Anomaly-Based DNN Model for Intrusion Detection in IoT and Model Explanation: Explainable Artificial Intelligence
IoT has gained immense popularity recently with advancements in technologies and big data. IoT network is dynamically increasing with the addition of devices, and the big data is generated within the network, making the network vulnerable to attacks. Thus, network security is essential, and an intrusion detection system is needed. In this paper, we proposed a deep learning-based model for detecting intrusions or attacks in IoT networks. We constructed a DNN model, applied a filter method for feature reduction, and tuned the model with different parameters. We also compared the performance of DNN with other machine learning techniques in terms of accuracy, and the proposed DNN model with weight decay of 0.0001 and dropout rate of 0.01 achieved an accuracy of 0.993, and the reduced loss on the NSL-KDD dataset having five classes. Pembuatan interface aplikasi basis data pasien rawat inap pada rumah sakit Banyumanik
Keinginan untuk mendesain tampilan (interface) semakin meningkat seining dengan meningkatnya kebutuhan akan sistem komputerisasi. Salah sate instansi yang membutuhkan bantuan komputer dalam menyelesaikan tugasnya adalah rumah sakit, khususnya Rumah Sakit Banyumanik O1 eh karena itu dibuatlah tampilan (interface) aplikasi basis data pasien rawat Map di Rumah Sakit Banyumanik. Sistem interface yang digunakan adalah sistem GUI (graphical user interface) yang memudahkan user dalam berinteraksi dengan komputer. Sehingga dengan adanya interface aplikasi basis data pasien rawat Map di Rumah Sakit Banyumanik, user akan mudah dalam mendapatkan informasi mengenai pasien rawat inap di Rumah Sakit. Banyumanik. The interest in designing interface has grown rapidly as the utilization of computer systems has become a necessity. One of department which needs computer's help to solve its task is hospital, especially Banyuman ik Hospital. So interface of database application hospital is made in Banyumanik Hospital. The interface system which is used in here is GUI (graphical user interface). This system makes user feel easy to communicate with computer. By the way, interface of impatient database application in Banyumanik Hospital makes user easier to get information they need.

Abstrak-sSistem informasi rekam medis rawat jalan adalah suatu system yang bertujuan untuk mengelola data pasien sampai pasien ,keluar dari rumah sakit atau klinik dalam jangka waktu tertentu. Artinya, sistem informasi yang dirancang dengan baik membantu mencegah kesalahan prosedural yang umum terjadi dalam kinerja pencatatan dan pengelolaan data. Penggunaan teknologi informasi, computer, dan teknlogi internet merambah ke dunia pelayanan kesehatan salah satunya adalah pelayanan tertib administrasi yaitu pelayanan pendaftaran Rawat jalan online ataupun offline yang di lakukan oleh petugas. Perancangan Sistem informasi ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem atau disain baru untuk mengembangkan suatu program informasi elektronik yang bertujuan memudahkan dalam penyelenggaraan pendaftaran rawat jalan berbasis web yang terintegrasi sehingga menjadi salah satu alternatif sistem yang berkulitas dan baik. sesuai dengan tempat observasi yang penulis lakukan pada 25 september 2019 di RSAU dr. M.salamun. perancangan Program Aplikasi yang penulis buat ini adalah sistem aplikasi pendaftaran rawat jalan berbasis web menggunakan perangkat lunak framework php yaitu Laravel dan freeware phpMyadmin yang mendukung databse MySQL. Metodelogi pengembangan system ini adalah metode UML Usecase Diagram, dan Activity Diagram.Abstract- An outpatient medical record information system is a system that aims to manage the data of patients who are seeking treatment until the patient is discharged from the hospital or clinic.The information system designed is very important to prevent procedural errors in the implementation of registration and data management. PERANCANGAN APLIKASI ELECTRONIC MEDICAL RECORD (EMR) PADA INSTALASI RAWAT INAP BERBASIS WEB
Pelayanan medik dewasa ini membutuhkan sistem yang lebih efektif dan efisien, baik dalam
penggunaan waktu, tenaga maupun sarana. Dalam pengelolaan rekam medik, kenyataan masih
umumnya penggunaan rekam medik manual yang dinilai tak lagi andal menangani data medik
melahirkan ide konversi rekam medik manual kertas ke rekam medik elektronik karena efektivitas dan
efisiensinya.
Penelitian ini bertujuan menciptakan aplikasi rekam medik elektronik yang lebih dikenal
sebagai EMR (Electronic Medical Record) dari rekam medik kertas di Instalasi Rawat Inap Rumah
Sakit Umum Ananda Salatiga. Rekam medik elektronik dirancang dengan membuat form-form isian
catatan-catatan medik dalam proses perawatan pasien selama dirawat. Data-data medik ini kemudian
disimpan dalam basis data sistem dan dikelola secara digital. Setiap kali pengisian data medik pada
form-form tertentu, sistem akan menghasilkan kode yang membawa informasi khusus.
Pada akhirnya, sistem akan menghasilkan deret kode ICD (International Statistical
Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems) dari kode-kode yang dihasilkan pada
pengisian form-form catatan medik. Deretan kode-kode ini mampu menggambarkan perkembangan
kondisi pasien dan penanganan medik yang diberikan selama perawatan. Data-data medik yang
tersimpan dapat ditampilkan kembali dalam bentuk catatan medik digital.

