du lecteur accompli, l'enquête met en évidence un répertoire de pratiques qu'il est possible de classer en trois catégories : lectures de divertissement (lire « pour s'évader »), lectures didactiques (« lire pour apprendre ») et lectures de salut (« lire pour se parfaire »), toutes irréductibles à la lecture esthète (« lire pour lire»). À travers l'étude des intentions, des motifs, des raisons déclarés, mais aussi des pratiques des enquêtes, il s'agissait de mettre au jour les intérêts qui, en dehors du plaisir esthétique, portent à lire tous ceux qui - faute des conditions requises - restent inaccessibles au « plaisir pur », les usages qu'ils font de leurs lectures, les effets qu'ils en attendent. Ces « intérêts à la lecture » trouvent leur principe dans leur histoire et leur position dans l'espace social, dans les ressources culturelles et scolaires détenues, dans les positions professionnelles occupées, dans les identités sexuelles socialement constituées. La mise au jour des usages sociaux de la lecture et des intérêts qui les sous-tendent permet alors de mieux rendre compte de la distribution sociale des pratiques de lecture.Los usos sociales de la lectura.
En esta investigación no se prétende desplegar un muestrario de prácticas de lectura, ordenándolas para compararlas luego con la lectura ideal de un lector consumado. Si se presenta un repertorio de prácticas que pueden clasificarse en tres categorías : lecturas de entretenimiento (« leer para distraerse »), lecturas didácticas (« leer para aprender ») y lecturas de salvación (« leer para superarse »), todas elles irreductibles a la lectura del esteta (« leer por la lectura en si »). A través del estudio de las intenciones, las razones y los motivos expuestos por las personas interrogadas, como también de sus prácticas, se trata de descubrir cuáles son los intereses que, independientemente del placer estético, conducen a leer a quienes -por falta de condiciones necesarias- permanecen sin tener acceso al « placer puro », que uso hacen de sus lecturas y que resultados esperan. La historia personal de los lectores, su posición en el espacio social, los recursos culturales y de escolarización, así como la posición profesional que ocupan y la identidad sexual socialmente constituida, explican tales « intereses por la lectura ». Poner de manifiesto los usos sociales de la lectura y los intereses que les sirven de sustento permite entonces reflejar mejor la distribución social de las prácticas de lectura.Mauger Gérard, Poliak Claude. Quantum-chemical study of C-H bond dissociation enthalpies of various small non-aromatic organic molecules
No full textAbstract: In this work, C-H bond dissociation enthalpies (BDE) and vertical ionization potentials (IP) for various hydrocarbons and ketones were calculated using four density functional approaches. Calculated BDEs and IPs were correlated with experimental data. The linearity of the corresponding dependences can be considered very good. Comparing two used functionals, B3LYP C-H BDE values are closer to experimental results than PBE0 values for both used basis sets. The 6-31G* basis set employed with both functionals, gives the C-H BDEs closer to the experimental values than the 6-311++G** basis set. Using the obtained linear dependences BDE exp = f (BDE calc ), the experimental values of C-H BDEs for some structurally related compounds can be estimated solely from calculations. As a descriptor of the C-H BDE, the IPs and 13 C NMR chemical shifts have been investigated using data obtained from the B3LYP/6-31G* calculations. There is a slight indication of linear correlation between IPs and C-H BDEs in the sets of simple alkanes and alkenes/ cycloalkenes. However, for cycloalkanes and aliphatic carbonyl compounds, no linear correlation was found. In the case of the 13 C NMR chemical shifts, the correlation with C-H BDEs can be found for the sets of alkanes and cycloalkanes, but for the other studied molecules, no trends were detected
