原子気体Bose凝縮体2成分系の安定性に関する理論計算(「有限量子多体系の励起構造と相関効果」-原子核・量子ドット・ボース凝縮・クラスターを中心として-,研究会報告)
Full text linkこの論文は国立情報学研究所の電子図書館事業により電子化されました。2成分系のBose凝縮系について、両者渦なし、片方が渦ありの場合についてその安定性をゆらぎの線形解析から論じた。ゆらぎの各モードが成分間の斥力相互作用の増加によってどのように励起エネルギーを変えてゆくかを調べた。特に、渦芯にできるcore modeに代表される伸縮性のあるmodeと、剛体的modeではその振る舞いに著しい差異があることを指摘した。後者のmodeでは成分間での同位相励起と逆位相励起の分岐が重要である。さらに、片方が中心にあり、他方がその周囲に等方性を保って共存するshell構造分布について、相分離の状態からの構造形成過程を波束ダイナミクスを計算機シミュレーションで調べた。それにより、作られるshell分布は中空の壺のような複雑な構造をしており、「球形のshell構造」という描像とはほど遠いものであることがわかった

Full text linkこの論文は国立情報学研究所の電子図書館事業により電子化されました。三角格子、カゴメ格子など奇数の副格子を持つ化合物反強磁性体はスピンの量子性が系の持つfrastrationと結びつき、豊かな量子磁性物理学を提供してきた。最近、その延長上として、実験的研究がすすめられている三角目入りカゴメ格子(Triangulated Kagome Lattice ; TRKGM)について、理論的研究をおこなった。対象とする結晶は銅化合物Cu_9Cl_2(cpa)_6・xH_2Oである。我々は、この系に対してMekataが提案した9副格子の古典的Heiseinberg模型に基づいてスピン波展開の計算を行ってそのmagnon分散、量子効果によるエネルギーの低下などを調べた。分散に現れる特徴は、エネルギーがゼロで分散のないモードと、エネルギーがゼロでなく、一定の有限値で分散のないモードが出現することである。さらに、有限温度でのスピンの振る舞いを知るためMonte Carlo計算も行った
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Full text linkThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
Full text link“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
