    Hubungan antara kualitas tidur dengan nyeri kepala primer pada anak SMA

    LATAR BELAKANG Nyeri kepala merupakan masalah umum yang sering dijumpai dokter dalam praktek sehari-hari. Migrain dan tension headache merupakan jenis gangguan nyeri kepala primer yang paling sering ditemukan pada anak Sekolah Menengah Atas(SMA), namun kurang terdiagnosis sehingga dalam praktek klinis tidak terobati secara adekuat. Beberapa faktor dapat memicu timbulnya migrain dan tension headache salah satu pemicu yang juga merupakan kesehatan utama adalah kualitas tidur. Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan kualitas tidur dengan nyeri kepala primer pada anak SMA. METODE Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik observasional dan dengan desain cross-sectional, dengan jumlah 193 siswa SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Jakarta Selatan pada bulan Februari – Maret 2017. Pemilihan sampel diambil dengan cara simple random sampling. Variabel kualitas tidur diukur dengan kuesioner PSQI dan nyeri kepala primer menggunakan kuesioner HARDSHIP. Analisis hubungan antara usia, jenis kelamin, kualitas tidur dan nyeri kepala primer menggunakan Uji Chi-Square. HASIL Didapatkan usia responden terbanyak 15-<17 tahun, 51,3% mengalami kualitas tidur buruk dan 61,7% mengalami nyeri kepala primer. Terdapat hubungan bermakna antara usia dengan nyeri kepala primer (p=0,000), tidak terdapat hubungan jenis kelamin dengan nyeri kepala primer (p=0,666), dan terdapat hubungan bermakna antara kualitas tidur dengan nyeri kepala primer (p=0,039). KESIMPULAN Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara usia dan kualitas tidur dengan nyeri kepala primer.     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakterisasi sistem kendali pompa pada simulator aliran air kanal terbuka mini. Sistem kendali pompa tersebut digunakan untuk memudahkan operator dalam pengendalian pompa yang berbasis Internet of Thing (IoT). Penelitian ini termasuk jenis simulasi yang memiliki tujuan untuk mencari suatu gambaran lewat suatu sistem dengan skala kecil maupun sederhana yang mana pada sistem tersebut akan diterapkan manipulasi atau pengendalian untuk mendapatkan pengaruhnya. Sample pada penelitian ini adalah benda berwarna merah, dimana sample tersebut dapat dipantau melalui alat perekam yang sudah disediakan, dan disajikan dalam bentuk grafik realtime. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, pada uji coba simulator, sistem pengendali pompa dan alat perekam termasuk dalam kategori baik. Setelah dilakukan revisi, hasil pengembangan termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik, karena menghasilkan hasil akurat pada sistem pengendali. Dengan demikian, sistem pengendali pompa dapat digunakan, dan dikembangkan untuk skala besar pada aliran air kanal.This study aims to determine the characterization of the pump control system in the mini open channel water flow simulator. The pump control system is used to facilitate operators in controlling pumps based on the Internet of Thing (IoT). This research is a type of simulation that aims to find a picture through a system with a small or simple scale in which manipulation or control will be applied to get its effect. The sample in this study is a red object, where the sample can be monitored via a recording device that has been provided, and is presented in the form of a realtime graphic. The results showed that, in the simulator trial, the pump control system and recording device were in the good category. After the revision was carried out, the development results were included in the very good category, because it produced accurate results on the control system. Thus, the pump control system can be used, and developed for large-scale canal water flow.63 HalamanSkripsi Sarjan

Here the author analyzes and designs a web-based application that will be used, namely a programming language.     Awareness regarding disease and health in general can hardly be found on the general public. Most people will ignore the disease they have if they don't have severe symptoms. One disease that is often overlooked is Gingivitis. Gingivitis is a disease in the form of swelling, redness or even bleeding of the gums. Gingivitis is often painless and the symptoms are not too prominent, but if ignored it can be fatal or may be a sign of a more serious disease. Due to these reasons, a learning media is needed to raise awareness of the dangers of gingivitis if ignored. In modern times like this, technology has developed very rapidly, there are many types of technology that can be used to make learning media. One such technology is Augmented Reality (AR). The author thinks that this technology is the most suitable and effective to be used as a learning medium. Augmented Reality (AR) is an interaction technology between humans and computers where users can add an object from a computer to existing reality and interact with the object through a device, generally a smartphone. Therefore, the authors decided to develop an application regarding Gingivitis where users can get information about the disease and interact with 3D models of gums that have Gingivitis with Android-based Augmented Reality. The author will design this application using the MDLC (Multimedia Development Life Cycle) method which consists of the stages of Concept, Material Collecting, Design, Assembly, Testing and Distribution.
