I think this water is suitable for be made for this assignment. After that, I I went to various places to find information about drinks for people to liked. My goal is to find good water to attract customers regardless of age and can be marketed in local and international markets and try to find something unique.
My vision is to be the best company in producing the best-selling beverage products in the market and business industry, especially in the domestic areas and located in Kelantan. The company needs to find a organized factory in order to ensure the product is safe and of high quality and therefore we are in a strategic location for the best production plant.
Lastly, this fizzy drink is something that is inevitable our daily life. In addition, we should also pamper ourselves with something sweet sour and sparkling. Therefore, I prefer his drink for young children and not suitable for older people because carbonated drink
Medan Warisan Makanan / Nor Nadia Hassan
The overall picture of this case study is that we can see real life situations where we
see existential problems that need to be solved.
The restaurant we took as our mentor is Kedai Medan Warisan. He sells 'Laksa Pinang' which he has just developed to gain experience through hereditary recipes and he is also from Penang. Not only sells 'Laksa Pinang' but many other foods available in the shop such as 'Nasi Lemak', fish satay and 'Rojak'. Their shop is located at Tapak Pasar Tani Fama and has 2 years of experiences and will keep going on.
While studying for this mentor, we have identified several problems in the business process. Sometimes these restaurants will face big problems such as activities operational, activities marketing problems, activities administrative and financial problems.
The operational activity. The problem in the restaurant is the lack of staff. The restaurant has only two employees including the shop owner and if one was ill then the shop had to be closed. Their service was slow due to lack of employees. Next is, the problem in marketing activities is that the store does not have a marketing strategy. For administrative activities, their store does not keep any business records. Therefore, with the shortage of employees, they have to find other employees. Finally, in financial problems, the problem they face is that they do not maintain cash flow. because it depends on the customers who come and they have to make sure that their profit is more than expenses.
I analyzed this problem using SWOT as my tools to solve the problems and suggest
the solution to my mento

Business Opportunity : Magic Sleep Mattress / Nor Nadia Ramli
Regarding to fulfill the assessment of Fundamental of Entrepreneurship (ENT300). This
time, I need to conduct an individual assignment for business opportunity plan. I would like to
make an innovation for the product from the past case study. This report is an overview about the
business opportunity plan that we created for this product. The purpose of doing this assignment
is to create an innovation of the products that could give more benefit and solve others problem.
We also need to analyze this business opportunity using Business Model Canvas (BMC)
components. From the Business Model Canvas, we could plan for our opportunity to expand this
business to the larger and become an international business that could give benefit to others.
Before doing this, I also have done some research about what are need and wants of people in
our country, so we have an idea to create what kind of innovation products.
As the result, I have chosen to make an innovation from sleep mattress baby and make it an
innovation as Magic Sleep Mattress. Magic Sleep Mattress that we produce is contains Bio
Velocity. Bio Velocity is a kind of energetic mattress cover and specially designed to help solve
various health problems and help the therapy process just by lying down, hugging, mattress pads,
blankets or just looking towards this BVSM mattress pad. We found that Bio Velocity radiation
can solve it by injected into the mattress. Apart from that, this mattress also can be used to all
ages, starting from infants to the elderly.
Lastly, from this business plan, I do hope our business become one of famous shop which people
recognize and know when they are searching for such this product in the line with their vision
and mission
On Hamilton cycles in regular graphs / Nor Nadia Zainal Abidin
The purpose of this dissertation is to discuss the hamiltonicity of r-regular 3-connected
planar graphs (rR3CPs) with faces of given types, in particular, r ∈ {3, 4}. In general, let
Gr (k1, k2, . . . , kt) denotes the class of all rR3CPs whose faces are of only t types, namely
k1-, k2-, . . . , kt-gons where ki ≥ 3, ki 6= kj ∀ i 6= j and i, j ∈ {1, 2, . . . , t}. The problem
related to the hamiltonicity of 3R3CPs with only two types of faces are widely discussed
and many results have been found. These results are reviewed in Chapter 2. Chapter 3 is
devoted to the constructions of non-hamiltonian 3R3CPs with only three types of faces.
Here, we show that G3(3, k, l) is empty if 11 ≤ k < l. We also show that for h 6= k 6= l,
there exist non-hamiltonian members in (1) G3(3, k, l) for 4 ≤ k ≤ 10 and l ≥ 7; (2)(i)
G3(4, k, l) for k ∈ {3, 5, 7, 9, 11} and l ≥ 8; and (k, l) ∈ {(3, 7),(6, 7),(6, 9),(6, 11)};
(2)(ii) G3(4, k, k + 5) and G3(4, k + 2, k + 5) for k ≥ 3; (3) G3(5, k, l) for k = 3 and
l ≥ 7; k = 4 and l ≥ 8; and 6 ≤ k < l. Results (1), (2) and (3) are presented in Sections
3.3, 3.4 and 3.5, respectively. Chapter 4 deals with the hamiltonicity of 4R3CPs with
faces of given types. We construct non-hamiltonian members of G4(3, 7) and G4(3, 8).
