DAMPAK PETI TERHADAP PEMBANGUNAN BERKELANJUTAN
No full textPembangunan berkelanjutan merupakan pembangunan yang pada saat ini menjadi tantangan bagi setiap daerah untuk memenuhi kesejahteraan masyarakat yang masih mengalami ketertinggalan. Hal ini tentu menjadi tugas yang harus dilaksanakan agar dapat memenuhi kebutuhan hidup pada masa kini demi kesejahteraan masyarakat, tidak hanya itu pembangunan berkelanjutan juga harus memerhatikan pemanfaatan lingkungan dan kelestarian lingkungannya supaya tetap terjaga sehingga dapat di nikmati oleh generasi-generasi yang akan datang dengan memanfaatkan sumber daya alam yang ada salah satunya adalah pertambangan (emas). Pertambangan yang dilakukan dengan Izin dari pemerintah tentunya tidak akan merusak lingkungan karena kegiatan pertambangan dilakukan sesuai dengan kaidah-kaidahnya, tetapi pertambangan emas tanpa izin (illegal meaning) yang dilakukan secara besar-besaran dan tidak memenuhi standar operasional oleh masyarakat tentunya memberikan dampak yang buruk bagi masyarakat dan juga lingkungannya yaitu dapat merusak lingkungan dan pencemarkan lingkungan, dengan demikian hal tersebut memberikan pengaruh yang sangat besar terhadap pembangunan berkelanjutan. Emas merupakan salah satu kekayaan alam yang dimiliki oleh negara Indonesia. Kegiatan penambangan emas diharapkan dapat mendorong lajunya pertumbuhan ekonomi yang dapat menjadi patokan untuk pembangunan berkelanjutan. Namun, Penambangan emas tanpa izin yang dilakukan secara besar-besaran dan tidak sesuai dengan standar operasional memberikan dampak buruk bagi masyarakat dan lingkungannya sehingga hal tersebut juga memberikan pengaruh yang besar terhadap pembangunan berkelanjutan. No full textDalam dunia bisnis terdapat banyak hal yang menjadi fokus para pembisnis, salah satunya adalah fokus pada pelanggan dan peningkatan penjualan yang menjadi aspek penting untuk diperhatikan. Dalam perkembangannya persaingan yang ketat menuntut para pembisnis memahami kondisi pasar serta memikirkan strategi untuk dapat meningkatkan penjualan dalam bisnis yang dijalankan. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana analisis strategi pemasaran dalam meningkatkan penjualan di toko Institut Shanti Bhuana. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Institut Shanti Bhuana Bengkayang, adapun subjek pada penelitian ini adalah 5 orang mahasiswa pengelola Toko Shanti Bhuana dan 3 orang konsumen. Data penelitian diperoleh dari hasil data primer dan data sekunder dengan menggunakan beberapa teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil Penelitian yang diperoleh dari obervasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi menunjukan bahwa penjualan yang ada di Toko Shanti Bhuana mengalami ketidakstabilan pada 3 tahun terakhir, dimana pada setiap bulannya mengalami peningkatan dan penurunan yang cukup drastis. Dengan demikian, Strategi pemasaran yang dapat diterapkan oleh Toko Shanti Bhuana adalah Strategi 7P dalam bauran pemasaran, yaitu Price, Product, Place, Promotion, Process, People, dan Physical Evidence yang dapat meningkatkan penjualan di Toko Shanti Bhuana
How procyanidin C1 sticks to collagen: The role of proline rings
No full textMolecular interactions between proteins and polyphenols are responsible for many natural phenomena like colloidal turbidity, astringency, denaturation of enzymes and leather tanning. Although these phenomena are well known, there are open questions about the specific interactions involved in the complexation process. In this work, Molecular Dynamic (MD) simulations and the topology of the electron density analysis were used to study the interactions between the flavonoid procyanidin C1 and a collagen fragment solvated in water. Root mean square deviation; root mean square fluctuation and hydrogen bonds occupancy were examined after 50 ns. The interactions were also analyzed by means of the quantum theory of atoms in molecules. Our results show that the main interactions are hydrogen bonds between –OH groups of the polyphenol and C[dbnd]O groups of the peptide bond. Stacking interactions between proline rings and phenol rings, that is C–H⋯π hydrogen bonds, also stabilize the dynamic structure of the complex.Fil: Petelski, Andre Nicolai. No full textThe author conducts research on the Utilization of Web Service Technology for drug data integration in several pharmacies, namely Indo Sehat Pharmacy, Indo Sehat Pharmacy 2 and Ibnu Sina Pharmacy which is a pharmacy group in Rasau to meet the needs of checking drug stock data between pharmacies that have different platforms database in each pharmacy. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation studies with primary data obtained from interviews and secondary data obtained from data, tables, diagrams and articles and journals from previous research. In this study, the author uses a form of case study research, while the research method used is research and development methods or better known as Research and Development (RAD). System modeling used is the Unified Modeling Language (UML) which is obtained based on data from use case diagrams, activity diagrams, statechart diagrams, sequence diagrams and class diagrams. The programming language used is Java and MySQL, PosgreSQL, MariaDB as the database. The results of this study will produce a web service system used by the Pharmacy group to meet the demand needs of each customer quickly and accurately, and is expected to help smooth the sales process
Human talent management: analysis from the strategic approach
