Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the Sirih Besar dance by Iwan Irawan Permadi at the Laksemana studio, Pekanbaru, Riau Province, which focuses on analysis ranging from motion, floor design, music, themes, costumes, make-up, dynamics, and staging. The Great Sirih Dance tells the story of Engku Raja Hamidah Puteri, a special woman who guards the nation's pride. King Hamidah had extensive knowledge, intelligence, determination, and customs of the country. That's why then Sultan Mahmud gave him the task of being the holder of the Royal Regalia (Sirih Besar).This research is a qualitative research. The subjects of this research are choreographers, composers, production leaders, make-up and costume artists, dancers and musicians. The object of this research is the Betel Besar dance. The research was conducted from January to September 2020. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis with data reduction techniques, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Iwan Irawan Permadi tried to raise the determination, expertise, intelligence, toughness and greatness of Engku Puteri in protecting his country. In this work, Iwan Irawan Permadi tries to create a new creation with a duration of 15 minutes. This Great Betel Dance was created in 1990 with a process of approximately 4 (four) months

Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam peneitian ini adalah teknik observasi,wawancara dan dokumentai. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Teknik Penggarapan Tari Zapin Seri Buantan Karya Iwan Irawan Permadi Di Sanggar
Laksemana Pekanbaru Provinsi Riau dimulai dari menentukan konsep dan tema garapan, selanjutnya dituangkan ke dalam gerak. Membuat desain lantai, mengatur dinamika, menyatukan gerak tari dengan, selanjutnya merancang kostum dan terakhir mempertunjukan karya ini di depan audien dengan tidak melupakan tata teknik panggung beserta Lightingnya.

Get PDFThis study aims to determine how the analysis of Kompang Gelek Karya Karya Iwan Irawan Permadi at Sanggar Laksemana Pekanbaru, Riau Province. with the method used is Descriptive Analysis with Qualitative Non-Interactive data, the theory used is the theory of Tebok Soetedjo (1983 - 1- 62) about elements or elements of dance, namely: motion, music, dynamics, floor design, themes, property, makeup, and fashion, lighting or lighting. and the theory of supporters of Sal Murgiyanto (2004: 108) about performances and audiences. with data collection techniques, namely by Non-Observation Participants, structured interviews, and documentation, Kompang Gelek Dance by Iwan Irawan Permadi is a dance based on Arabic zapin and zapin movements, the choreographer wants to make a new work different from the usual zapin dance, where this dance is zapin dance with a fast tempo, the results of the study show that there are 5 types of core movements which are then developed, using musical instruments commonly used in zapin dance and there are vocals, the dynamics of this dance namely level, motion volume, musical tempo, tempo of motion , direction to face, change of motion, the theme of this dance is entertainment, excitement, people's party, the results of the study there are 19 floor patterns found in this dance, namely straight, circular, diagonal, zigzag, makeup used, which is beautiful make-up and natural make-up, the costumes used are pink clothes and pants and yellow flower skirt, the lighting used is lighting net ral, the stage used is closed prosenium and there is no age limit for the audience

This study uses qualitative methods and research subjects totaling 4 people as speakers. Data collection techniques used that is, observation, interview, documentation. Get PDFThe purpose of this study was to determine the existence of the Janggi Water Dance by Iwan Irawan Permadi in the Laksemana Studio, Pekanbaru City, Riau Province. The theory that the researcher uses is the theory of existence by Jazuli (2016). The method used in this research is descriptive analysis, with a qualitative approach. The data collection technique used in this study is the technique of collecting data from observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study conclude that the Air Janggi Dance is one of Iwan Irawan Permadi's works which was made in 2014, based on the results of research on the Buantan zapin dance series that he created which is based on the Riau Siak zapin dance, the choreographer is interested in making this Buantan zapin dance to the contemporary innovative zapin, he created the contemporary dance Air Janggi after the zapin dance series buantan. The Air Janggi dance was first performed at the VIII PASTAKOM event in 2016, at the Sesumatra Art Performance in Jambi in 2017, and finally at the Karya "Air Janggi" performance at the Bagong Kussudiardjo Art Padepokan Yogyakarta in 2018. The existence of the dance is divided into the spatial process. and time. In the Air Janggi Dance, there are 13 kinds of movements in the Air Janggi Dance, the Air Janggi Dance is performed by 6 male dancers. The value system contained in Air Janggi Dance is religious values, traditional values, traditional values, personal values and social values. The dance creation process goes through 3 stages, namely: The exploration stage is the initial stage in making a dance work. As the work raised in this dance work is with the theme Air Janggi Dance. In the improvisation stage, the choreographer begins to create movements that match the theme raised. The choreographer includes elements of Zapin dance moves. After the improvisation stage, then the preparation of the work on the material obtained during the experiment was carried out. All movements that have been produced in the improvisation and exploration stages were reconstructed to create a dramatic plot with a clear structure

