Browser security : a requirements-based approach
A browser is a convenient way to access resources located remotely on computer networks. Security in browsers has become a crucial issue for users who use them for sensitive applications without knowledge ofthe hazards. This research utilises a structure approach to analyse and propose enhancements to browser security. Standard evaluation for computer products is important as it helps users to ensure that the product they use is appropriate for their needs. Security in browsers, therefore, has been evaluated using the Common Criteria. The outcome of this was a security requirements profile which attempts to formalise the security needs of browsers. The information collected\ud
during the research was used to produce a prototype model for a secure browser program. Modifications to the Lynx browser were made to demonstrate the proposed\ud

Analysis on the Implementation of Enhancing Blood Donor Recruitment Strategies at National Blood Center, Yangon ( Nwe Nwe Oo, 2025)
This study analyses the implementation of blood donor recruitment strategies at the National Blood Center (NBC), Yangon, with a focus on their effectiveness in increasing voluntary blood donations. Despite the vital role of blood in healthcare and the strategic efforts initiated by NBC, such as, reminder calls to donors, mobile blood drives, and collaboration with corporate groups for mass donation events, voluntary donation rates remain inadequate, particularly after COVID-19 pandemic. A quantitative, descriptive research design was employed, with data collected from 500 voluntary blood donors at NBC during March 2025. The results indicate that while a majority of respondents demonstrated a positive attitude and moderate level of knowledge about blood donation, several barriers persist. These include limited access to donation sites, misconceptions about health impacts, and logistical challenges. The primary motivations for blood donation were altruism, compassion toward patients, and a strong sense of social responsibility. Deterrents included fear of needles, healthrelated concerns, and time constraints. The study concludes that although current recruitment strategies have resulted in some benefits, they require more targeted and sustainable improvements. Enhanced public education and strengthened donor engagement mechanisms are essential for ensuring a stable and sufficient blood supply in Myanmar

THE EFFECTS OF COMMUNITY-BASED TOURISM ON LOCAL AREA DEVELOPMENT (Case Study: Kyaikthale Village in Twantay Township, Yangon) (Nwe Nwe Tun, 2019)
Community-based tourism is capable of providing alternative income and employment for local people, increasing environmental conservation awareness in locals and visitors, social and cultural sustainability of the CBT area while empowering the local community. This study aims to examine the participation of community in the success of the CBT and to analyze the effects of the CBT on development of local area in Twantay Township. This research use descriptive method. The quantitative research is conducted by distribution of questionnaires to respondents. The qualitative approach is also used by interviewing the key informant. The study found that CBT offers positively potential economic effects such as earning households’ additional income, improving businesses to the community in the area. Moreover, effect of environmental development need to be more for the long-term within the community area. Although the village’s infrastructure is not fully beneficial yet, promise towards a better future. Then, the respondents gain social and cultural effects within the community in the area. Regarding the answers by interviewing to the key informant participants, local people do not widely have the same opinion due to their conceptual skills and knowledge. Another interview result found that not all respondents of the community take active roles in the development and management of the CBT activities because the villagers do not have adequate awareness and knowledge on implementing the CBT
Smart Blind Walking Stick Using Arduino
This system is based on sensors and microcontroller. The features are to detect the obstacle for collision avoidance and it detects the object in directions left, right, down and front. The system is composed of the ultrasonic sensor, IR sensor and Arduino Mega 2560. It has a low cost and lightweight system design. By using these three items, it senses the distance with sensors and the blind stick frame is designed. And then send distance data to Arduino mega2560 controller. In emergency situations, the blind walker knows the distance or safe area for themselves. Design and Construction of Movable Bridge using Arduino
This paper is designed to build movable bridge for passable both land and marine transportation and upgrade transportation system for people. In this paper, Arduino Uno, ultrasonic sensor, servo motor, 2channel relay and gear motor are used as mainly devices. Ultrasonic sensor is running by emitting waves until the ship is coming. As soon as the ship is passing, the sensor is sent data to arduino. And then, arduino microcontroller control the traffic light on the land by changing green led to red led. In this condition, the servo motor start to run and gate on the land is closed. After gate is closed, the gear motor start to run and lift the bridge to cross the ship. When the ship is passed, the bridge down to normal state and red led change to green led. When the led is green, the servo motor start to run and gate is open. At this time, the cars can pass safety. Effects of the ratio of dietary fish meal to soybean meal on the performance of broiler chicks
A completely randomized design (CRD) was used with a total of 160 day-old commercial broiler
chicks which were randomly assigned to four treatment groups with five replicates into 20 pens
and brooded. Feed and water were provided ad libitum. From day old chick to 21 day, the broiler
chicks were fed Diet 1 (5% fish meal and 25% soybean meal, 1: 5), Diet 2 (3% fish meal and 30%
soybean meal, 1: 10) was served as control diet, Diet 3 (2% fish meal and 30% soybean meal, 1:
15) and Diet 4 (1.5% fish meal and 30% soybean meal, 1: 20). From day 22 onwards, the broiler
chicks were fed finisher diet, Diet 1 (5% fish meal and 25% soybean meal, 1: 5), Diet 2 (2.6%
fish meal and 26% soybean meal, 1: 10, serve as control diet, Diet 3 (1.8% fish meal and 27%
soybean meal, 1: 15) and Diet 4 (1.3% fish meal and 26% soybean meal, 1: 20). Weekly
performances and mortality are measured. By feeding FS5 diet (5% fish meal and 25% soybean
meal), the heavier body weight, increased feed consumption and feed conversion ratio of broiler
chicks was observed when compared to that of other treatment groups. Conclusively, it is obvious
that the ratio of dietary fish meal to soybean meal 1: 5 (FS5) improved body weight but the lower
feed efficiency of this diet should be considered in economical point of view
