Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui Performance, Umur, Biaya Gaji, dan Biaya Transfer Terhadap Market Value Pemain Sepak Bola Profesional (Studi Empiris pada Pemain Baru Pindah Klub Sepakbola English Premier League Periode 2022/2023)
Metode dalam penelitian menggunakan data sekunder atau data tingkat dua yang didapatkan dari website transfermarkt, fifaratings dan premierleague. Populasi penelitian ini seluruh pemain sepak bola English Premier League periode 2022/2023 berjumlah 553 atlet. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 160 pemain dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Pengolahan data penelitian ini menggunakan aplikasi EViews versi 13.
Hasil pengujian statistik variabel Performance (X1) diperoleh nilai sig = 0,0000 < 0,05. Umur (X2) diperoleh nilai sig = 0,0001 < 0,05. Biaya Gaji (X3) diperoleh nilai dengan sig = 0,0000 < 0,05 Biaya Transfer (X4) diperoleh nilai sig = 0,0000 < 0,05 jadi Ho ditolak Ha diterima.
Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa performance, biaya gaji dan biaya transfer berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap market value. Sedangkan umur berpengaruh signifikan dan negatif terhadap market value.

The stories follow Andy, a woman in her 50s, on a voyage across the continent and into herself. Of these, all are written in the present, except "Bridge," which is a memory of a visit to San Francisco when Andy was 12. Eventually, some of the Andy stories may stand on their own, though they were originally written in that wavery ground between short story and novel chapter. No full textPenelitian ini menjelaskan tentang bagaimana pengaruh suatu persepsi seorang wajib pajak orang pribadi Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Batu mengenai undang-undang pajak penghasilan terhadap pelaksanaan sistem self assessment yang berlaku dalam sistem perpajakan di Indonesia yang terdapat pada Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Batu.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, serta sebagai landasan teoritis penelitian menggunakan metode studi kasus. Wajib pajak orang pribadi Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Batu adalah unit analisis dari penelitian ini. pemilihan informan dalam penelitian dilakukan dengan cara purposive serta pseudonym digunakan dalam penyajian data hasil peneliti.
Setelah dilakukan penelitian maka diperoleh hasil bahwa wajib pajak orang pribadi Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Batu memiliki persepsi yang positif terhadap undang-undang pajak penghasilan. Faktor pembentuk dari persepsi positif itu sendiri berasal dari dalam diri dan lingkungan dari wajib pajak tersebut.
Faktor-faktor dari dalam diri yang ditemukan diantaranya adalah proses belajar, motivasi diri dari wajib pajak untuk mempelajari undang-undang pajak penghasilan dan motivasi dari wajib pajak orang pribadi Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Batu untuk menghindari sangsi perpajakan, serta kepribadian dari wajib pajak. Faktor dari lingkungan yang ditemukan adalah fiskus. Faktor dari fiskus tersebut menyangkut integritas, kualitas profesionalisme, kualitas pelayanan, kotinuitas penyuluhan, dan kontinuitas pengawasan, dan pemeriksaan dari fiskus itu sendiri.
Dari persepsi positif wajib pajak orang pribadi Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Batu mengenai undang-undang pajak penghasilan berpengaruh positif pula terhadap pelaksanaan sistem self assessment yang terjadi pada Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Batu. Dimana semakin baik persepsi yang dimiliki oleh seorang Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Batu terhadap undang-undang pajak penghasilan akan semakin baik pula kualitas dalam melaksanakan kewajiban perpajakannya pada Kator Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Batu

From predicting another world war to a utopian world government, he navigates a journey through Wells' future past using audio archives and contemporary news bulletins, with expert help from Christopher Frayling, Andy Sawyer and Orson Wells.
