Alat deteksi kebakaran sangat membantu dalam pencegahan bahaya
kebakaran di MV. DK 02, dengan dasar ini penulis merumuskan masalah sejauh
mana pengetahuan crew kapal tentang alat deteksi kebakaran dan bagaimanakah
perawatan alat deteksi kebakaran di MV. DK 02.
Dalam penulisan skripsi ini, penulis menjabarkan tentang teori-teori yang
digunakan dalam pembuatan laporan penelitian dan sebagai landasan untuk
memecahkan masalah yang ada dalam proses penelitian, utamanya yang terkait
dengan alat deteksi kebakaran, serta teori perawatan alat deteksi kebakaran.
Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif yang
menghasilkan data deskriftif berupa kata-kata tertulis dari orang-orang dan perilaku
yang diamati. Dalam hal ini mengumpulkan data berupa pendekatan terhadap obyek
melalui observasi, wawancara secara langsung terhadap subyek.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan masalah yang dilakukan
penulis selama praktek berrlayar di MV. DK 02 mengenai alat deteksi kebakaran
ditemukan adanya masalah-masalah dalam perawatan alat deteksi kebakaran yang
meliputi kurangnya pengetahuan crew kapal tentang alat deteksi kebakaran yang
disebabkan karena kurangnya pelaksanaan familiarization awak kapal baru serta
kurang dilaksanakannya safety meeting di kapal selain itu juga kurangnya perawatan
alat deteksi kebakaran yang disebabkan kurangnya koordinasi pihak kapal dengan
perusahaan dan kurangnya tanggung jawab perwira kapal terhadap alat deteksi
kebakaran sehingga membuat alat deteksi kebakaran tersebut tidak berfungsi
sebagaimana mestinya yaitu sebagai alat untuk mendeteksi bahaya kebakaran di atas
kapal. Pembahasan terhadap hasil penelitian adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan crew
kapal tentang alat deteksi kebakaran dengan cara familiarization yang maksimal

terhadap crew baru dan melaksanakan safety meeting setiap sebulan sekali, serta
meningkatkan perawatan alat deteksi kebakaran dengan cara koordinasi yang baik
antara pihak kapal dengan perusahaan dan meningkatkan tanggung jawab perwira
kapal dengan cara pengecekan alat deteksi kebakaran secara rutin.
Dalam hal ini disimpulkan bahwa kurangnya pengetahuan crew kapal dan
perawatan alat deteksi kebakaran dapat menyebabkan tidak berfungsinya alat
tersebut dengan baik yaitu sebagai alat untuk mendeteksi bahaya kebakaran di atas
kapal, adapun saran yang penulis berikan adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan crew
kapal tentang alat deteksi kebakaran dan meningkatkan perawatan alat deteksi
kebakaran di atas kapal agar alat deteksi kebakaran dapat berfungsi dengan baik
untuk mendukung pelayaran.

Fire detection devices are very helpful in preventing fire hazards in MV.
DK 02, with this basis the author formulates the problem of the extent to which the
crew's knowledge of fire detection equipment and how to treat fire detection
equipment in the MV. DK 02.
In writing this essay, the author describes the theories used in making
research reports and as a basis for solving problems that exist in the research process,
mainly related to fire detection devices, as well as the theory of fire detection
equipment.
The method used in this study is a qualitative method that produces
descriptive data in the form of written words of people and observed behavior. In this
case, collecting data in the form of an approach to the object through observation,
interviews directly with the subject.
Based on the results of the research and discussion of the problems that the
author made during the practice of screens in the MV. DK 02 regarding fire detection
equipment found problems in the maintenance of fire detection equipment which
included a lack of knowledge of the ship's crew about fire detection equipment
caused by lack of familiarization of new crew members and the lack of safety
meetings on board besides the lack of maintenance of fire detection equipment
caused by the lack of coordination of the ship and the company and the lack of
responsibility of the ship's officers for fire detection equipment, making the fire
detection device not functioning properly, namely as a tool to detect fire hazards on
board. The discussion of the results of the study was to improve the knowledge of the

ship crew about fire detection devices by means of maximum familiarization of new
crew and carry out safety meetings every month, and improve maintenance of fire
detection equipment by means of good coordination between the ship and the
company and increase officer responsibility. ship by checking fire detection

In this case, it was concluded that the lack of knowledge of the ship crew
and the maintenance of fire detection equipment could cause a malfunction of the
equipment properly, namely as a tool to detect fire hazards on the ship. fire detection

Ministry of Finance as General Treasurer of State is an institution that has a strategic position at the first institution of government is to reform its bureaucracy. This research was conducted to determine the impact of implementation of policies implemented by the governments, namely Bureaucratic Reformation in the Ministry of Finance, which conducted one of them by the State Treasury Service Office (KPPN). Bureaucratic reformation is intended to Improve Organization and Human Resource Management. Also examined the level of stakeholder satisfaction with services primarily related to the public treasury in the field, namely the state budget disbursement by the financial management of "Satker" as stakeholder. This study is an experiment and carried out to answer three main hypotheses, (1) Are the changes in Structuring the Organization have any impact to performance and therefore contributes to the level of job satisfaction in obtaining services unit of KPPN Pangkalpinang. Pengelolaan Keuangan Keluarga Perspektif Islamic Wealth Management
The phenomenon of this research is when the Covid-19 pandemic spread, the divorce rate increased drastically, the highest percentage was due to the economy. Therefore the researcher wants to analyze family financial management from the perspective of Islamic wealth management. The aim is to provide a view that IWM can be used as a basis for better managing family finances. The author uses a qualitative approach method with field research (field studies) to obtain primary data that is in accordance with the issues raised. Besides that, the researcher also combined with a literature review system related to Islamic Wealth Management. The results of this study are the three families with different backgrounds, it can be said that unconsciously they have followed the principles of Islamic wealth management well, only in the last principle that has not been applied today and all informants have been aware of their primary, secondary and their tertiary. And they have considered that with the possessions they have been able to meet their needs