No full textEl objetivo del trabajo fue el análisis de la gestión del talento humano desde el enfoque estratégico en el sector minero de Venezuela, Colombia y Chile. Se emplea un método cuantitativo, tipo descriptivo, y diseño no experimental transversal. Se emplea un cuestionario de nueve ítems, aplicado a 55 gerentes, adscritos a cada vice presidencia de las empresas Carbones del Guasare, S.A, Complejo Carbonífero de Cerrejón y Mina Invierno. Los resultados evidenciaron diferencias altamente significativas considerándose moderadamente óptimo, predominando la estrategia organizacional, seguido de los rasgos y tendencia actual, con falencias en el modelo funcional. El estudio muestra que en el sector minero de Venezuela, Colombia y Chile se le da prioridad a la estrategia organizacional, determinado por el indicador socialización de las actividades laborales.The objective of the study was the analysis of human talent management from the strategic approach in the mining sector of Venezuela, Colombia and Chile. A quantitative, descriptive, transversal, non-experimental design approach is employed. A nine-item questionnaire was applied to 55 managers, attached to each vice presidency of the companies Carbones del Guasare, S.A, Cerrejón and Winter carbon mine. The results showed highly significant differences being moderately optimum, highlighting the organizational strategy, followed by the features and current trend, with flaws in the functional model. Análisis literario de los personajes adolescentes y juveniles que se encuentran en la obra Memorias de un adolescente del escritor ecuatoriano José Francisco Delgado Santos
No full textEl objetivo central de la presente investigación es analizar literariamente los personajes adolescente y juveniles que presenta Francisco Delgado Santos en su obra Memorias de un Adolescente. Mediante la aplicación de bases científicas y técnicas de la narrativa literaria se visualizó la caracterización de los personajes, que guardan íntima relación con la vida real de un gran porcentaje de niños, adolescentes y jóvenes de Ecuador, Latinoamérica y el mundo; los cuales enfrentan una crítica problemática social y humana por efectos de convulsiones de tipo social, económico y político. De ahí la trascendencia, el valor literario, social y humano de la obra como un aporte para la Literatura Infantil y Juvenil en el Ecuador.
En el proceso investigativo con las temáticas que presenta el autor en la obra, se descubre que pertenece a la Literatura Infantil y Juvenil Contemporánea, que permite al lector analizar el contexto real en el que se desarrolla, fortalece su sensibilidad, desarrolla su pensamiento crítico, lo conduce a la reflexión, a la transformación social y humana. El docente al seleccionar la obra obtiene de los estudiantes aprendizaje significativo.The main objective of the present investigation is to analyze literarily the adolescent and juvenile characters presented by Francisco Delgado Santos in his work Memoirs of a Teenager. Through the application of scientific and technical bases of the literary narrative, the characterization of the characters was visualized, keeping in close relation with the real life of a great percentage of children, adolescents and young people of Ecuador, Latin America and the world; Which face a problematic social and human criticism due to social, economic and political convulsions. Hence the transcendence, the literary, social and human value of the work as a contribution to Children's and Juvenile Literature in Ecuador.
In the investigative process with the themes presented by the author in the work, it is discovered that it belongs to Contemporary Childhood and Juvenile Literature, which allows the reader to analyze the real context in which it develops, strengthens its sensitivity, develops its critical thinking, It leads to reflection, to social and human transformation. The teacher in selecting the work obtains significant learning from the students

No full textEste artículo presenta una aproximación al sentido de la esperanza en María Zambrano. Para ello fue necesario hacer uso de la hermenéutica como método filosófico. Por tanto, se presenta una aproximación al pensamiento de María Zambrano en relación con la esperanza, reflexión que en tiempos de desesperanza recobra sentido en tanto la intención subyacente que anima este escrito es invitar al hombre contemporáneo para que se sitúe en la esquina de la esperanza zambraniana, desde la cual le será posible transitar de la esfera de lo imposible al escenario de lo posible, para ello se acudirá a algunas obras clave de la autora. A través de cuatro momentos: la esperanza en el proyecto de llegar a ser; la esperanza desesperanzada; la esperanza confundida; y esperanza y confesión; circula la idea de un hombre renovado, proyectándose con optimismo hacia la construcción de un nuevo humanismo animado por la esperanza y la reconciliación.AbstractThis article offers an approximation to the sense of hope in María Zambrano. We turned to the use of hermeneutics as a philosophical method. Thus, we presented an approximation to the thought of María Zambrano regarding hope, a reflection that in times of despair regains sense since the underlying intention of this paper is to invite contemporary man to place himself in the corner of Zambrano’s hope, from which it will be possible to move from the realm of the impossible to the scenario of the possible, recurring to some key works by the author. Through four stages: hope in the project of becoming; the hopeless hope; the confused hope; and hope confession; circulated the idea of a renewed man, projecting optimism towards building a new humanism animated by hope and reconciliation.Este artículo presenta una aproximación al sentido de la esperanza en María Zambrano.
