    Game Theory is a mathematical model that is used in situations of conflict or competition between the various interests face each other as competitors. The goal is to obtain the optimal strategy for each player. In game theory, there are two types of optimal strategies, the pure strategy and mixed strategy. The author use linear programming to obtain the optimal mixed strategy and use QM 2.0 to solve linear programming problems. In this research, the author apply game theory in competition motorcycle tire, the IRC, Federal, and Swallow. The research was conducted at the Faculty of Mathematics and natural sciences and using primary data.     Factors Affecting the Crime Rate in Medan City Using the Stepwise Forward Method

    Crime or criminality is rampant, crime is certainly influenced by various factors, both internal and external factors such as the number of population, the number of poor people, unemployment, the human development index (HDI), per capita expenditure, and the average length of schooling. To find out what factors affect the level of crime, the author uses the stepwise forward method. This method aims to reduce one by one the predictor variables that do not have a significant influence on the response variables until the desired estimation equation is obtained. The estimation obtained from this study is Y= −44842.779+422.423X2 where X2 is the number of poor people. The amount of variation explained by the estimator is 50.79%, so it can be concluded that the estimator model obtained is good enough to be used as estimator of the crime rate in Medan city.56 PagesSkripsi Sarjan

    Awareness regarding disease and health in general can hardly be found on the general public. Most people will ignore the disease they have if they don't have severe symptoms. One disease that is often overlooked is Gingivitis. Gingivitis is a disease in the form of swelling, redness or even bleeding of the gums. Gingivitis is often painless and the symptoms are not too prominent, but if ignored it can be fatal or may be a sign of a more serious disease. Due to these reasons, a learning media is needed to raise awareness of the dangers of gingivitis if ignored. In modern times like this, technology has developed very rapidly, there are many types of technology that can be used to make learning media. One such technology is Augmented Reality (AR). The author thinks that this technology is the most suitable and effective to be used as a learning medium. Augmented Reality (AR) is an interaction technology between humans and computers where users can add an object from a computer to existing reality and interact with the object through a device, generally a smartphone. Therefore, the authors decided to develop an application regarding Gingivitis where users can get information about the disease and interact with 3D models of gums that have Gingivitis with Android-based Augmented Reality. The author will design this application using the MDLC (Multimedia Development Life Cycle) method which consists of the stages of Concept, Material Collecting, Design, Assembly, Testing and Distribution.     Elections are part of democracy. Elections so far follow conventional voting, using paper media during elections. Conventional electoral voting systems have many drawbacks, such as manipulating the results of voting data. During this time the development of information technology has changed humans, such as how to choose. By using computer media to realize voting called electronic voting or commonly called e-voting, the research method this time is to develop a system using the Django Python programming language to design electronic voting application programs, and use a MySQL database as a database server. This e-voting application is website-based and will comply with election laws and election principles applicable in North Sumatra. This e-voting system has weaknesses, several menus must be added to prevent cyber crime, and in the future e-voting will continue by combining single sign-on on the e-KTP system. Disini penulis menganalisa dan merancang struktur sistem informasi yang akan dibangun dan yang digunakan yaitu bahasa pemrograman serta integrasi dari keduanya. Sistem ini dikembangkan dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySQL dan disertai dengan menggunakan database yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan dalam proses perancangan sistem ini. Adapun hal yang terdapat dalam sistem ini meliputi berbagai informasi seperti informasi profil prodi, data dosen, data jadwal kuliah, ruangan, daftar mata kuliah, dan data kelas.
