The case of the construction of renewable energy production plants and the possible conflicts with landscape interests is emblematic of this situation.
The paper, also through the reconstruction of the most recent jurisprudence formed on the subject and focusing on the role of regional and local powers, tries to identify what administrative tools could be put in place to seek balancing dynamics that avoid conflicts between these interests or favor a rebalancing

resilience. Urban regeneration is in fact a phenomenon that has been attributed a polysemic nature and has become a fundamental strategy of the policies of reconstruction and revitalization of the economic system and social fabric of our country after the pandemic period. The work dwells, more specifically, on the entanglements that are often found between regenerative practices and cultural policies on local heritage, also considering that urban regeneration practices are destined to interact profoundly with the various scenarios affecting urban cultural heritage
