Il “Progetto di vita” tra orizzonte pedagogico e dispositivo giu-ridico: analisi critica e prospettive attuative nel quadro del D. Lgs. 62/2024
Full text linkL’articolo analizza le novità introdotte dal D. Lgs. 62/2024 e intende offrire ai lettori un’analisi degli elementi fondamentali che caratterizzano la riformula-zione del significato di “Progetto di vita” nel quadro generale del Decreto. È parere degli autori che il “Progetto di vita”, come descritto nel D. Lgs. 62/2024, si configuri come dispositivo pedagogico-giuridico, e come tale vada interpretato. La lettura e l’applicazione di quanto previsto negli articoli che compongono il Decreto al di fuori di una prospettiva pedagogica rischiano di trasformare il “Progetto di vita” in un dispositivo di tipo tecnico, svuotando il concetto del suo significato più profondo. L’università di Verona ha avviato un’azione di ricerca finalizzata a sostenere l’azione progettuale a favore delle persone con disabilità, mettendo a disposizione degli operatori gratuitamente la piattaforma online www.icfapplicazioni.it, con la quale è possibile operare un’analisi biopsicosociale – su base ICF – dei bisogni della persona con disabilità, nonché ricavare alcuni significativi indicatori utili per sostenerne la qualità di vita. Il suo utilizzo può concorrere significativamente alla definizione di progetti di vita in grado di rispondere effettivamente ai bisogni di emancipazione delle persone con disabilità.This article analyzes the innovations introduced by Legislative Decree 62/2024 and aims to provide readers with an analysis of the key elements characterizing the reformulation of the meaning of “Life Project” within the overall framework of the Decree. The authors believe that the “Life Project,” as described in Legi-slative Decree 62/2024, is a legal-pedagogical instrument and should be inter-preted as such. Reading and applying the provisions of the articles that comprise the Decree outside of an educational perspective risks transforming the "Life Project" into a technical instrument, stripping the concept of its deepest mea-ning. The University of Verona has launched a research project aimed at sup-porting project development for people with disabilities, making the online plat-form www.icfapplicazioni.it available to professionals free of charge. This plat-form allows for a biopsychosocial analysis ‒ based on the ICF ‒ of the needs of people with disabilities, as well as for obtaining key indicators useful for sup-porting their quality of life. Its use can significantly contribute to the deve-lopment of life plans that effectively address the emancipation needs of people with disabilities

Full text linkIl piano educativo individualizzato (PEI) è il dispositivo pedagogico su cui si fonda l’inclusione degli alunni con disabilità. Esso deve definire un percorso educativo e didattico che chiama a corresponsabilità gli insegnanti, la famiglia e gli attori extrascolastici. Il D.Lgs. 66/2017 sull’inclusione scolastica offre l’occasione per ripensare il PEI alla luce del paradigma biopsicosociale della Classificazione internazionale del funzionamento della disabilità e della salute (ICF). Il libro offre agli insegnanti una prospettiva culturale e metodologica aggiornata, a partire dall’ICF, nonché strumenti per la programmazione e la valutazione degli alunni con bisogni educativi speciali secondo l’approccio della evidence based education. Arricchito da esemplificazioni e risorse disponibili sul sito www.icf-scuola.it, il volume costituisce una valida guida per elaborare un profilo biopsicosociale funzionale alla redazione del PEI secondo le disposizioni legislative.The individualized educational plan (IEP) is the pedagogical device on which the inclusion of pupils with disabilities is based. It must define an educational and didactic path that calls teachers, family and extracurricular actors to co-responsibility. The Legislative Decree 66/2017 on school inclusion offers the opportunity to rethink the IEP in the light of the biopsychosocial paradigm of the International Classification of the Functioning of Disability and Health (ICF). The book offers teachers an updated cultural and methodological perspective, starting from the ICF, as well as tools for programming and evaluating pupils with special educational needs according to the evidence based education approach. Enriched with examples and resources available on the website www.icf-scuola.it, the volume is a valid guide for developing a functioning profile and drawing up the PEI according to the legislative provisions

No full textIl contributo analizza strumenti e metodologie per sostenere l’autodeterminazione delle persone con disabilità all’interno del “Progetto di Vita” introdotto dal Dlgs. 62/2024, in linea con i principi della Convenzione ONU del 2006. Viene evidenziato il passaggio da un approccio assistenzialistico a un paradigma centrato sulla persona come titolare del proprio percorso esistenziale. L’articolo presenta strumenti operativi, articolati nelle dimensioni della vita personale, relazionale, lavorativa e del benessere, volti a favorire consapevolezza, scelte autonome e capacità decisionali. Sono inoltre approfonditi i principi metodologici dell’autorappresentazione, della riflessione su di sé, del decision making e delle pratiche dialogiche (Open Dialogue e Dialoghi sul futuro), che promuovono la partecipazione attiva e la co-progettazione capacitante. Il lavoro propone così un quadro integrato di riferimenti normativi, strumenti e pratiche educative per realizzare percorsi autenticamente inclusivi e rispettosi della dignità e dell’autodeterminazione delle persone con disabilità

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Full text linkThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
Full text link“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Full text linkWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
Full text linkWe conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases.
