This article discusses the main dilemmas of retirement benefits in Brazil. The author emphasizes contemporary debate, divided between those who defend capitalization and those who claim distribution. The problem is analyzed not only in its financial dimension, but also under its symbolical and moral aspects

The rubric Texts around Theatre features historical and contemporary cross-cultural and culture-specific perspectives on theatre – unexpectedly funky, unusually enthralling, disturbingly fascinating. https://www.aviva-verlag.de/autor-innen-co/lili-gr%C3%BCn/ Young Loni Holl, the protagonist in Lili Grün’s autobiographical novel, desires to become an actress. Only the theatre gives Loni the feeling of escape from her boring day to day life. She pursues her goal with determination, and a theatre engagement in the province seems to be the long-awaited chance for her debut. She straddles rehearsals, performances and private life; learning her lines, paying her rent, and allaying her hunger. The following excerpt from Grün’s novel , first published in 1935, traces Loni’s first steps on the stage that means the world to her. Apart from Zum Theater, Lili Grün also wrote the cabaret novel Herz über Bord (now in a new edition as Alles ist Jazz) in 1993. Mädchenhimmel, a collection of poems and stories was first published in 2014. Her novel Junge Bürokraft übernimmt auch andere Arbeit ..., first published 1936/37 in the newspaper “Der Wiener Tag”, was issued in book format in 2016 (all edited by Anke Heimberg). As a Jewish author, Lili Grün was not allowed to publish after 1938. In 1942, she ..

Deutsche Literaturgeschichtsschreibung bei den Slowenen: Anastasius Grün und der Polyhistor Peter von Radics

International audienceThe article discusses the festschrift Anastasius Grün und seine Heimat (Stuttgart 1876), written by the Carniolan polyhistor Peter von Radics (1836-1912) on the occasion of the 70 th birthday of the Austrian Vormärz poet Anastasius Grün (1806-1876). It analyses the ideal-aesthetic aspects of Grün's poems, which the author regarded as constitutive, the motifs of freedom of thought and harmony of nations, which are linked to universal claims, and the particular motif of morality, based on German education and culture, and places them in an identity-creating perspective. Furthermore, light is shed on the significance of the individual poetics of the jubilarian and the historical contextualisation of Radics' argumentation. We intend to analyse the ideological foundations and the methodological approaches of his monograph. The article aims at providing a better understanding of Radics' position in the literary and cultural-historical discourse of the time and the status of Radics' monograph in literary historiography among the Slovenes.</div

Spirituality is the most human dimension of the human. However, in the desire to quantify, to measure, to predict, to rationally explain the world, from a closed logic, it has sometimes fallen into oblivion of this dimension, leaving aside the potential that is there for happiness and fullness of man. This book deals, in a profound and novel way, with the usefulness of the management of the spiritual, in a field as broad as the therapeutic, by presenting the relationship between psychology and spirituality, through a thorough analysis of Anselm's approaches. Grün, managing to show, in a clear way, a systematization of the knowledge of this author, which provides novel and valuable elements in the field of knowledge of psychology.Rionegro- Antioqui

Dust Formation Observed in Young Supernova Remnants with Spitzer

We present dust features and masses observed in young supernova remnants (SNRs) with Spitzer Infrared Spectrograph (IRS) mapping and staring observations of four youngest supernova remnants: SNR 1E102.2-7219 (E0102) in the Small Magellanic Cloud (SMC), Cas A and G11.2-0.3 in our Galaxy, and N132D in the Large Magellanic Cloud (LMC). The spectral mapping data revealed a number of dust features which include 21 micron-peak dust and featureless dust in Cas A and 18-micron peak dust in E0102 and N132D. The 18 micron-peak feature is fitted by a mix of MgSiO3 and solid Si dust grains, while the 21-micron peak dust is by a mix of silicates and FeO; we also explore dust fitting using Continuous Distribution of Ellipsoid grain models. We report detection of CO fundamental band from Cas A in near-infrared. We review dust features observed and identified in other SNRs. The dust emission is spatially correlated with the ejecta emission, showing dust is formed in SN ejecta. The spectra of E0102 show rich gas lines from ejecta including strong ejecta lines of Ne and O, including two [Ne III] lines and two [Ne V] lines which allow us to diagnostic density and temperature of the ejecta and measure the ejecta masses. E0102 and N132D show weak or lacking Ar, Si, and Fe ejecta, whereas the young Galactic SNR Cas A show strong Ar, Si, and S and weak Fe. We discuss compositions and masses of dust and association with those of ejecta and finally, dust contribution from SNe to early Universe.Cosmic Dust - Near and Far. 8-12 September 2008. Rebinding the centre: An urban restructure proposal of the Historical City Core of Managua through its cultural, landscape & heritage assets

The process of the phenomena of urbanization within developing countries in Latin America, such as Nicaragua, has increased the appearance of urban informality in the socio-spatial structure. Moreover, the lack of a clear planning framework has led Nicaraguan cities such as Managua, to an urban structure, which is no longer related to its context. Thus, increasing social, urban and environmental vulnerability of the most susceptible part of the population. In Managua, the sectoral approach to spatial planning development is causing urban growth to be directed through market-based initiatives, as well as fragmented and punctual public interventions. It lacks an inclusion of spatialization of regulations as tools to begin with the process of inclusion and assessment of values; to avoid the continuing loss of identity and sense of place of the city. Managua seems to be a never-ending nest of problems and there is no clear starting point within the city’s development plans. That is why the approach of cultural heritage assets as the redevelopment strategy was taken forward, based on the hypothesis that if there is a functional recuperation of the Historical City Core by the recognition of its assets (cultural, spatial and social), the identity of the city can be restored as well as the activation of the city’s urban restructuring towards a more coherent urban form development. This resulted in the proposal of a new model of development that aims at integrated actions with a multi-dimensional, multi-actor and multi-scalar setting. The necessary outputs to reach this model are present within this thesis and range from an analytical framework, to vision and strategies to an operational framework. Overall, this thesis proposes to replace missing links with a flexible and dynamic frame that achieves integrated relations of systems and governance levels. The thesis finalizes with recommendations for further application possibilities as it is clear that this graduation project is an academic exercise and the implementation of this proposal needs coordinated policies to face complex changes and to respond to the need of sustainable development.Graduation Studio: Complex Cities and Regions in TransformationUrbanismArchitectur