Additionally, we show that for k 6= l and (k, l) 6∈ {(6, 9),(9, 10),(9, 11)}, there exist
non-hamiltonian members in G4(3, k, l) for k ≥ 4 and l ≥
Exploring written and spoken english language accuracy via digital storytelling / Nor Nadia Raslee
This study was an exploration of Digital Storytelling as a pedagogical tool in the undergraduates’ ESL classroom to measure ESL learners’ written and spoken English language accuracy. Digital Storytelling has five main stages that allow students to be tested in various soft skills and language skills, specifically, writing and speaking. Over the duration of ten weeks, Digital Storytelling was developed, and data was collected at the end of this period. Seventeen reflective journals and 38 vlogs from 55 participants were analysed for errors based on the measurement for language accuracy which were the T-unit and C-unit. The findings indicated that both written and spoken language accuracy were not impactful following the completion of Digital Storytelling. 13 language accuracy errors were discovered in participants’ written language, while, spoken accuracy revealed 12 errors. Accuracy was highly affected by subject-verb agreement errors, vocabulary errors, first language interference, and verb forms. These findings affirmed other literature which found that ESL learners lack mastery in grammar, tenses, sentence structure, and vocabulary, among many others. Conclusively, the literature indicated that the influence of the first language, learners’ inhibition, lack of exposure and negative attitudes were among the causes of poor English language accuracy
Digital storytelling as a pedagogical tool for enhanced learner engagement / Nor Nadia Raslee
This article provides an overview of Digital Storytelling as an instructional tool in the language classroom. Digital Storytelling as an educational tool can be very engaging as students can learn and practice their language skills. Additionally, Digital Storytelling targets both spoken and written language production through the iterative stages which are brainstorming, storyboarding, scriptwriting, rehearsing and presenting. Language teachers can adapt Digital Storytelling to be an instructional tool at every level since the complexity of the task can be modified through the story being told, and the language difficulty. The underpinning framework in Digital Storytelling is multimodal literacy which dictates technological advancement in digital media and mobile technology has led to the empowerment of students in multitasking aptitude. Similarly, in relation to Digital Storytelling, the iterative processes between the five stages empowers students in multimodal literacy. In the creation of digital stories, students will generally go through these processes: brainstorming, storyboarding, scriptwriting, rehearsing and presenting. These processes are valuable to the learning experiences of students, especially in enhancing their spoken and written language skills. Hence, as an educational and instructional tool, Digital Storytelling can be an adaptable and entertaining approach that can help students to enjoy the language learning process
Thermal characteristics of paracetamol granules prepared using method of spray granulation employing kappa-carrageenan as binder / Nor Nadia Alies
Granules offer advantages as an intermediate for compression of tablets. Granules can be formed by one of the technique using the fluid bed spray granulator or the spray granulation method. This technique reduces costs by combining the processes in one instrument (mixing, granulating and drying). Differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) was used as a screening technique for assessing the compatibility of paracetamol with kappa-carrageenan which is used as binder. The influence of processing effects by simple drug-excipient blending at different w: w ratio (1:1, 2;1 and 4:1) and granulation was evaluated. The results of the DSC screening show that paracetamol is compatible with kappa-carrageenan. Some changes in peak shape and height-to-width ratio or slight reduction of temperature of melting were sometimes observed for kappa-carageenan but the active drug, Paracetamol thermal characteristic are not significantly change (P>0.05). Kappa-carrageenan shows significantly decrease or a noticeable downward shift of melting peak temperatures of about 41oC (P <0.05). We can conclude that the interaction of Paracetamol with kappa- carrageenan is not significant as there is no significant changes in the thermal characteristics of paracetamol. The SEM scanning shows the morphology of the granules form
F8268, a series of novel peptides induce apoftosis via protein synthesis inhibition in breast cancer cell lines / Nor Nadia Ban
Cancer is a complex disease and has become a major health problem worldwide. Current drugs used in treating cancer often results in serious side effects and at best, merely extend the patient’s lifespan by a few years. Research into alternative
therapeutic drugs to prevent cancer is therefore essential. The present study utilized five novel peptides (US2011/0201642A1) isolated from an Aspergillus sp. (HAB10R12). The peptides (F8268 A1-A5) were chromatographed on LH20 sephadex and purified by HPLC. The ability of the five peptides to induce cell death in a dose dependent manner on various human cancer cell lines (MCF-7, MDA-MB-231, MDA-MB-468, T47D, HCTl 16, HT29, A549, HI299, TWOl and CNEl) were determined using MTT assay. To explore the underlying mechanism of cell death, cell cycle distribution, morphological changes, expression of caspases 3/7, 8 and 9 and apoptotic activities were measured in four breast cancer cell lines (MCF-7, MDAMB- 231, MDA-MB-468 and T47D) in a dose dependent manner (9-900nM). The gene expression profile was identified by microarray analysis and validated using
quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction and AHA protein synthesis assay. F8268 A3 ( IC 5 o = 0 . 2 9 - 3 2 nM) and A5 ( IC s o = 1.08-206 nM) exhibited extremely potent cytotoxic activity against cancer cells when compared to the other
three peptides. The five peptides were more selective towards cancer than normal cells. Cell cycle analysis showed that the five peptides arrested at Sub G1 and G2/M phase in the tested breast cancer. At higher concentrations, the peptides induced caspase-dependent apoptosis. F8268 A3 being the most potent peptide further demonstrated apoptosis inducing ability in breast cancer cells through Annexin V/FITC as analyzed using flow cytometery. Microarray-based profiling, qRT-PCR and AHA protein synthesis assay showed that F8268 A3 cytotoxicity was associated with inhibition of protein synthesis and showed 100 % similarity with puromycin and anisomycin. In summary, the five peptides as a proteosome inhibitor altered ribosome biogenesis, which inhibited cell proliferation in a p53-dependent manner through the activation of the ribosomal proteins-MDM2-p53 pathway that lead to apoptosis. Further mechanistic studies will reveal the effect of these peptides on inhibition of protein synthesis in specific malignancies and will potentially uncover newer therapeutics targets
