PENGARUH EDUKASI BERBASIS FAMILY CENTERED MATERNITY CARE TERHADAP PEMBERIAN ASI DALAM UPAYA PENCEGAHAN STUNTING
Background: Stunting remains a major public health issue in Indonesia, strongly associated with inadequate nutrition during the early stages of life. Exclusive breastfeeding is recognized as one of the most effective interventions to prevent stunting. However, breastfeeding practices are influenced by maternal knowledge, attitudes, and family support. The Family Centered Maternity Care (FCMC) approach emphasizes family involvement in maternal and child health, aiming to improve breastfeeding practices and child nutrition. Objective: This study aimed to analyze the effect of FCMC-based education on breastfeeding practices and mothers’ perceptions of fulfilling children’s nutritional needs as an effort to prevent stunting. Methods: A mixed-method design was applied, combining quantitative and qualitative approaches. The quantitative phase used a randomized controlled trial involving 100 postpartum mothers divided into intervention and control groups. The intervention group received FCMC-based education, while the control group did not. Data were collected using structured questionnaires on breastfeeding practices, knowledge, attitudes, and family support, complemented by semi-structured interviews. Quantitative data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics, while qualitative data were thematically analyzed. Results: The majority of respondents were <18 years old, had basic education, and 65% were employed. Most mothers had good knowledge (59%), good attitudes (61%), and adequate family support (54%). Breastfeeding was reported by 68% of participants. Statistical analysis showed that mothers in the intervention group were almost four times more likely to have a good perception of fulfilling child nutrition compared to the control group (OR = 3.881; 95% CI: 1.561–9.650; p = 0.005). Qualitative findings highlighted the role of family involvement, especially from husbands, in supporting breastfeeding practices. Conclusion: FCMC-based education significantly improves mothers’ perceptions of child nutrition and enhances breastfeeding practices. Integrating FCMC into maternal health programs is recommended as a sustainable strategy to support exclusive breastfeeding and prevent stunting in Indonesia
PENGARUH PENYULUHAN KESEHATAN MODEL PEER GROUP TERHADAP PENGETAHUAN DAN SIKAP REMAJA TENTANG TUBERKULOSIS PARU
Peer groups are teenagers who are equal to the same age and maturity level as well as a place to socialize. One of the problem in adolescence is the lack of knowledge and attitude towards pulmonary TB disease. Purpose of this research to know influence of health counseling peer group model to knowledge and attitude of adolescent about pulmonary TB, type of quasi experimental research, using a comparison group given intervention with non- intervention. This research process has been carried out in april- june 2017 at YP Senior High School Singosari Deli Tua Regency Deli Serdang by method simple random sampling. The number of samples is 76 (38 respondents of intervention group and 38 respondents of non-intervention group). The result showed there was a significant difference (p<0,05) the average value of knowledge and attitudes of adolescents in the intervention and non-intervention groups. This conclusion shows that there is influence of health counseling peer group model to knowledge and attitude of adolescent about pulmonary TB at YP Senior High School Singosari Deli Tua Regency DeliSerdang
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Method: The study method was personal correlation and cross sectional study design. The sample of this study was 81 respondents with the sampling technique being as total sampling.
Result: The results of the chi square statistical test carried out obtained a significant number or p value (value=0.000)
Conclusion: The importance of maternal attitudes in preventing stunting is to prevent growth disorders of children so that it can be increased their growth and developmen
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
HUBUNGAN SLEEP HYGIENE DENGAN KUALITAS TIDUR PADA LANSIA DI DUSUN VI SILO BONTO KECAMATAN SILAU LAUT TAHUN 2022
Cell deterioration occurs in old age due to the aging mechanism, which can result in physical decline, weakened organs, and various regenerative problems. The most common problem that occurs in the elderly due to the aging process is a change in sleep quality. Insomnia is a common sleep quality disorder in the elderly that results in decreased sleep quality. Good sleep hygiene can help improve sleep quality. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between sleep hygiene and sleep quality in the elderly in Dusun VI Silo Bonto, Silau Laut District. This quantitative study used a correlation method with a cross-sectional design approach. The sampling technique used was total sampling with a sample size of 46 respondents. The data analysis used was the Chi-Square test. The results of the Chi-Square test were obtained with a significance level of a = 0.05. If the value is ≤ 0.05 (a: 5%), then the hypothesis is accepted. The statistical test result obtained a value of 0.020, which is smaller than the alpha (a) value of 0.05, thus it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between sleep hygiene and sleep quality in the elderly in Dusun VI Silo Bonto, Silau Laut District in 2022, so Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected.

Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Finally, we show by means of an example that our findings have a high practical relevance.information science;Pearson correlation;cosine;similarity measure;author cocitation analysis
Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more
sophisticated methods
