La tutela giuridica dell’attività creativa dei nuovi lavoratori del web
This article deals with the creative activity of web workers and explores feasible forms of legal protection.Digital works, as long as characterized by a minimal creative content, are protected by copyright law as creative intellectual work. The rise of the web, however, has changed the scenario in which workers carry out their works, the economic model, the legal actors and the author himself. The subject defined in copyright law is very different from workers of the web who resemble more to authorial forms of different periods and cultures. In this context, the A. proposes a redefinition of legal framework and new forms of protection for digital creative contents through a rethinking of the relationship between author and work

Experimental results on a solar desiccant and evaporative cooling system equipped with wet heat exchangers
An innovative solar assisted desiccant and evaporative cooling (DEC) system for
building air conditioning has been installed at the Solar Laboratory of the University of
Palermo. In this system, air-to-air packaged wet heat exchangers are used to
maximise the exploitation of the evaporative cooling potential associated with the
exhaust air stream.
Results obtained are very positive, showing that DEC systems can benefit from the
use of wet heat exchangers to efficiently cool the air stream after the adsorption
process in the desiccant wheel, without any change in moisture conten
Alcune riflessioni oltre il decreto n. 161 dell’11 aprile 2023
The article deals with the digitalization of art works and the circulation of their copies through the new market of the NFTs. Inspired from the Decree No. 161/2023, the Author reflects on how technology, if correctly endorsed by the law, might contribute to enhancing the value of private and public cultural heritage
Data and Digital Sovereignty
The Author examines the European strategy aimed at establishing a “digital sovereignty” based on European fundamental rights and values, by contrasting the recent dominance of private powers in the regulation of new virtual spaces. Nowadays times have changed, and public power needs to reclaim its role in the regulation of virtual life in a framework where there are multiple levels of rules which correspond to as many expressions of power. Especially the European Union should adopt appropriate legal instruments in order to affirm its leadership towards China and U.S.A
La sovranità digitale
The Author examines the meaning of «digital sovereignty», exploring the reasons why public power has not regulated new virtual spaces so far, letting instead privates, like social networks’ providers, make their own rules. Nowadays times have changed, and public power needs to reclaim its role in the regulation of virtual life in a framework where there are multiple levels of rules which correspond to as many expressions of power. Especially the European Union should adopt appropriate legal instruments in order to affirm its leadership towards China and U.S.A