Karakteristik pasien diabetes melitus tipe-2 pada poliklinik rawat jalan
Abstrak. Prevalensi Diabetes Melitus Tipe-Z dari tahun ketahun semakin meningkat, yang temyata didahului oleh berbagai faktor resiko penyakit kardiovaskuler seperti kegernukan, hipertensi, dislipidemia yang pada dasarnya diawali oleh resistensi insulin. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui prevalcnsi pasien Diabetes Melitus Tipe-2 di poliklinik rawat jalan Penyakit Dalam RSUZA pasca bencana tsunami dan beberapa karakteristiknya. Penelitian ini bersifat deskrlptif retrospektlf untuk semua pasien Diabetes Melitus Tipe-2 yang berobat jalan di poliklinik rawatjalan pada periode Juni 2005-Maret 2006. Pengarnbilan data dilakukan melalui penelusuran rekam medis rawat jalan RSU.Dr.Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh. Dari 2606 pasien yang datang berobat jalan pada periode penelitian dijurnpai 900 pasien (35%) didiagnosis sebagai penderita Diabetes Melitus Tipe-2 (DMT2), sebagian besar berjenis kelamin perempuan, berada ctikelompok usia 40-60 tahun, menggunakan obat hipcglikemia oral, serta menggunakan asuransi ASKES. Peneliti juga mendapatkan prevalensi amputasi kaki diabetik sebesar 4,6 %. (JKS 2008; 2: 67-72)

Abstract. The prevalence of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus has increased recently, apparently it was began from some risk factors of cardiovascular disease such as obesity, hypertension, dislipidemia, that basically caused by insulin resistance. The objective is to know the prevalence of patient with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus in outpatient department of internal medicine, School of Medicine Syiah Kuala University/Zainoel Abidin Hospital Banda Aceh after Tsunami Disaster and its characteristic. This is retrospective descriptive research to all Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus who were treated in out patient department of internal medicine from June 2005-March 2006. Data collecting has been done through medical record of out patient department in Dr. Zainoel Abidin Hospital Banda Aceh. From 2606 of outpatient in observation period, there was 900 patients (35%) diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus, most of them were women, in age of 40 - 60 years old, used oral hypoglycemia drugs, and with health insurance. The author also found that the incidence of amputated diabetic food was 4,6%. (JKS 2008; 2: 67-72)

Designing for Usability: A Statistical Disclosure Control Tool for Microdata Sets
Governments across the world looking to implement Open Government Data (OGD) initiatives undergo many problems. One such problem is the risk to privacy from opening data sets as most of the data is at a microdata level which corresponds to specific individuals. A solution to such a predicament is the application of Statistical Disclosure Control (SDC) techniques on microdata. SDC methods anonymize microdata that reduces the risk of disclosure while also maintaining the value of the data. SDC methods can be applied by using software tools, however, these tools are designed from the perspective of experts or for the purpose of demonstration. Moreover, ongoing research has led to the slow progress in not only the development of these tools, but also their adoption. Resulting in limited support material and even smaller user base. As a consequence, individuals or organizations looking to adopt these tools to satisfy their data privacy objectives cannot use them. Out of many SDC tools, ARX is a stable application that equips its users with an arsenal of techniques to anonymize microdata sets. It also undergoes regular updates, thus keeping pace with the current developments in the field of SDC techniques. Despite this, ARX is not widely used due to its perceived complexity. This thesis addresses the problem of the complexity that is associated with ARX which makes it difficult to adopt them to anonymize their data sets. The thesis provides a solution to this problem by developing a prototype tool which reduces the complexity of SDC techniques through a simplified, user-friendly approach to data anonymization. The thesis does not aim to enhance privacy methods or improve the functionalities of already existing tools by proposing a replacement. The thesis tries to bridge the gap which implicitly occurs when privacy tools are designed from the perspective of experts. It is understood that the protection of private data should only be handled by experts. However, to build that expertise, people have to be introduced to simpler tools without being overwhelmed by the complexity that is immanent with concepts of SDC
Cross-Platform Expertise Characterization for Question Routing
Community Question-Answer(CQA) services are online portals with a community of people that share similar interests, and post question-answers for solving the difficulties they have. These services have huge social impact and have become a place where knowledge is created and distributed. Despite the advances in Question Routing and Recommendation Systems, CQA still struggles in handling large number of unanswered questions and suffer with the quality of answers provided in general. An effective solution to tackle this problem is to consider the expertise of users when routing a question to its potential answerers. There are many existing methods for measuring expertise but they tend to favour more active users rather than expert users. To address this problem, we look into cross-platform behaviour of a user and incorporate his cross-platform expertise. We provide insights into performance of question routing with this method. We perform an extensive literature survey about the CQA system, question routing, recommendation systems and types of expertise, to map a users' cross-platform behavior with a certain type of expertise. We propose a methodology to match users across multiple platforms, with which we measure expertise according to mapped user behaviour on those platforms. Finally we estimate the reliability of expertise measurement when applied to question routing. We study and discuss the effect of parameters such as division of data into training and test set sizes and use factorization machine for recommendation system.Computer Scienc
