    Abstract. kWh Meter is a tool used to measure and record the use of electrical energy consumed by customers. However, there are still problematic that occur in the kWh meter caused by several factors such as jammed kWh, blurry kWh and old kWh. This problematic affects the measurement of electrical energy in the kWh meter installed on the customer. The average use of the kWh before being replaced with the average usage after being replaced shows an increase. This shows that there is an anomaly in the changed kWh meter. This Final Report will discuss this matter. The methodology used in this Final Report is the literature method, the observation method, as well as the consultation and discussion method. The author collects data by seeking information from books, articles, internet, and journals related to titles that can support the progress of this final report. The author also made direct observations on objects in the field located in the PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Muara Enim. Then the author conducted discussions with supervisors and PLN staff. The conclusion that can be drawn from this Final Report is that there is an increase in the value of kWh after replacing the problematic kWh meter, which previously the average usage was only 3,282 kWh then after replacing the average usage increased to 4,011 kWh, so there is a difference in the average usage of 729 kWh. The replacement of jammed and blurry kWh meters increases the effectiveness of selling kWh by 22.21%. So there is difference in costs which is a loss that in charge of PT. PLN of Rp. 904.328/month.

    kWh Meter merupakan suatu alat yang digunakan untuk mengukur dan mencatat pemakaian energi listrik yang dikonsumsi oleh pelanggan. Akan tetapi masih ada ketidaknormalan yang terjadi pada kWh meter yang disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor seperti kWh macet, kWh buram dan kWh tua. Ketidak normalan tersebut berpengaruh pada pengukuran energi listrik di kWh meter yang terpasang pada pelanggan. Rata-rata pemakaian nilai kWh sebelum diganti dengan rata – rata pemakaian sesudah diganti menunjukan peningkatan. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa adanya anomali pada kWh meter lama tersebut. Laporan Akhir ini akan membahas tentang hal tersebut. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam Laporan Akhir ini adalah metode literatur, metode observasi, dan juga metode konsultasi dan diskusi. Penulis melakukan pengumpulan data dengan mencari informasi dari buku, artikel, internet, dan jurnal yang berkaitan dengan judul yang dapat mendukung penyusunan laporan akhir ini. Penulis juga melakukan pengamatan langsung pada objek di lapangan yang berada di wilayah PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Muara Enim. Kemudian Penulis juga melakukan diskusi dengan dosen pembimbing dan staff PLN. Kesimpulan yang bisa diambil dari Laporan Akhir ini yaitu terdapat peningkatan nilai kWh setelah dilakukan penggantian pada kWh meter abnormal, yang sebelumnya rata-rata pemakaian hanya 3.282 kWh setelah di lakukan penggantian rata-rata pemakaian meningkat menjadi 4.011 kWh maka terdapat selisih rata-rata pemakaian sebesar 729 kWh. Penggantian kWh meter macet dan buram meningkatkan efektifitas kWh jual sebesar 22,21 %. Dan juga terdapat selisih biaya yang merupakan kerugian yang selama ini ditanggung oleh PT. PLN sebesar Rp. 904.328/bulan

    Character education in elementary schools plays an important role in building basic leadership values in students. This study aims to analyze how character education can help shape leadership at the elementary school level. Through a literature study approach, this study explores various concepts and practices of character education that can be applied in elementary schools to develop leadership qualities. The results of the study indicate that character education integrated into the learning process can build a foundation for leadership that focuses on developing students' character, responsibility, empathy, and social skills. Education based on moral values such as honesty, cooperation, and justice will form leaders who are responsible and have integrity

    Pharmacokinetics Profile of Chitosan Nanoparticles in Chronic Lead-induced Toxicity Rats Model

    Chronic lead exposure induces ROS accumulation which causes physiological disorders. Chelation therapy has been widely used to overcome lead poisoning since it exerts only a few side effects. Nano chitosan prevents lead poisoning by inhibiting ROS. This study examined the pharmacokinetics of nano chitosan in chronic lead-induced toxicity animal models and the mechanism of action pathway using the bioinformatic approach, The area under the curve was estimated to be 12110.13 ± 7709.37 μg/mL hours using the pharmacokinetic model, and the Cmax was 82.34 ± 5.64 μg/mL. The Tmax and t½ calculations were 22.68 ± 11.67 and 80.47 ± 60.58 hours respectively. Chitosan nanoparticles regulated VEGFA, FGF2, and LGALS3 which plausibly played a substantial role in chronic lead exposure. However, chitosan is not suitable for oral administration due to its low gastrointestinal solubility. These characteristics make chitosan nanoparticles have the prospect of being developed as a supplement so that they can contribute to overcoming the negative impacts of chronic lead poisoning
