The intuition behind this work is that even though the industrial production in Indonesia has been influenced by the long process of political economy regime changes, it has not triggered yet the process of industrialization and 50 the development in Indonesia have not changed significantly despite of its high growth rate for long period, especially compared to China and India that have experienced almost similar and identical development strategy. ln order to veri our hypothesis, this work uses profit rate, growth regime and input-output approaches, instead of neo-classical theory. Our analysis shows that Indonesia has experienced a significant decline in its profit rate from 1971 to 2005 accompanie by a decline in growth regime (productivity and demand regime) and a small number of linked sectors. The situation was sharply different first in China then, India, where a slight increase of profit rate, growth regime and a number of linked sectors is observed and 50 this is a good signal for the industrialization process
Foreign exchange reserves for a country are considered important and inseparable from international economic activities. Foreign exchange becomes a vital indicator to prove a fundamental strength in a country\u27s economy. The increase in foreign exchange reserves was influenced by several factors in international economic activities, such as foreign direct investment, external debt and export activities. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of foreign direct investment, foreign debt and exports on increasing Indonesia\u27s foreign exchange reserves. This research data is from 1990-2021. The Error Corection Model (ECM) was chosen as the method in this study. The results of the model analysis that foreign direct investment has a significant effect on increasing foreign exchange reserves in the long term but in the short term doesn’t have a significant effect because incoming foreign investment needs to be reprocessed, such as to increase domestic production so that it can increase international trade activities which will later increase foreign exchange reserves. Foreign debt in both the long and short term has a significant effect on the increase in foreign exchange reserves, where foreign debt that enters directly accumulates into the state budget as well as the country\u27s total foreign exchange reserves. Exports in the long term have a significant effect on increasing foreign exchange reserves but in the short term don’t have a significant effect because the results obtained from export activities are also used in import financing so that the influence of exports cannot be seen in the short term

Abstract
Indonesia is a maritime country that has enormous economic potential from the fisheries and marine sectors. Fisheries potential can be maximized through an increase in added value. Therefore, this study examines the effect of investment realization in the fisheries sector, capital expenditure of fisheries companies, the number of fisheries companies and households, the number of fishermen, and the value of fisheries exports on the value of fisheries production in Indonesia. This research data is processed using Stata software version 17 and includes secondary data and quantitative descriptive research type using panel data from 2016 to 2020. The results showed that the realization of investment in the fisheries sector and capital goods expenditure of fisheries companies did not have a significant influence on the value of fisheries production, these results indicate that these two variables do not directly affect the output of fisheries production in Indonesia. In contrast, the number of fisheries companies and households as well as the number of fishermen showed a significant positive effect on the value of fisheries production, indicating that the existence and activities of fisheries companies and fishermen have a direct contribution to the increase in the added value of fisheries in Indonesia. In addition, the value of fisheries exports also has a significant effect on the value of fisheries production, this result further emphasizes the role of exports as an important driver in increasing the added value of fisheries in Indonesia.

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Finally, we show by means of an example that our findings have a high practical relevance.information science;Pearson correlation;cosine;similarity measure;author cocitation analysis
Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more
sophisticated methods
