A review of the methods for balanced experiments for establishing of the metabolizable energy and the amino acids digestibility for waterfowl has been made. Systemizing the former experience in this fi eld, the author submits some innovations, regarding to the adaptation of the methods for experiments with geese. The results for metabolizable energy and true digestibility coeffi cients of some basic for the feeding of geese forages (established using the adapted
methods) are given. A using of specifi ed for the different birds data for the nutritive values of the forages has been recommended. The offered innovations could be used for further efforts for establishing of standardizing methods for balanced experiments with waterfowl.

The Reflective Entrepreneur
In a world where entrepreneurial success often seems deceptively accessible, it is not always clear what makes a person entrepreneurial. In this book, Dimo Dimov offers a reflective insight into the entrepreneurial journey, striking up a conversation about entrepreneurship in order to challenge and untangle existing preconceptions. A discussion of challenges and tensions such as idea versus opportunity, genius versus lunatic, and skill versus luck forms the foundation of the book, while the second part offers actions and considerations which can help the reader to seek opportunities in a fractious environment. The final part of the text focuses on the collective spirit in entrepreneurship, arising from the interplay between participation and outcomes. The author brings a succinct diversity to the field, making this book essential reading for undergraduate and postgraduate students on entrepreneurship courses, as well as scholars, researchers, and practitioners looking for a new perspective on entrepreneurship

COMPARATIVE STUDY OF THE ENERGY NUTRITIVE VALUES OF SOME NEW MAIZE HYBRIDS IN EXPERIMENTS WITH MUSCOVY DUCKS (CAIRINA MOSHATA L.)
Using adapted methods for balanced experiments with waterfowl, the apparent (AMEn-0) and the true (TMEn-0) metabolizable energy of hull-less barley have been established. Despite the lower content of crude fi ber, the energy values were similar to the common barley (Hordeum sativa L.). The AMEn-0 and the TMEn-0 of the forage for Muscovy ducks were 12.29 MJ/kg DM and 13.28 MJ/kg DM, and the coeffi cients of the gross energy transformation - 68.97 and 74.52, respectively.
Essence and Ways of Infiltration of the Paulician Heresy in the Medieval Bulgarian Lands
Paulicianism in Bulgaria has its origins in the forced resettlement of Paulicians from Asia Minor and the eastern regions of the empire to Northern Thrace by the authorities of the Eastern Roman Empire in the 8th–10th centuries. The first settlement of Paulicians in the Balkans was established in the 8th century by Emperor Constantine V Copronymus (741–775), who began a long campaign to recolonize the depopulated and demilitarized areas along the border with Bulgaria in Thrace. This policy was continued by subsequent iconoclast emperors, who considered the Paulicians their allies and established their military colonies in various border areas and in the capital, Constantinople. The last major deportation was in 970, when Emperor Ioannes I Tzimiskes (969–976) resettled 200,000 “Manicheans” from Syria to the area of Philippopolis. These “Manicheans” were probably Paulicians or their associated Tondrakites. The Paulician heresy is first mentioned in Greek sources in the 9th century, associated with Manichaeism and Masalianism. Hence the doctrines and practices of the Paulicians are a peculiar mixture of dualism, demiurgism, docetism, mysticism, and resemble in many respects the Gnostic system of Marcion. However, their main principle is dualism. After spreading into the Balkan Peninsula, the Paulicians nearly disappeare, suggesting they were either converted or at least partially absorbed by another known heresy – Bogomilism
Using adapted methods for balanced experiments with waterfowl, the content and the true digestibility of the amonoacids of hull-less barley have been established. The following contents of the essential amonoacids of a stocking lot of the forage have been established (g/kg DM): lysine-4.8, methionine-1.1, cystine-1.1, histidine-2.2, threonine-4.4, leucine- 6.8 and phenylalanine- 5.9. The coeffi cients of their true digestibility were 81.89, 84.06, 85.08, 90.62, 87.30, 76.38 and 75.96, respectively.
