    Share Value Realtional Capital Suggestions for the Future and an Assessment of Past Research in Driving Marketing Performance

    Abstract This study aims to build a new conceptual model based on the Share value relational capital of entrepreneurial orientation of competitive advantage as a basis for improving marketing performance in the context of small and medium-sized enterprises.Structural study methodology was adopted in this study using a total of 220 SME owners who were involved in this study and who voluntarily gave a financial time to purchase were given interviews and filled out questionnaires in the data collection process. The model was tested and hypothesized using Amos 25 to analyze about 200 questionnaires that can be used in this study for further data analysis.Findings In this study shows that there are two strategic paths for improving the marketing performance of SMEs, namely entrepreneurial orientation, Share value relational capital to improve the marketing performance of SMEs. entrepreneurial orientation with SME marketing performance

    The mediating role of environmental sustainability between green human resources management green supply chain, and green Business A conceptual Model

    A B S T R A C T This study aims to assess the influence of green HR management and Green Supply Chain on practices for initiating green business and environmental sustainability. The research also incorporated the mediation role of environmental sustainability between green HR practices, Green Supply Chain, and green business. A structural study methodology was used with 220 samples drawn from manufacturing companies in the province of Central Java. A questionnaire was used to collect data. The PLS(SEM) was also utilized to assess the constructs' reliability and validity as well as investigate their hypothesized links. The finding of this study indicates that environmental sustainability significantly mediates the relationship between green HRM, green supply chain, and green business. The research also finds a positive relationship between green HRM, environmental sustainability, and green businesses. Similarly, findings also found a significant relationship between green supply chain, environmental sustainability, and green industries. The results of this study can be applied to strengthen the resource based theory and literature of HRM and supply chain management. There are several practical managerial implications for improving the performance of manufacturing companies in Central Java. They provide recommendations for practitioners and managers to improve the business performance of companies based on green HRM, green supply chain, and environmental sustainability

    ABSTRAK penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sebuah model konseptual untuk peningkatan kinerja organisasi model yang diusulkan berdasarkan kapabilitas manajerial dinamik dan kapasitas organisasi untuk berubah. Sebuah metodologi studi struktural diadopsi dengan menggunakan 200 sampel yang diambil dari manajer di perguruan tinggi Pelayaran Niaga yang ada di Indonesia dan data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner, untuk menguji model dan hipotesis dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan Amos 25 sebagai alat analisis data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan ada sebuah jalur strategis untuk meningkatkan kinerja organisasi pada organisasi publik yakni organisasi pendidikan pada perguruan tinggi Pelayaran Niaga yang ada di Indonesia yaitu melalui sebuah jalur kemampuan manajerial dinamik kemudian kapasitas organisasi untuk berubah yang selanjutnya dapat menaikan kinerja organisasi. Penelitian ini memiliki keterbatasan antara lain belum mampu mendefinisikan secara spesifik tentang kemampuan manajerial dinamik.Selain itu sampel yang digunakan hanya terbatas pada perguruan tinggi Pelayaran Niaga untuk mewakili organisasi publik. Hasil penelitian ini diterapkan untuk memperkuat teori manajemen perubahan teori kapabilitas dinamik serta perilaku organisasi Selain itu penelitian ini juga mampu memberikan sebuah kontribusi bagi tataran praktis untuk memberikan rekomendasi bagi para manajer Puncak manajer menengah dan manajer bawah di dalam organisasi publik agar mampu memberikan suatu bentuk peningkatan kinerja organisasi berbasis perubahan organisasi dan kapabilitas dinamik yang dimiliki oleh masing-masing manajer di dalam organisasi publik

    Abstract: One of the innovations in learning is the presence of blended learning. Lectures can conduct face-to�face lesson for the student. However, blended learning adds richer learning experiences. The existence of blended learning is an essential component. Hence, education can provide a background for students to acquisition competence. The better the fact of blended learning can improve the learning process in terms of cognitive, affective, and psychomotor. This research aimed to analyze the effects of blended learning on the learning process and its output to measure learning performance. This research was conducted at the Merchant Marine Polytechnic at Semarang (Polytechnic IlmuPelayaran Semarang) by using one of the classes to measure learning performance to measure the process and measurement results be known. In the academic process, the results of this study reinforce previous research, which shows that blended learning by using learning experiences is better than an only face-to-face meeting, will encourage a more comprehensive understanding of cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects

    How Do Green Investment, Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure, and Social Collaborative Initiatives Drive Firm's Distribution Performance

    Abstract Purposes: The purpose of this study is to develop and test a possible model that investigates the relationships between green investment, CSR disclosure, social collaboration initiatives, and firm distribution performance to deal with environmental change because it’s become the major stakeholder since it affects increasingly global company performance index. Research methodology: In this study a quantitative method was adopted. The 220 respondents were owners and managers of manufacturing enterprises from Indonesia. The structural equation model (SEM) was used to test the hypotheses, and the Partial Least Square (SmartPLS) was used as the data analysis tool. Findings: The study’s finding shows that green investment has a significant effect on CSR disclosure, and CSR disclosure has a positive relationship with social collaborative initiatives and the firm’s distribution performance. Similarly, social collaborative initiatives also significantly impact a firm’s distribution performance. Limitations: This study uses variables that are still abstract and have not been able to regress the dimensions contained there into conclusion variables for each antecedent variable. In addition, this study only used a sample with a small scope, namely Central Java Province, Indonesia. Contribution: The findings of this study contribute to the body of literature in the field of organizational management and support the agency and stakeholder theories. For the practical contribution, this study provides the way to build and implement green-based investment strategies as a competitive edge and improve firm’s distribution performance

    ABSTRACT This study aims to build a new conceptual model based on the novelty produced by previous researchers called Transformative Interaction capability. Transformative interaction capabilities are expected to resolve the results of research between frequent and team performance. Structural study methodology adopted adoption in this study and a sample of 320 samples was taken from analysis units spread throughout Indonesia as a Merchant marine college. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire and data analysis was carried out using Amos 25. The findings in this study indicate that there is a strategic path to improve the performance of the public organization team at the Merchant marine College. There are two ways to improve team performance. The strategy includes transformative interaction capabilities to improve team performance. The results of this study bring benefits for theoretical and practical development

    Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

    The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

    “Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
