To reach terminal debt ratio formula, this thesis firstly discusses a topic of financial crises from stock market and banking perspective. Next, it compares regulation for both institutions on Czech national and EU level. Then, this thesis derives a formula for calculation of terminal debt ratio based on game theory and pricing of the options approach. Lastly, it tests limits of terminal debt ratio framework on companies listed on Prague Stock Exchange and concludes that terminal debt ratio framework is best applicable on non-financial companies that experienced moderate growth in stock price over the examined period

Aby dosáhla tohoto vzorce, tato práce nejdříve rozebírá téma finančních krizí z pohledu akciového trhu a bank. Dále porovnává regulace v obou odvětvích na České a Evropské úrovni. Poté tato práce odvozuje vzorec pro výpočet konečné zadluženosti jmění za pomoci teorie her a hodnocení opcí. Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
Full text link“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Full text linkWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. No full textMěření geometrické přesnosti pravých úhlů místností Autor se v bakalářské práci zabývá geometrickou přesností ve stavebnictví. Kromě uvedených obecných zásad navrhování a kontroly geometrické přesnosti se podrobně věnuje měření geometrické přesnosti pravých úhlů místností. Podle norem ČSN autor stanovuje předepsané požadavky na přípustné odchylky. Autor během studie norem ČSN dochází ke zjištění, že české normy neobsahují kontrolní postupy měření pravých úhlů. Na základě zahraničních norem autor stanovuje metody postupu měření a porovnává jejich výhody a nevýhody. Je provedeno jedno kontrolní měření. V bakalářské práci jsou uvedeny výsledky měření, porovnání naměřených odchylek s příslušnými požadavky na geometrickou přesnost pravých úhlů a vyhodnocení.Geometric accuracy of room angles In the bachelorthesis, the author deals with the geometrical accuracy in the construction industry. Apart from the general principles of designing and checking the geometrical accuracy, the author studies in detailthe geometric accuracy of the right angles of rooms. According to CSN (Czech National Standards), the author specifies the prescribed tolerance requirements. When studying CSN standards, the author discovers that thesestandards do not contain the control procedures for measuring right angles. The author definesthe methods of measurement on the basis of foreign standards, compares their advantages and disadvantages and takesonecheck measurement. The bachelor thesis presentsthe results of the measurement, the comparison of the measured deviations with the corresponding requirements for the geometric accuracy of right angles and the evaluation

Autorem byla zpracována technologická, časová a prostorová struktura. Součástí projektu je doprovodná písemná práce zabývající se legislativou v oblasti odpadních vod, popisem základních principů čištění a seznámení s konkrétní ČOV v Nebílovech. Závěrem autor navrhl nová řešení ve stavební a technologické části ČOV.The author of the diploma thesis deals with a construction technology project for a sewage treatment plant with a capacity of 500 EO in the village Nebílovy. The author elaborated the technological, time and spatial structure. Part of the project is accompanying written work dealing with wastewater legislation, description of basic principles of cleaning and introduction to specific waste water treatment plant in Nebílov. In conclusion, the author proposed new solutions in the building and technological part of WWTP
