An analysis of Paul\u27s message to the Ephesians allows the author of this article to attempt an understanding of the theological aspects of marriage, pointing to the theological source of the rights and obligations in marriage and presenting marriage as a communion of spouses according to God’s will, mutually bestowing love, and being subject to each other

The document on which the author reflects has its concretisation in the Church\u27s ministry to migrants. In a very special way it rounds out canon 213 of the Code of Canon Law and canon 16 of The Code of Canons of the Eastern Churches, and implicitly extends the institutional ministry of the Church for widely understood charitable assistance embracing all migrants regardless of their denomination or religion.

Full text linkWytyczne Konferencji Episkopatu Polski dotyczące Duszpasterstwa Emigracji Polskiej is a document approved at the 369th Plenary Sitting of the Conference that took place in Warsaw on 9-10June 2015. The necessity to develop Wytyczne had been recognized by Polish migration communities for a long time. Priests directly working for Poles in exile, together with Polish Council of Pastoral Care in Western Europe under the authority of the delegate of Polish Episcopal for Pastoral care of emigration, made efforts to develop general instructions for Polish-language ministry. Initiators and working committees stated that the document should take into consideration all Polish communities and their priests. Wytyczne is a document addressed to secular and monastic clergy, monks and nuns, who take care of Poles in exile’s spiritual well-being and to those who participate in taking care of Polish emigrants.Wytyczne Konferencji Episkopatu Polski dotyczące Duszpasterstwa Emigracji Polskiej są dokumentem, zatwierdzony podczas 369 Zebrania Plenarnego Konferencji , które odbyło się w Warszawie w dniach 9-10.06. 2015 roku. Konieczność wypracowania Wytycznych była dostrzegana przez środowiska polskiej emigracji od dłuższego czasu. Duszpasterze bezpośrednio posługujący Polakom na obczyźnie, wspólnie z Polską Radą Duszpasterstwa w Europie Zachodniej pod kierownictwem Delegata Komisji Episkopatu Polski ds. Duszpasterstwa Emigracyjnego, podjęli starania o opracowanie ogólnych wskazań dotyczących duszpasterstwa polskojęzycznego. Inicjatorzy i pracujące komisje uznały, że dokument winien dotyczyć wszystkich środowisk polonijnych oraz ich duszpasterzy. Z założenia Wytyczne dokument są skierowany do księży, diecezjalnych i zakonnych, siostry i braci zakonnych, którzy służą dobru chuchowemu Polaków na obczyźnie oraz do tych, którzy włączają się w swoich środowiskach w troskę o dobro polskich emigrantów.

Full text linkDie neue Situation der Seelsorge für polnischsprechende Menschen in Deutschland, die aus Globalisierungsprozessen resultiert und durch die Europäische Integration bestimmt ist, benötigt sicherlich neue Regulierungen. Diese Aufgabe wurde durch die Konferenz der Deutschen Bischöfe und die Konferenz der Polnischen Bischöfe übernommen. Daraus entstand ein Dokument „Vereinbarung (...) zur Regelung der Seelsorge für polnischsprachige Gläubige in Deutschland”, das sich auf die lange Tradition der polnischen Seelsorge in Deutschland sowie auf die konziliare und nachkonziliare Kirchenlehre beruft und die geltenden Normen der Migrantenseelsorge berücksichtigt. Dieses Dokument wurde am 17. September 2001 durch die Vorsitzenden der beiden Bischofskonferenzen Kard. K. Lehmann und Kard. J. Glemp in Warszaw unterschrieben (K. Purrmann)

Full text linkThe Bishops\u27 Conference of England and Wales at the plenary session on 8 May 2014 accepted the newly developed regulations concerning the service of the Polish Canonical Mission rector in the Polish-language pastoral mission in England and Wales. The adopted regulations are placed in two compatible documents. The first is entitled "Structures and procedures the role of national coordinator for the Polish Catholic Mission In England and Wales", the second is entitled: "Principles for secular pristers and religious working within the Polish Catholic Mission In England and Wales". On the same date the President of the Bishops\u27 Conference of England and Wales, Cardinal Vincent Gerard Nichols in a separate document confirmed the appointment of Rev. Msgr. Stefan Wylężek to the position of national coordinator/delegate vicar for priests engaged in pastoral work within the Polish Catholic Mission in England and Wales - Rector of the Polish Catholic Mission.In the context of the instruction Pontifical Council regarding Pastoral Care of Migrants and Itinerant People Erga Migrantes Caritas Christi in May 2004 in this paper examines the abovementioned documentsKonferencja Biskupów Anglii i Wali na sesji plenarnej w dniu 8 maja 2014 roku przyjęła opracowane na nowo regulacje dotyczące posługi rektora Polskiej Misji Kanonicznej w duszpasterstwie polskojęzycznym Anglii i Walii. Przyjęte regulacje umieszczone są w dwóch kompatybilnych dokumentach. Pierwszy zatytułowany jest „Structures and procedur es the role of national coordinator for the Polish Catholic Mission In England and Wales”. Rola koordynatora krajowego/wikariusza delegata w strukturach Polskiej Misji Katolickiej w Anglii i Walii”, drugi nosi tytuł: „Principles for secular pristers and religious working within the Polish Catholic Mission In England and Wales” . Z tą samą datą przewodniczący Konferencji Biskupów Anglii i Walii kard. Vincent Gerard Nichols w odrębnym pismem potwierdził powołanie ks. prał.
