Penerjemahan komunikatif kitab al-nur al-mausul karya syekh hisyam kamil hamid musa as-syafi i
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguraikan pertanggungjawaban penerjemahan komunikatif kitab Al-Nur Al-Mausul karya Syekh Hisyam Kamil Hamid Musa As-Syafi i, menggunakan metode kualitatif-deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa: Pertama, penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah produk penerjemahan yang menerapkan metode komunkatif serta 12 teknik penerjemahan. Kedua, dengan menggunakan metode komunikatif dan 12 taknik penerjemahan, maka dilakukan penerjemahan terhadap kitab Al-Nur Al-Mausul karya Syekh Hisyam Kamil Hamid Musa As-Syafi i sebanyak 14 bab dari 42 bab pembahasan di dalamnya, dan dianalisis sebanyak 10 data utama. Ketiga, yang paling sering digunakan dalam menganalisis data utama adalah teknik penambahan, teknik pelepasan dan teknik variasi. Teknik penambahan banyak dilakukan pada frasa atau kalimat nomina yang membutuhkan penejelasan lebih, teknik pelepasan banyak dilakukan terhadap nomina yang berpotensi mengalami redudansi dan kesalahpahaman perspektif, teknik variasi banyak dilakukan terhadap kalimat verba dan kalimat yang mengandung unsur gaya bahasaxviii, 71 hlm, 25 c

A study testing the bioactivity sap Ambon banana Musa paradisiaca var. \ud
sapientum on the growth of Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas \ud
aeuroginosa. The purpose of this study was to determine the antibacterial potency of the stem \ud
sap of Ambon banana Musa paradisiaca var sapientum and levels of inhibitory samples on \ud
the growth of Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeuroginosa. \ud
Banana sap, which has been prepared at a temperature of 55o\ud
C for 2 days in the oven made a \ud
concentration of 1%, 5%, 10% and 15%. Antimicrobial test itself was done by using the agar \ud
diffusion method on Mueller Hinton medium agar with an incubation period of 24 hours and \ud
48 hours. The results with 24 hour incubation period showed that the inhibition zone formed \ud
the greatest concentration of 15% for Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and \ud
Pseudomonas aeuroginosa with an average diameter of each zone of inhibition 22.5 mm, 10.5 \ud
mm and 10.25 mm, in particular in bacteria Staphylococcus aureus zone was formed at \ud
concentrations of 5% and 10% respectively with the average obstacle diameter 12.25 mm and \ud
18, 25 mm. While on 48 hour incubation inhibition zone was formed at a concentration of \ud
15% for Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeuroginosa with an \ud
average diameter of each zone of inhibition 21.5 mm, 9.75 mm and 9.25 mm. In 1,2\ud

AN EVALUATION ON THE INTERPRETATION OF THE QURAN IN TATAR LANGUAGE BY MUSA CARULLAH (1875 – 1948)
Bu çalışmada Tatar Türklerinden Mûsâ Cârullâh'ın yıllardan beri kayıp meal olarak bilinen Kur'ân-ı Kerîm: Tercüme-i Şerîfe ya da Kur'ânı Kerim'in tatarca tercümesi adlı eserini inceleme konusu edindik. Zira Cârullâh, yaşadığı dönemde sadece doğduğu topraklarda kalmamış, Hindistan'dan Finlandiya'ya, Sibirya'dan kuzey Afrika'ya kadar geniş coğrafyada adından söz ettiren önemli bir şahsiyettir. Hayatının her safhasında Müslümanların karşılaştıkları sorunları Kur'ân ve sünnet çerçevesinde çözmeye çalışan biri olması açısından onun yaptığı Kur'ân tercümesi araştırmaya değer bir nitelik taşımaktadır. Bilindiği üzere Cârullâh'ın kelam, tefsir ve tefsir usulünün bazı konularına yaklaşımı araştırmanın dışında bırakılmıştır. Ancak yaptığımız çalışma sonunda anlaşılacaktır ki Cârullâh'ın yaptığı bu tercüme onun özgünlüğünü pek yansıtmamaktır. Kendi ifadesine göre tercümeyi yaparken eski tefsir kaynaklarından kapsamlı bir şekilde yararlanmış ve lafızların açık delaletinden öteye gitmemiştir. İncelediğimizde eserde klasik tefsir kaynaklarının etkileri açık bir şekilde görülecektir. Tartışmalara kapı aralayacak yaklaşımlardan uzak durmuştur. Her ne kadar kelmî ve fıkhî tartışmalara girmese de hurufu mukattaaların izahını yapmaya çalışması eser için bir yenilik sayılabilir. Besmelenin Kur'an'dan bir âyet sayılıp sayılmaması mesele ve bu konudaki Carûllah'ın yorumu kendi içinde tutarsızdır. Eser, dili bakımından kendinden öncekilerin yaptıkları tercümelerin aksine gayet akıcıdır. Ayetlerin manalarını ifade ederken kırık cümleler kullanmak yerine tam cümle yöntemi kullanmıştır.Eseri şekil açısından incelediğimizde ayetlerin numaralandırılması konusunda bazı hataların olduğu görülecektir. Bu hatalar doğal olarak surelerin âyet sayılarına yansımaktadırThe interpretation of the Quran in the Tatar language, known as the lost interpretation since the years, by Musa Carullah of Tatar Turks has been studied in this paper. Because, Musa Carullah was widely influential in not only his lands, but also the broad geography from India to Finland; from Siberia to the North Africa in his era. His interpretation of the Quran is deserved to be studied for that he was a personality trying to solve the problems of the Muslims in the light of the Quran and Sunnah at every phase of his life. As known, approach of Musa Carullah to some topics of Kalam (science of discourse), Tafsir (interpretation of the Quran) and the Usûl al-Tafsir (method of interpretation) was beyond the research. According to his own expression this study that his interpretation of the Quran doesn’t reflect general characteristics of his other works. When we examine it, the effects of classical sources of tafsir in the work will be clearly seen. Although it is said that it will not enter into discussions about kelamî and fıkhî trying to explain huruf-ı muqattaa is a novelty for the work. Briefly, as expressed by him, he benefited comprehensively from all the previous Tafsir sources and didn’t go beyond the literal meaning of the words. He remained far from the approach which could cause dispute. In the linguistic regard, the language of his interpretation is more fluent than that of the past interpretations. He has used complete sentences rather than broken sentences in his interpretation. When we examine it in terms of man-made form, it will be seen that there are some mistakes in the numbering of the verses. These mistakes are naturally reflected in the verse numbers of the surahs

