Pengaruh Tingkat Urban Compactness Terhadap Transformasi Spasial Kawasan Peri Urban Kota Surabaya Di Kabupaten Gresik

Wilayah dari Surabaya Metropolitan Area (SMA) terdiri dari Kota Surabaya yang menjadi kota inti serta Kabupaten Sidoarjo, Bangkalan dan Gresik sebagai wilayah pinggirannya. Perkembangan yang terjadi hingga saat ini adalah munculnya ekspansi kegiatan perkotaan (Urban Sprawl) dari kota intinya. Kabupaten Gresik merupakan salah satu kawasan yang terkena dampak sprawl akibat pertumbuhan Kota Surabaya. Hal tersebut diindikasikan dengan peningkatan aktivitas permukiman yang tidak terarah yang tersebar di wilayah pinggiran atau peri urban yang berdekatan dengan Kota Surabaya. Terjadinya urban sprawl berdampak pada hilangnya peran pusat kegiatan, ketergantungan terhadap kendaraan pribadi, serta hilangnya luasan dan fungsi ruang terbuka hijau perkotaan. Dengan mengoptimalkan urban compactness, maka dapat mencegah pembangunan di wilayah peri urban karena salah satu prinsip dari compact city adalah dengan pembangunan pada ruang-ruang sisa di kota sehingga pertumbuhan kota yang melebar dapat diminimalisir. Oleh karena itu, urban compactness dapat diperhitungkan dan menjadi tolak ukur terhadap keseimbangan kota dan wilayah peri urbannya. Berdasarkan hasil penghitungan tingkat urban compactness Kota Surabaya pada tahun 2017 didapatkan 3 kelompok urban compactness, yakni terdapat lima kecamatan yang termasuk kategori urban compactness tinggi, delapan belas kecamatan termasuk kategori sedang dan delapan kecamatan termasuk kategori urban compactness rendah. Transformasi spasial peri urban di Kabupaten Gresik tahun 2012-2017 dapat dijelaskan berdasarkan variabel-variabel, antara lain: lahan tidak terbangun, lahan terbangun, permukiman, jumlah penduduk dan harga lahan. Hasil analisis regresi linier sederhana menunjukan ada pengaruh / hubungan yang cukup signifikan antara tingkat urban compactness Kota Surabaya dengan transformasi spasial peri urban Kabupaten Gresik kecuali variabel dari transformasi spasial peri urban Kabupaten Gresik yaitu pertambahan luas lahan tidak terbangun menunjukkan tidak dipengaruhi oleh tingkat urban compactness Kota Surabaya.

Surabaya Metropolitan Area (SMA) is the second largest metropolitan area after Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi (Jabodetabek). The area of Surabaya Metropolitan Area (SMA) consists of the city of Surabaya which is the core city and the regencys of Sidoarjo, Bangkalan and Gresik as the suburbs. The development that has taken place to date is the emergence of urban sprawl from its core city. Gresik Regency is one of the areas affected by sprawl due to the growth of Surabaya City. This is indicated by an increase in unfocused settlement activities that are scattered in peri-urban or peri-urban areas adjacent to Surabaya City. The occurrence of urban sprawl has an impact on the loss of the role of the center of activity, dependence on private vehicles, and the loss of the extent and function of urban green open spaces. By optimizing urban compactness, it can prevent development in peri-urban areas because one of the principles of compact city is to develop residual spaces in the city so that the growth of cities that are widening can be minimized. Therefore, urban compactness can be calculated and become a benchmark for the balance of the city and its peri-urban area. Based on the results of the calculation of the level of urban compactness in Surabaya City in 2017, there were 3 urban compactness groups, namely there were five sub-regencys included in the high urban compactness category, eighteen sub-regencys included in the medium category and eight sub-regencys including urban compactness low categories. The spatial transformation of peri urban in Gresik Regency in 2012-2017 can be explained based on variables, including: land not built, land built, settlements, population and price of land. The results of simple linear regression analysis show that there is a significant relation between urban compactness level of Surabaya City and Gresik Regency's peri urban spatial transformation except for variables from the peri urban spatial transformation of Gresik, namely the increase in area not built up is not influenced by urban compactness
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis

We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
