PENCEMARAN KUALITAS OLI ENGINE EXCAVATOR ALAT BERAT KELAS SEBELAS TON AKIBAT KEAUSAN KOMPONEN
In this study, the focus is on the analysis of oil quality pollution caused by the thirst of the components in the engine. [7]Komponen bagian dalam engine yang dialiri oleh pelumas sangat berpotensi terjadinya kehausan yang diakibatkan oleh pergesekkan antara material yang beroperasi dalam sistem kerja engine. Oil in the engine has specifications or properties that will affect engine performance. In this study, the authors took samples on the diesel engine oil multi grade S.A.E 15W-40 which was applied to an excavator heavy equipment engine with a capacity of eleven tons. One type of Additives in engine oil is Anti-Wear which functions to reduce wear by coating the surface with an oil film. The focus of this research will be to see how much thirst occurs in the internal components of the engine that are flowing with oil. The thirst of components in the engine will be seen from the quality of the engine oil, if the thirst that occurs is greater then the work of anti-wear additives in the oil has begun to decrease so there must be a solution or analysis obtained. Test results on tests from the S.O.S. laboratory From the six sampling times, the highest wear metal value was 35 ppm at the time of operation of the 1665 Meter [Hr] unit. Based on the results of the test, it is stated that the excavator engine is in good condition when viewed from the wear metal, oil contaminant, oil condition and oil viscosity

Workshop Penyusunan Kisi-Kisi Soal Bagi Guru-Guru SMA PGRI Pekanbaru
In order to measure the achievement of students’ competencies, a teacher needs to have the skills to develop various forms of good instruments. One form of the instruments is a test with questions. To have a good instrument, it needs to be analyzed by testing the content validity, construct validity and the reliability of the questions. In compiling the test questions, the plan is also called a grid question that will provide directional guidance. In principle, the grid question that will be carried out is necessary for the expected outcome to be achieved. A careful and conceptual grid question is a guarantee for a teacher in measuring the students’ learning mastery with relevant and representative. If the students' abilities are measurable, information on academic ability and achievement of learning objectives can be obtained. The compiling of the grid question was the solution to the problem above. It was due to the grid question covered the scope and the content of the material to be tested. Therefore, it was necessary to implement an activity of making grid question for teachers of PGRI High School. The method of this activity was a workshop for high school teachers in compiling grid question. The results of this community service show that the motivation and the awareness of teachers about the importance of making good, valid, and reliable grid question were increased
The Increasing Self-Efficacy and Self-Regulated Through GeoGebra Based Teaching reviewed from Initial Mathematical Ability (IMA) Level
The purpose of this study was to identify improvements in Self Efficacy and selfregulated through GeoGebra Based Teaching seen from the level of students' initial mathematical abilities. The research method used was a mixed-method with a sequential explanatory strategy, while the research design was an untreated control group design with pretest and posttest. the experimental group obtained direct learning using GeoGebra software while the control group obtained conventional
learning. The population in this study were university students of mathematics education department at the Islamic University of Riau who took the field and
space analytic geometry course. The research sample consisted of two classes
taken by a cluster random sampling technique. The research instruments used were
self-efficacy questionnaire and self-regulated questionnaire for getting quantitative
data and interview guidelines for getting qualitative data. Data analysis was carried out quantitatively and qualitatively and data processing used Microsoft excel and SPSS from the quantitative and qualitative data analysis, it was concluded that GeoGebra based teaching was effective in improving students' self-efficacy and self-regulated. Judging from the level of students' initial mathematical abilities,
there was an increase in self-efficacy and self-regulated through GeoGebra based teaching from both high, medium and low levels

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Finally, we show by means of an example that our findings have a high practical relevance.information science;Pearson correlation;cosine;similarity measure;author cocitation analysis
PENINGKATKAN INOVASI PENELITIAN TINDAKAN KELAS GURU MELALUI PELATIHAN SOFTWARE STATISTIK SPSS DENGAN METODE ANOVA SATU JALUR
Statistical ability is a skill that must be possessed by teachers as educators in every educational unit because statistics is useful for teachers to innovate in research. The lack of teacher ability in using statistical software makes teachers lack innovation in conducting research. This service aimed to provide the ability to use SPSS software to assist teachers in CAR research. The method used in this service activity including a workshop by giving training participants, namely all MGMP teachers (Assembly of Subject Teachers) in Pelawan Regency, Riau Province. This activity was carried out at SMPN 3 Sorek. The results of the service showed that all teachers were highly motivated to participate in the activity because they gained new knowledge for analyzing research data with SPSS. In addition, the teacher also knew that CAR data analysis can be carried out using a comparative method in the form of a T-test or ANOVA (analysis of variance), depending on several cycles in the study. The T test was used to compare cycles I and II, while ANOVA was used to compare cycles I, II and III
