The purpose of this quantitative research is to find out 1) whether the salary factor and affect the loyalty of educators in SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Ampel 2) whether the work environment influences the loyalty of educators at SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Ampel; 3) whether the salary and work environment factors influence the loyalty of educators in Muhammadiyah 3 Ampel Middle School. The research methodology used in this study is a quantitative method using a quantitative descriptive analysis approach. The research design is Ex post facto. The questionnaire was tested with a validity and reliability test followed by a classic assumption test in the form of tests of normality, linearity, multicollinearity and multicedacity. Hypothesis testing uses linear regression test with partial correlation test and multiple regression with F test assisted with SPSS version 17.0. The results showed that; 1) salary factor influences the loyalty of educators in SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Ampel with an effective contribution of 44.58%; 2) work environment factors affect the loyalty of educators at Muhammadiyah 3 Ampel Middle School with an effective contribution of 19.7%; 3) the salary and work environment factors influence the loyalty of educators in SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Ampel simultaneously by 64.2%

This studi aims to (1) describe the forms of juvenile delinquency among students in Secondary School, (2) describe causal factors of juvenile delinquency among students in Secondary School, (3) describe ways of handling of juvenile delinquency among students in Secondary School, (4) describe obstacles that inhibit the handling of juvenile delinquency among students in Secondary School. This research methods using qualitative descriptive, and research design using phenomenological approach. This study took the location in SMPN 3 Tulung Klaten. The research subjects were the principal, teachers and students. Methods of data collection in-depth interviews, observation and documentation, data analysis techniques using interactive analysis. Results of this study (1) Forms of juvenile delinquency: stealing, misusing cash, sexual harassment, pornography, smoking and drinking alcohol. (2) The causes of delinquency are internal factors of students (family, relationships, school environment and the impact of electronic media) and external factors. (3) How to handle juvenile delinquency: (a) Summoning of Parents Stage II and Suspension for 3 days; (b) Summoning of Parents Stage III and Suspension for 6 days; (c) Students are returned to the Parents. As an effort to follow up the handling of delinquency cases, the school also provides special guidance through BK teachers both individual and group guidance. (4) Constraints that hinder the handling are students personality, the lack of openness and proactivity of the family, and the lack of environmental conditions around the school. This study has three objectives to describe: (1) planning hypnoteaching-based mathematics learning. (2) the implementation of mathematics learning based on hypnoteaching, and (3) assessment of hypnoteaching-based mathematics learning in SMP Negeri 3 Klaten. This research is a qualitative research with ethnographic design. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews and documentation. Data validity technique with source and method triangulation techniques. Techniques of analyzing data with data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study concluded that (1) Planning hypnoteaching-based mathematics learning was prepared and developed RPP/lesson plan on methods, media, learning scenarios by teachers in school mathematics teacher discussion activities at SMP Negeri 3 Klaten that accommodate thematic-integrated learning, integration across lessons, cross-aspects learning and diversity (2) The implementation of hypnoteaching-based mathematics learning takes place during the afternoon hours. The female is easier to focus on the mind than male. Preliminary activities are focused on focusing students' minds. Core activities with pacing, leading, positive words, modeling, and praise for students. (3) Assessment and evaluation of hypnoteaching-based mathematics learning uses formal, informal, authentic approaches, accountable, comprehensive and sustainable, educative, and notes the strengths and weaknesses in learning by observation and interviews. Suggestions for this research are: (1) Principal: conduct monitoring and supervision regarding the preparation of RPP/lesson plan, implementation and assessment of learning.     Pakoe Boewana IV is the King having many literary works, one of them is the Wulang-Reh letters as the result of reflection, phylosophy, view of live, and his ambition in contextualizing to the reality of life for the periode of 1788-1820. The Wulang-Reh letters consists of Kawruh Piwulang (sugesstion) or Pitutur Luhur (direction) teaching, reflected in the form of Pituduh lan Wewaler (instructions and prohibitions) having full of humanic-religious life values. The values conception found in the Wulang-Rehletters are (1) morality messages/ethics, (2) education value, (3) phylosophy value, and (4) religion value. The teachings above are relevant to be learned, to be implemented, becoming the behavior and Indonesian nation nationality in the context of at present time. Kata Kunci: humanic value; religious; and the Wulang-Reh letters. Pakoe Boewana IV adalah raja dan pujangga yang memiliki banyak karya sastra, salah satunya adalah Serat Wulang-Reh, yang merupakan hasil refleksi, perenungan, falsafah, dan pandangan hidup, serta cita-citanya dalam membaca realitas kehidupan pada masa 1788-1820 M. Serat Wulang-Reh berisi ajaran tentang kawruh piwulang atau pitutur luhur (tuntunan dan nasihat), yang berupa pituduh lan wewaler (perintah dan larangan), yang sarat dengan nilai-nilai kehidupan yang humanisreligius. Konsepsi nilai-nilai yang terkandung di dalamnya berupa (1) pesan moral/ etika; (2) nilai pendidikan; (3) nilai filosofis; (4) nilai nilai religius.     A Semiotic Analysis of Political Caricature Collected by Gatot Eko Cahyono

    A political caricature is an illustration which is designed to communicate a social or political message. The objectives of the study are: (1) to find the relation between the index and the myths used in the caricature, (2) to identify the meaning of the index used in the caricature. The type of the study is qualitative interpretative type. The several steps are done to analyze the data. In analyzing the relation between the index and the myths used in the caricature, the steps are: analyzing the denotation level, analyzing the connotation level, and analyzing the myth. In analyzing meaning, the steps are: analyzing the signifier and analyzing the signified. The results of the study show that: (1) there are relations between the index and the myths used in caricature. From 15 data, there are 5 or 33, 33% the indexes are used based on the context in what time the caricature is made, 3 or 20% are used based on its function on daily life, 3 or 20 % are used based on the general assumption in society. Furthermore, there are 2 or 13, 33 % the indexes are used based on the official symbol, 1 or 6, 67% is used based on the party symbol and 1 or 6, 67 % is used based on the political terminology, (2) the meaning of the index used to represent the reality phenomena. From 15 data, there are 6 or 40% data referring to the political issues, 4 or 26, 67% data referring to the social issues, 3 or 20% data referring to the corruption issues, and 2 or 13, 33% data referring to the human right issues

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas prinsip realisme sosial yang menjadi pandangan para pengarang Lekra. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dan teknik interpretatif. Dalam pengolahan data dilakukan tahap pendeskripsian dan penganalisisan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori sosiologi sastra, teori realisme sosial dan teori struktural. Hasil dari penelitian Realisme Sosial dalam Potret Seorang Komunis Karya sabar Anantaguna terbukti bahwa prinsip realisme sosial yang menjadi pandangan para pengarang Lekra yaitu Lekra memiliki berbagai macam cara yang dilakukan dengan maksud mempertahankan kekuatan komunis, salah satunya melakukan berbagai teror kepada setiap golongan untuk bergabung dengan Lekra. Kata kunci: komunis, puisi, realisme sosial, lekra ABSTRACTThe poem portrait of a communist written by Sabar Anantaguna has obtained the right form and pronunciation.
