FUNGSI BANTU NONPARAMETRIK BARU UNTUK MENYELESAIKAN OPTIMASI GLOBAL
Manuskrip ini menyajikan dua hal, yang pertama adalah sebuah fungsi pengisian (filled function) dan yang kedua adalah sebuah algoritma. Fungsi pengisian ini dilibatkan dalam algoritma untuk menyelesaikan persoalan optimasi global dimana fungsi objektifnya kontinu. Fungsi pengisian ini tidak mengandung unsur eksponen, logaritma,
maupun trigonometri sehingga proses untuk mendapatkan nilai minimum global menjadi lebih sederhana. Disamping itu, fungsi pengisian yang diberikan dalam manuskrip ini berbeda dengan fungsi-fungsi pengisian lain yang ada dalam literatur-literatur sebelumnya karena tidak
melibatkan parameter apapun. Algoritma yang dibangun kemudian diterapkan pada beberapa contoh yang biasa digunakan dalam optimasi global untuk menguji apakah fungsi pengisian bekerja dengan baik. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa fungsi pengisian tanpa parameter mampu secara efektif mendapatkan nilai minimum global untuk semua contoh yang diberika
FIGUR RIDWAN KAMIL DALAM EKSPRESI GARIS DAN WARNA
Ridwan Kamil merupakan sosok pemimpin baru dewasa ini, beliau adalah Walikota
Bandung periode 2013-2018. Pemimpin dengan karakter yang ramah, kreatif, dan
berprestasi. Banyak perubahan yang telah dibawanya selama menjadi pemimpin di
kota Bandung, terutama pembangungan di bidang infrastuktur. Hal ini didasari dari
pendidikan dan pekerjaan sebelum menjadi walikota, yaitu sebagai seorang arsitek.
Sebagai bentuk apresiasi penulis terhadap kontribusi dan kinerjanya sebagai walikota
Bandung, muncul sebuah gagasan untuk mengapresiasi figur Ridwan Kamil dalam
sebuah karya seni lukis. Pada karya seni lukis yang dibuat akan menitikberatkan pada
kepribadian dan keseharian Ridwan Kamil yang menjadi hal yang melekat dalam
pikiran masyarakat sebagai konsep dalam lukisan yang mengambil aliran
ekspresionisme. Dalam lukisan dengan teknik ekspresionisme ini, penulis
menonjolkan potret ekspresi, garis, dan warna-warna yang mewakili sosok Ridwan
Kamil dalam kesehariannya sebagai pemimpin di pemerintahan dan pemimpin di
keluarga dan masyarakat terdekatnya. Lukisan yang dibuat oleh penulis mengadaptasi
karya-karya seni lukis ekspresionisme yang sebelumnya telah dibuat oleh seniman
besar seperti Affandi dan Voka. Dalam proses penciptaan karya seni lukis ini,
beberapa tahapan yang dilakukan setelah penemuan ide adalah melakukan
kontemplasi dan stimulasi agar karya yang dibuat sesuai dengan apa yang diharapkan.
Terdapat 6 buah karya dengan beberapa tema yang mewakili figur Ridwan Kamil dan
peristiwa yang telah dilaluinya, seperti karya yang berjudul “Loyalitas Tanpa Batas”
yang mengingatkan kita pada nadzar Ridwan Kamil yang akan mencukur pendek
rambutnya jika Persib juara Liga Super Indonesia 2014 atau karya dengan judul
“Sosok Pemimpin Baru” yang secara visual digambarkan dengan figur Ridwan Kamil
yang menggunakan seragam walikota. Adapun harapan dari hasil karya yang telah
dibuat oleh penulis di kemudian hari adalah adanya penyempurnaan dalam riset
terhadap tokoh dengan menambah sumber buku-buku autobiografi tokoh itu sendiri
dan melakukan wawancara langsung dengan tokoh yang bersangkutan sehingga
otentitas materi yang dirumuskan bersumber dari sumber yang terpercaya. Deformasi
bentuk dari figur menjadi bentuk yang abstrak dan penambahan elemen estetis seperti
kain, serbuk pasir, dan bahan daur ulang bisa membuat karya menjadi memiliki kesan
yang inovatif dan variatif dibandingkan karya lukis biasa yang cenderung
menggunakan bahan konvensional seperti kanvas, kuas dan cat akrilik.;--Ridwan Kamil is a new leader today, he is Mayor of Bandung period 2013-2018.