High densification level and hardness values of additively manufactured 316L stainless steel fabricated by fused filament fabrication
Laser powder bed fusion (L-PBF) has emerged as the most widely used additive manufacturing (AM) process, also known as 3D printing, to fabricate 316L stainless steel (316L SS) components for various applications. However, the initial setup, operation, and maintenance costs are too expensive due to the complex machinery, high energy-consuming laser beam, and proprietary software required. Therefore, in this paper, fused fiament fabrication (FFF) is proposed as a low-cost AM approach to fabricate 316L SS specimens via a 3-step printing-debinding-and sintering process. The specimens are initially printed on a desktop FFF AM 3D printer by varying nozzle temperatures from 195 – 220°C, followed by debinding up to 427°C for 4 hours, and finally sintering at 1260°C for 4 hours. The results show that nozzle temperature 200°C yielded the highest densification level of 97.6% and highest average hardness value of 292 HV, indicating that 3D printing parameters, particularly nozzle temperature plays an important role in influencing the properties of the sintered specimens. Overall, the results from this study prove that FFF is a viable and cost-effective AM process that has the potential to produce 316L SS parts that meet industrial requirements

DNA extraction from musa sp. using conventional method / Nur Syazni Sulaiman
In Malaysia, banana is the second most widely cultivated fruit and about 12% of the total production is exported. Apart from being consumed as a fresh fruit, Musa sp. leaves are used worldwide as cooking material, natural herbs for skin, cosmetic and medicinal used. Extracting DNA mature leaves from plant sample is not an easy approach. The aim of this study is to identify the best conventional method and to compare the concentration and purity of DNA produced by extracting plant DNA from Musa sp. Three conventional methods are being used in this study; CTAB buffer method, SDS buffer method and Phenol Chloroform Isoamyl alcohol method. In addition, further study of CTAB buffer method is being done by altering the incubation time of the sample. Results obtained indicate that CTAB buffer method is the best method among all that being study with the ideal incubation time of forty five minutes. CTAB buffer method shows 1.541 of DNA purity compare to SDS buffer method which is 1.292 and Phenol Chloroform Isoamyl with 0.077. Therefore, in extracting mature Musa sp. leaves, the best method to be done is by using CTAB method with incubation time of forty five minutes at 65°C

In order to keep or gain more competitive advantage, organizations need to deliver richer business solutions, faster and at lower costs. Previously, there are a lot of technologies had been implemented in enterprise which embedding informal expertise that served specific domain with very little reuse and almost no integration capabilities. Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) was introduce as a methodology or framework that used loosely couple services or software components, enabling systems to be more flexible and cost-effective. According to Schonewille et al. (2010), the primary reason why organizations fail to achieve the benefits from SOA adoption is attributed to lack of framework, taking multiple perspectives especially human, erganizational, management and process factors into account. Thus, this study aims to investigate the key factors influencing adoption of Service Oriented Architecture within private sector in Malaysia. There are three research objectives cover in this study a) to identify the key factors influence SOA adoption, b) to determine the most important factor influencing the SOA adoption and c) to construct the SOA adoption model for private sector in Malaysia. The data gathered via empirical study and analyzed using IBM SPSS and PLS graph tools in order to analyze factors and affect size. The result of this research will answer the research questions identified in Chapter 1

Since it continues to grow every year, the rise in solid waste is often regarded as one of the most serious problems in the nation. Residents in the area squander a lot of food, which contributes to the rise in solid waste. Additionally, by using solid trash as a source to generate electricity, this innovative project can aid in slowing the rate of solid waste increase in the nation. The existence of this innovative project can contribute to the production of more electricity and renewable energy sources. The study involves several approaches including design thinking, document reviews, and others. The design thinking approach aids researchers in understanding the product’s design and functionality. By decreasing Malaysia’s growing solid waste problem and increasing the nation’s electrical output, this creative approach could benefit the nation.
