ANALISIS KEPUASAN KONSUMEN PADA PEMBELIAN CRIPING SINGKONG PRESTO PAK NUR
Full text linkPresto Pak Nur Cassava Criping is one of the industries that processes cassava into criping. The amount of cassava criping production at Pak Nur Singkong Criping has decreased in the Covid 19 pandemic era until now. So it is necessary to carry out a consumer satisfaction analysis to determine the level of consumer satisfaction with cassava criping. The purpose of this research is to analyze product importance, level of consumer satisfaction, and attribute position based on the level of consumer interest and producer performance. The method used in this research is descriptive, Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) analysis and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) analysis. The attributes used in this research are color, aroma, taste, packaging, labels, texture, social media, direct channels, indirect channels, pricing and discounts. The results of analyzing the level of consumer satisfaction using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method obtained a score of 72.64%, which shows satisfaction. The attributes that are considered important and must be maintained are taste, packaging, texture, color and aroma. In quadrant II (maintain performance) there are attributes: taste, packaging, texture, color and aroma; while in quadrant III (low priority) there are attributes: labels, social media, direct channels, indirect channels, pricing and discounts.Keywords: Criping Singkong Presto Pak Nur, CSI, IPA, CassavaINTISARICriping Singkong Presto Pak Nur merupakan salah satu industri yang mengolah singkong menjadi criping. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis kepentingan produk, tingkat kepuasan konsumen, dan posisi atribut berdasarkan tingkat kepentingan konsumen dan kinerja produsen. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif, analisis Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) dan analisis Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Atribut yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah warna, aroma, rasa, kemasan, label, tekstur, media sosial, saluran langsung, saluran tidak langsung, penetapan harga dan potongan harga. Hasil analisis tingkat kepuasan konsumen dengan metode Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) diperoleh skor sebesar 72,64% yang menunjukan puas. Atribut yang dinilai penting dan harus dipertahankan adalah rasa, kemasan, tekstur, warna, dan aroma. Tax planning and directors' remuneration
No full textCompanies involve in tax planning due to its primary benefit of increase aftertax return. However, this activity has been an ongoing discussion as it impairs provision of public goods which indirectly causes social issues. Companies, in conducting tax planning, make use of several techniques to effectively minimise the tax burden, for example, profit sharing, income shifting and change of characteristics of income. Directors’ remuneration is also identified as a tax-reduction strategy. While increasing the wealth of the directors, higher directors’ remuneration expense reduces company taxable income and in turn raises company tax savings. This provides indications about missing link between directors’ performance and pay. In fact, in Malaysia, this issue has been long debated by public including academics. Despite this highlight, little attention has been given on the relationship between tax planning and directors’ remuneration. Therefore, this paper reports the results of this study’s focus of attention on whether tax planning activity is significantly related to directors’ remuneration expenses of non-financial Malaysian publiclisted companies. The sample period of the study is from 2007 to 2009. The panel dataset is drawn from Datastream and hand-collected tax data from company annual reports. The results derive from multivariate analyses highlight the extent of the relationship between tax planning and directors’ remuneration and thus enlighten the knowledge on the utilisation of directors’ remuneration as a strategy in tax planning. Full text linkSingkong merupakan bahan baku yang banyak dimanfaatkan oleh berbagai pelaku usaha, salah satu hasil olahan singkong yaitu criping singkong. UMKM Criping Singkong Presto Pak Nur merupakan salah satu pelaku usaha yang memanfaatkan bahan baku singkong sebagai criping singkong. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk 1) menganalisis atribut produk Criping Singkong Presto Pak Nur yang dianggap penting oleh konsumen; 2) menganalisis tingkat kepuasan konsumen terhadap produk Criping Singkong Presto Pak Nur. Teknik pengambilan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik non-probability sampling, dengan teknik purposive sampling. Responden merupakan konsumen yang pernah mengkonsumsi produk Criping Singkong Presto Pak Nur dengan jumlah 60 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi langsung dan wawancara. Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Full text link“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Full text linkWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