Peralihan Hak Atas Tanah Warisan Terhadap Ahli Waris Beda Agama Dalam Perspektif Hukum Positif Dan Hukum Islam
Get PDFThis research is a juridical study that examines in more depth related to legal issues regarding differences in the transfer of inheritance land rights to heirs of different religions and heirs in civil law and Islamic law. There are quite significant differences related to the transfer of land rights due to inheritance for heirs of different religions. In the concept of Islamic law, an heir of a different religion may not inherit land rights from an heir who has died. Meanwhile, civil law (BW) does not regulate this. In addition, a study was conducted to determine the transfer of ownership rights to land due to inheritance for heirs of different religions. The research method used is normative-juridical, with a statutory and conceptual approach. The results of the study show that efforts to realize welfare for the community through the concept of perfect legal certainty regarding land are being made by the state against heirs of different religions to obtain land ownership rights because inheritance can be carried out with the concept of a mandatory will. This concept is very relevant to the fulfillment of inheritance land rights for heirs whose rights cannot be accommodated due to religious differences by prioritizing the principles of justice and welfare for every citizen. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengkaji lebih mendalam terkait isu hukum perbedaan peralihan hak tanah kewarisan terhadap ahli waris beda agama dalam hukum perdata dan hukum Islam. Tidak adanya payung hukum yang jelas dan adanya perbedaan pandangan menjadi persoalan rumit terkait peralihan hak atas tanah sebab kewarisan bagi ahli waris beda agama. Dalam waris Islam ahli waris non muslim tidak diperkenankan memperoleh warisan hak atas tanah dari pewaris muslim yang meninggal dunia. Namun hukum perdata (BW) tidak memuat hal demikian. Sehingga terdapat ketidakpastian hukum dan diskriminasi terhadap ahli waris beda agama terhadap hak tanah kewarisan dan tidak adanya paying hukum yang memadai berkaitan dengan persoalan hukum peralihan hak tanag warisan beda agama. Penelitian ini mengkaji peralihan hak milik atas tanah warisan bagi ahli waris beda agama yang berkeadilan. Penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan peraturan perundang-undangan dan pendekatan konseptual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa upaya merealisasikan keadilan dan kemaslahatan melalui konsep kepastian hukum bagi ahli waris beda agama dapat dilakukan dengan konsep wasiat wajibah. Konsep tersebut sangat relevan terhadap agar terpenuhinya hak tanah kewarisan bagi ahli waris yang tidak terakomodasi haknya karena perbedaan agama dengan mengedepankan asas keadilan, persamaan hak dan kemaslahan bagi setiap warga negara.

Kerusakan ekosistem terutama pada mangrove, terumbu karang dan estuaria (muara sungai) banyak ditimbulkan oleh kegiatan destruktif di wilayah pesisir. Wilayah pesisir juga menjadi bagian dari sumber kehidupan dan penghidupan masyarakat, apabila tidak dilindungi akan mengancam hilangnya hak atas lingkungan bagi masyarakat pesisir sendiri. Dalam pengelolaan sumber daya alam dan lingkungan hidup, rakyat harus ditempatkan sebagai kepentingan yang utama. Negara sepenuhnya berperan sebagai instrumen pengurus dan penyelenggara kebijakan yang ditujukan untuk melindungi dan memajukan hak asasi manusia atas lingkungan hidup Semua kerusakan lingkungan pesisir tersebut adalah hasil interaksi antara manusia dengan sumber daya pesisir yang berlebihan dan tidak memperhatikan kaedah-kaedah kelestarian dan daya dukung lingkungannya. Pelanggaran hak atas lingkungan tersebut dapat dimaknai sebagai ancaman terhadap peradaban masyarakat pesisir yang akan mengarah pada pelanggaran Hak Asasi Manusia.Kata Kunci : Hak.