Leaders with a friendly, creative and accomplished character. Many changes that
have been brought during the leadership in the city of Bandung, especially
development in the field of infrastructure. It is based on education and work before
becoming mayor, he is an architect. As a form of appreciation of the author of his
contribution and performance as mayor of Bandung, came an idea to appreciate the
figure Ridwan Kamil in a work of painting. In the work of painting is made will focus
on the personality and daily Ridwan Kamil which became inherent in the minds of
society as a concept in painting that takes the flow of expressionism. In this painting
with this expressionism technique, the authors highlight the portraits of expressions,
lines, and colors that represent the figure of Ridwan Kamil in his daily life as a leader
in government and leaders in his immediate family and community. The paintings
created by the author are also adapted from works of expressionism paintings that had
previously been made by great artists such as Affandi and Voka. In the process of
creating this painting, several stages done after the discovery of the idea is to do
contemplation and stimulation for the work made in accordance with what is
expected. There are 6 artworks with several themes representing the figure of Ridwan
Kamil and the events he has passed, such as the work entitled "Unlimited Loyalty"
which reminds us of the promise of Ridwan Kamil who will shave her hair short if
Persib Indonesian Super League champion 2014 or work with title "The New Leader"
is visually depicted with the figure of Ridwan Kamil who uses the mayor's uniform.
the hope of the work that has been made by the author in the future is the refinement
in research on the character by adding the source autobiographical books of the
character itself and conduct direct interviews with the figures concerned so that the
authenticity of the material formulated sourced from reliable sources. The
deformation of shapes from figures into abstract shapes and the addition of aesthetic
elements such as fabrics, sand dust, and recycled materials can make the work of
having an innovative and varied impression compared to ordinary paintings that tend
to use conventional materials such as canvas, brushes and acrylic paint
An efficient method for determining all the extreme points of function with one variable
An algorithm for determining all the extreme and inflection points to one variable multi-modal global optimization problems is presented. The algorithm is directly suitable for a class of problems of commonly used in solving the global optimization problems. The algorithm is the combination of the filled function's algorithm and Inner Iteration algorithm, called IRH's algorithm, in which Inner Iteration algorithm works at the domain which is usually ignored by filled function's algorithm
Determining radius of convergence of Newton's method using radius of curvature
In this paper, we propose a method on how to manage the convergence of Newton’s method if its iteration process encounters a local extremum. This idea establishes the osculating circle at a local extremum. It then uses the radius of the osculating circle also known as the radius of the curvature as an additional number of the local extremum. It then takes that additional number and combines it with the local extremum. This is then used as an initial guess in finding a root near to that local extremum. This paper will provide several examples which demonstrate that our idea is successful and they perform to fulfill the aim of this paper
Logaritmic Fuzzy Preference Programming Approach for Evaluating University Ranking Optimization
Assesing quality university’s website trough webometrics is becoming one of many measures in World Class University. To get good grades, so that it can compete with other universities in the world, it needs to be pursued strategies based on the achievement of the perspective of cost (expenses) and the condition of the availability and readiness of human resource (HR owned) by the institution. Webometrics ranking optimization tailored to the institutional capacity is absolutely necessary, in order to achieve the expected goals effectively and fuel-efficient. Therefore, this paper discussed the application of the Analytical Hierarchy Process with Logarithmic Fuzzy Preference Programming combination proved to covered of the methods FPP on the university web ranking optimization. From the results of sub-criteria weighting based on the perspective of cost and human resources, earned the highest ranking among other factors recommended monitoring the ranking of sites ahrefs (C332) and majesticseo (C331) as well as increasing the number of links from other websites (C321). </div
Application of logarithmic fuzzy preference programming for determining priority as an institutional development strategy
Quality Measurement of Ministry of RI Website with Combination of Linear Weightage Method and Consistent Fuzzy Preference Relations (Mengukur Kualitas Website Kementerian RI dengan Kombinasi Metode Linear Weightage dan Consistent Fuzzy Preference Relations)
This paper provides a new approach in combining the quality of some ministry websites through quantitative and qualitative approach. Quantitative data are obtained by performing measurement using web diagnostic tools while the qualitative approach is carried out through expert judgement. Then the weights will be calculated from the data obtained both quantitatively and qualitatively by applying linear weightage for quantitative data and using consistent fuzzy preference relations method for qualitative data. In the final stage, those two methods will be combined so that we will obtain the final weights which are the representation of the quality of websites measured.The results obtained by this research can be considered by the relevant ministry to develop their websites.Artikel ini memberikan pendekatan baru dalam membandingkan kualitas beberapa laman kementerian RI melalui pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Data kuantitatif didapatkan dengan melakukan pengukuran menggunakan web diagnostic software sedangkan pendekatan kualitatif dilakukan melalui expert judgement. Data yang didapatkan baik secara kuantitatif maupun kualitatif akan dihitung bobot (weight) dengan mengaplikasikan metode linear weightage. Data kualitatif dengan metode consistent fuzzy preference relations digunakan untuk menghitung bobot dari expert judgement yang telah didapatkan. Kemudian kedua metode tersebut akan dikombinasikan sehingga akan didapatkan bobot akhir yang merupakan representasi dari kualitas website yang telah diukur. Hasil pembobotan yang didapatkan dalam penelitian ini dapat dijadikan rujukan dan pertimbangan untuk pihak kementrian terkait untuk melakukan pengembangan website yang dikelolanya

This iterative method produces sequence that converges to a desired solution with the assumption that the starting point is close enough to a solution. The word “close enough” indicates that we actually do not have any idea how close the initial point needed so that this point can bring into a convergent iteration. This paper comes to answer that question through analyzing the relationship between inflection points of one-dimensional non-linear function with the convergence of Newton’s method. Our purpose is to illustrate that the neighborhood of an inflection point of a function never fails to bring the Newton’s method convergent to a desired solution</jats:p
