    Implementation of Meeting Minutes, Neofeeder and SISTER at STT Humble and STT Berea

    High Schools of Technology or abbreviated as STT Humble and STT Berea, are two institutions that are under the Director General of Christian Guidance in monitoring and reporting but must be integrated with the Ministry of Education and Culture through a Neofeeder. So far, the existence of STT Humble in Bengkayang Regency and STT Berea in Ansang, Darit, Landak Regency has become the prima donna for undergraduate higher education for prospective Christian teachers and prospective ministers such as missionaries and pastors. However, in practice, the limitations of information technology-based services in both STTs make it very difficult to see the unavailability of IT personnel. For example, the need to coordinate with each other is not documented in meeting minutes until the existence of the Pddikti feeder application, which has turned into a Neofeeder through monthly updates and a SISTER service for BKD services for each lecturer. Through this community service, the implementation of digital-based meeting minutes for STT Humble, and an online cloud for neo feeder, to the management of VMware-based SISTERs for STT Berea were designed

    The rapid growth in internet usage in recent years has placed significant demands on network service quality. Technological developments and increasingly complex communication needs have made it important to improve the Quality of Service (QoS) of internet networks at Diskominfo Bengkayang Regency. Optimal Quality of Service is essential to support critical applicationssuch as video conferencing, streaming, and other real-time applications. Obstacles such as high latency, low throughput, and lack of prioritization in traffic management can hinder the user experience and reduce service effectiveness. By optimizing QoS, not only does it ensure that critical services receive the appropriate priority, but it also improves the overall efficiency of network resource usage. The involvement of this prioritization scheme in the network infrastructure provides a holistic solution, combining a deep understanding of latency, throughput, and prioritization needs. All of this is done in an effort to optimize QoS so that users can enjoy a good experience when using internet access

    Network Infrastructure Design and Website Management of Perumdam Tirta Bengkayang

    The management and optimization of IT infrastructure are vital for the Regional-Owned Enterprise Agency, Perumdam Titra Bengkayang, considering the number of connections on 2021 was 10.100 SR and the number continues to grow. This causes the need to improve services in the field of information technology, especially facilities and infrastructure for information disclosure of public bodies involving facilities such as network infrastructure and websites as well as online payment systems. Since the change of director and of name from PDAM to Perumdam Tirta Bengkayang, it is stated in the five year strategic plan to change the status of information disclosure from the black zone in 2019 at least to yellow for 2020-2022 and blue or green for 2023-2024. Through this activity, the design of a network system among the branches of the Perumdam Tirta Bengkayang office and website management to facilitate monitoring and evaluation of information disclosure for public agencies were done.     Implementing Swakelola III Framework of Open Data 1.0 at Diskominfo Bengkayang Regency and IT Department of Shanti Bhuana Institute

    The implementation of information systems and technology within the scope of Governmentis now mandatory to adhere to a framework known as Swakelola. The framework necessitates that every system and technology project involving local community organizations or regencies should develop the existing human resources potential within the city. This also applies to the procurement of open data systems managed by the Department of Communications and Informatics of Bengkayang Regency, involving the IT Department of Shanti Bhuana Institute through direct appointment based on Type III (Swakelola). The creation of the Open Data system is named Open Data 1.0, aiming at facilitating the Regent in accessing data from the Regional Work Units in Bengkayang Regency for easier future monitoring. The Swakelola implementation involves various documents that are expected to assist other universities in establishing official collaborations with the Local Government for system development. The feedback from the collaboration on creating Open Data 1.0 obtained a satisfaction rating of 4.6 out of 5 from the Head of the IT Division and the Users of Diskominfo Bengkayang Regency

    Tujuan dari pembuatan video iklan ini adalah untuk mempersuasi wisatawan atau khalayak luas guna memperkenalkan potensi tersembunyi di desa Pandean sehingga nantinya desa ini dapat menjadi pilihan destinasi wisata kedepannya. Metode pengambilan data yang digunakan penulis adalah dengan datang langsung ke desa Pandean untuk melakukan wawancara dengan sekretaris desa Pandean. Wawancara ini dilakukan guna mengetahui apa saja yang terdapat di dalam desa Pandean. Kemudian selama wawancara berlangsung penulis diberikan data – data mengenai desa Pandean mulai dari potensi wisata, UMKM, tradisi budaya dan sosial yang memudahkan penulis dalam melakukan penulisan dan pembuatan karya video iklan. Berdasarkan hasil observasi di lapangan, penulis menemukan bahwa desa Pandean memiliki potensi yang sangat banyak mulai dari wisata alamnya, budaya dan tradisi serta lahan subur yang menghasilkan banyak hasil bumi dan menjadi mata pencaharian terbesar masyarakat disana. Meskipun menyimpan begitu banyak potensi, desa yang sudah berstatus sebagai desa wisata ini masih belum diketahui oleh banyak orang. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan upaya promosi yang lebih intensif untuk menarik perhatian masyarakat luas.The purpose of making this advertising video is to persuade tourists or a wide audience to introduce the hidden potential in Pandean village so that later this village can be a choice of tourist destinations in the future. The data collection method used by the author is to come directly to Pandean village to conduct an interview with the Pandean village secretary. This interview was conducted to find out what is contained in Pandean village. Then during the interview, the author was given data about Pandean village ranging from tourism potential, UMKM, cultural and social traditions that made it easier for the author to write and make advertising video works. Based on the results of observations in the field, the author found that Pandean village has a lot of potential starting from its natural tourism, culture and traditions as well as fertile land that produces a lot of crops and is the biggest livelihood of the people there. Despite having so much potential, the village, which already has the status of a tourist village, is still not known by many people. Therefore, more intensive promotional efforts are needed to attract the attention of the wider community

