The analysis of the effects on separate waste collection in Mengeš municipality
Get PDFDandanes je ravnanje z odpadki v svetu zelo aktualna tema. Slovenija je že pred časom uvedla obvezno ločeno zbiranje odpadkov in ker je od te uvedbe minilo že kar nekaj časa, smo se odločili, da bomo v diplomski nalogi raziskali ozaveščenost o ločevanju odpadkov občank in občanov v občini Mengeš.
Do rezultatov raziskave smo v diplomski nalogi prišli s pomočjo anketnih vprašalnikov, ki smo jih izvajali v fizični obliki med občankami in občani občine Mengeš. Anketni vprašalnik je sestavljen iz devetih vprašanj zaprtega tipa, od katerih je večina sestavljena iz pet stopenjske lestvice odgovorov. Analiza anketnega vprašalnika je pokazala, da so občanke in občani občine Mengeš z ločenim zbiranjem odpadkov dobro seznanjeni. Rezultate anketnih vprašanj smo analizirali z opisno statistiko, grafe pa kreirali z orodjem Microsoft Excel.
Vsak od nas ima možnost, da odpadke ločuje. S tem zmanjšujemo škodljive vplive na naš planet in skrbimo, da bomo imeli mi in generacije, ki prihajajo za nami, čisto in zdravo okolje.Nowadays waste handling is a very topical subject. Slovenia has a long time ago already introduced the waste collection. Because some time has passed since this introduction we have decided that in this Bachelor’s degree make research about conscious to waste separation residents of Mengeš.
We got the results with poll’s questionnaire’s help which we perform in physic shape between the citizens of Mengeš. Poll\u27s questionnaire is made of nine questions closed type from which the most is made of 5-level scale. The analysis of the poll’s questionnaire has shown that the citizens of commune Mengeš are well known with the separate waste collection. The results of the poll’s questions we have analyzed with descriptive statistic and graphs with Microsoft Excell.
Everyone among us has the opportunity to separate waste. In this way, we can reduce the noxious influence on our planet and we can be sure, that we and generations coming after us will have the clean and healthy environment
The impact of work-family balance on employee engagement at work
Get PDFV zadnjih letih se je preučevanje odnosa med delom in družino razvilo, saj se ni osredotočalo le na konflikte med delom in družino, ampak je vključevalo tudi pozitivne vidike sodelovanja v več vlogah, kot je obogatitev dela in družine. Ravnovesje med delom in družino ter zavzetost pri delu ima številne posledice tako na posameznike kot organizacije. Zavzetost pri delu lahko opredelimo kot pozitivno, izpolnjujoče, afektivno-motivacijsko stanje dobrega počutja, povezanega z delom. Namen magistrske naloge je oceniti vpliv, ki ga ima lahko ravnovesje med delom in družino na zavzetost zaposlenih. Glavni cilj raziskave je empirično preizkusiti razmerja glede ravnovesja med delom in družino in njegovim vplivom na zavzetost pri delu. Prvi del naloge je teoretični, v njem so z različnimi metodami predstavljena temeljna teoretična izhodišča in pretekle raziskave o obravnavani tematiki. V drugem delu naloge je izvedena empirična raziskava na vzorcu zaposlenih v Sloveniji. Kot raziskovalno orodje je uporabljen vprašalnik. Anketiranci so bili izbrani naključno, vzorec je neslučajnostni, v raziskavi je sodelovalo 137 oseb. Ugotovljeno je, da zaposleni v naši raziskavi v povprečju nimajo večjih težav pri usklajevanju poklicnega in zasebnega življenja. Prav tako je ugotovljeno, da ravnovesje med delom in družino vpliva na zavzetost zaposlenih pri delu. Uravnovešenost poklicnega in zasebnega življenja torej vodi do višje stopnje zavzetosti zaposlenih. V organizacijah se morajo zavedati, da če bodo svojim zaposlenim pomagali najti popolno ravnovesje med delom in družino, bodo povečali njihovo stopnjo zavzetosti za delo. Omejitev raziskave je v majhnem vzorcu, kar onemogoča posplošitev rezultatov raziskave na celotno populacijo. V nadaljevanju raziskave bi bilo smotrno v raziskavo vključiti večji vzorec. Poleg tega bi lahko v nadaljevanju raziskovanja ugotavljali, kako ravnovesje med delom in družino vpliva na druga področja dela, kot je na primer zadovoljstvo zaposlenih, namera o odhodu z delovnega mesta in organizacijska klima.In recent years, the study of the relationship between work and family has developed, as it has not only focused on conflicts between work and family but also included the positive aspects of role overlap, such as work and family enrichment. Work-family balance and work engagement have numerous consequences for both individuals and organizations. Work engagement can be defined as a positive, fulfilling, affective-motivational state of well-being related to work. The aim of this master\u27s thesis is to assess the impact that work-family balance can have on employee engagement. The main goal of the research is to empirically test the relationships concerning work-family balance and its impact on work engagement. The first part of the thesis is theoretical, presenting the fundamental theoretical foundations and previous research on the topic using various methods. The second part of the thesis presents an empirical study based on a sample of employees in Slovenia. A questionnaire was used as the research tool. The participants were randomly selected, and the sample is non-probability. The study included 137 participants. It was found that employees in our study, on average, do not have significant difficulties in balancing their professional and private lives. It was also determined that work-family balance influences employee engagement at work. Therefore, the balance between professional and private life leads to a higher level of employee engagement. Organizations must be aware that by helping their employees achieve the perfect balance between work and family, they will increase their level of work engagement. A limitation of the study is the small sample size, which prevents the generalization of the results to the entire population. In future research, it would be advisable to include a larger sample. Additionally, further studies could explore how work-family balance affects other areas of work, such as employee satisfaction, intention to leave the workplace, and organizational climate
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