    Sentimen adalah proses komputasional dalam mengidentifikasi dan mengategori opini-opini dalam bentuk potongan teks, khususnya untuk mengukur maksud si pembuat potongan teks terhadap topik tertentu, dapat bernada positif, negatif, atau netral. Dalam konteks layanan perusahaan, sentimen yang sering muncul biasanya adalah sentiment yang bernilai positif dalam bentuk pujian dan apresiasi maupun sentiment bernilai negatif dalam bentuk complain. Ketika komplain dilakukan oleh pelanggan, maka pihak perusahaan harus dapat melakukan tindakan untuk menanggulangi komplain tersebut, yang dimungkinkan dapat berimbas terhadap kredibilitas perusahaan, bahkan dapat berimbas pada harga saham. Sosial media menjadi tempat yang dapat digunakan untuk menyampaikan keluhan maupun review positif dari pelanggan terhadap layanan yang diberikan oleh perusahaan. Proses analisis sentimen pelanggan terhadap layanan perusahaan perlu dilakukan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar jumlah sentimen yang muncul menggunakan metode KNN dengan studi kasus pada perusahaan telekomunikasi di Indonesia. Kemudian dilakukan analisis regresi untuk menilai apakah jumlah sentimen pelanggan berpengaruh terhadap harga saham perusahaan. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sentimen positif sebesar 16% , sentimen negatif sebesar 78 % dan sentimen netral sebesar 6%. Metode KNN menghasilkan akurasi paling tinggi sebesar 79,06% pada cross validation = 4. Jumlah sentimen negatif dan harga saham memiliki nilai regresi dan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,46 atau dengan kata lain tidak memiliki keterikatan satu sama lain. Sentimen positif menghasilkan nilai regresi dan korelasi sebesar 0,02 dengan artian memiliki keterikatan satu sama lain

    Penentuan Jenis Tanaman Berdasarkan Kemiringan Lahan Pertanian Menggunakan Adopsi Linier Programming Berbasis Pengolahan Citra

    Abstract. The slope is a measure of the slope of the land relative to the flat plane which is generally expressed in percent or degree. Agricultural land that has a slope of more than 15 ° can be more easily damaged. In this study, a value of 2.5 ° was used in determining the normal slope. The process of implementing a decision support system used linear programming adoption in determining the slope and rotation of the slope of the land and determining whether the normalization of the image input was necessary or not. The purpose of this research is to determine the time needed to determine the plant types based on angle rotation setting determined by the user. The results of the study shows that the greater height and width of an object, the longer time needed to determine the plant types, land price and the land slope. The results of the study were obtained in conducting five tests. Tests 1 and 2 images with height and image width ranged from 150-480 obtained time for normalization of 15-30, testing 3.4.5 images with height and image widths ranging from 322 and 788 requiring 54- 108.Keywords: Slope, Adopting Linear Programming, Decision Support SystemsAbstrak. Kemiringan lereng merupakan ukuran kemiringan lahan relatif terhadap bidang datar yang secara umum dinyatakan dalam persen atau derajat. Lahan pertanian yang mempunyai kemiringan lebih dari 15° dapat lebih mudah rusak. Pada penelitian ini digunakan nilai 2,5 ° pada penentuan kemiringan normalisasi.Proses implementasi system pendukung keputusan menggunakan adopsi linier programing dalam menentukan sudut kemiringan lahan, rotasi kemiringan lahan dan menentukan perlu atau tidaknya normalisasi pada input citra tersebut. Lima pengujian dilakukan dalam penelitian ini. Pada pengujian 1 dan 2, citra dengan tinggi dan lebar berkisar 150-480 didapatkan waktu untuk normalisasi 15-30. Pada pengujian 3,4,5 citra dengan tinggi dan lebar citra berkisar 322 dan 788 dibutuhkan waktu 54-108.Kata Kunci: Kemiringan lereng, Adopsi Linear Programming, Sistem Pendukung Keputusa

    Optimisation of Network Logs for Fake Bandwidth Classification using CNN

    The goal of this study is to enhance the classification accuracy of fake bandwidth using a CNN model, leveraging network logs collected in real-time. For this research, the network logs from the Cyber Security Laboratory of the University of Technology Sarawak are used as a dataset for training the CNN model. The dataset consists of 20 days of continuous network activity logging, which results in over 500,000 data entries. According to the model evaluation results, the trained CNN model demonstrated high accuracy in classifying genuine bandwidth (Precision: 0.92, Recall: 0.95). Moreover, it achieved considerable success in detecting fake bandwidth (Precision: 0.89, Recall: 0.90) and the no heavy activity category (Precision: 0.98, Recall: 0.84). Analysis of Loss Over Epochs showed a dramatic decrease in loss during the training phase, with optimal convergence reached by epoch 2000. Identifying these characteristics enables monitoring systems to classify network data with high certainty, detecting bandwidth manipulation in expansive networks. Thus, this research aids the design of dynamic network monitoring systems that require minimal response time while maintaining high accuracy

    Prototype Sistem Pengunci Pintu Melalui Internet Menggunakan Arduino Uno Berbasis Android

    Internet of Think (IoT) is emerging as a big issue on the internet, it is expected that billions of objects will be equipped with various types of sensors connected to the internet through networks as well as technology support such as embedded sensors and actualization. This study aims to design and analyze the application of a prototype door locking system via the internet using Arduino Uno based on Android. This research uses the SDLC method in designing and developing a prototype door lock system over the internet using Arduino Uno based on Android. There are 3 stages of the SDLC method used in this research, namely Requirements Analysis, System Design, and System Implementation. The input from this system is in the form of on and off commands from smartphones that are sent to thingspeak as a server service and will be continued to Arduino devices that have been connected to a solenoid doorlock. If the door is opened, the magnetic sensor switch will send the information back to Thingspeak and continue to the smartphone as feedback. The results of the tests that have been carried out are that the average time required for lock = 4.36 seconds and unlock = 5.30 seconds, while the average sensor test time required to send sensor data with conditions Open = 12.33 seconds and Closed = 12.43 seconds. The delay time depends on the condition of the network connected to the system.Internet of Think (IoT) muncul sebagai isu besar di Internet, diiharapkan bahwa miliaran hal fisik atau benda akan dilengkapi dengan berbagai jenis sensor terhubung ke internet melalui jaringan serta dukungan teknologi seperti tertanam sensor dan aktualisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang serta analisis penerapan prototype Sistem Pengunci Pintu Melalui Internet Menggunakan Arduino Uno Berbasis Android. Penelian ini menggunakan metode SDLC dalam melakukan perancangan dan pengembangan prorotype sistem Pengunci Pintu Melalui Internet Menggunakan Arduino Uno Berbasis Android. Terdapat 3 tahapan dari metode SDLC yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Analisis Kebutuhan, Desain Sistem dan Implementasi sistem. Inputan dari sistem ini berupa perintah on dan off dari smartphone yang dikirim ke thingspeak sebagai layanan server dan akan dilanjutkan ke perangkat arduino yang telah tersambung selenoid doorlock. Jika pintu dibuka, maka sensor magnetik switch akan mengirim kembali informasi ke thingspeak dan dilanjutkan ke smartphone sebagai  feedback. Hasil penerapan bahwa sistem dapat melakukan lock dan unlock pintu jika perangkat sistem terhubung ke internet yang terhubung dengan layanan dari Thingspeak. prototype sistem pengunci pintu ini diimplementasikan pada 2 pintu yang telah terpasang Selemoid doorlock dan sensor magnetic switch. Hasil dari pengujian yang telah dilakukan di jalan mamo 2 pada tanggal 25-08-2016 rata-rata waktu diperlukan untuk lock = 4.36 detik dan unlock = 5.30 detik, sedangkan pengujian sensor rata-rata waktu yang diperlukan untuk mengirim data sensor dengan kondisi Terbuka  = 12.33 detik dan Tertutup = 12.43 detik.     Classification of Simulated Fake Bandwidth Data Using LSTM

    Hardly will someone acknowledge that the bandwidth we use every day is as authentic as most ISPs advertise, even those offering dedicated services. There are usually shortcomings, especially on upload and download bandwidth speeds. This paper presents the classification of simulated fake bandwidth data using the Long Short-Term Memory model, which though seldom found, is a very effective approach in network analysis. There were 1400 bandwidth data points collected from the MikroTik RB 1100 AHx device in a month, then further processed with normalization, and divided to have 80% training and 20% testing. The LSTM model applied had an accuracy rate of 98.93%, proving that it is capable of classifying either genuine or fake bandwidth instances accordingly. Of 1,400 test data points, the model managed to classify 723 as fake bandwidth and another 677 as genuine, resulting in a classification error rate of only 1.07%. The results clearly prove that LSTM has huge potential for real-time bandwidth manipulation detection, key to enhancing trust and efficiency in network management.
