Evaluasi Kegiatan MBKM Program Holistik Pembinaan Dan Pemberdayaan Desa: PHP2D 2021 KORPS Mahasiswa Hubungan Internasional FISIP Universitas Al Azhar Indonesia di Desa Labuan, Kabupaten Donggala, Sulawesi Tengah
Evaluasi Program Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) yang berpedoman pada Permendikbud No. 03 Tahun 2020 tentang Standar Pendidikan Tinggi dengan salah satu amanahnya yaitu terdapat hak bagi mahasiswa untuk belajar di luar universitas. Salah satu peluang dari program MBKM yang diikuti oleh mahasiswa-mahasiswa Program Studi Ilmu Hubungan Internasional ialah Program Holistik Pembinaan dan Pemberdayaan Desa (PHP2D). Dalam Program PHP2D ini, mahasiswamahasiswa Hubungan Internasional yang tergabung dalam Korps Himpunan Mahasiswa Hubungan Internasional (KOMAHI) memilih Desa Labuan Lelea di Sulawesi Tengah sebagai bagian dari menjalankan Program ini.Desa Labuan Lelea merupakan sebuah desa yang berada di Kabupaten Donggala, Sulawesi Tengah. Program utama dari KOMAHI di Desa Labuan Lelea adalah mengembangkan minyak VCO sebagai potensi utama penggerak perekonomian masyarakat desa. Dalam artikel ini tim peneliti ingin mengulas lebih dalam terkait evaluasi program MBKM PHP2D yang dilaksanakan oleh KOMAHI Universitas Al Azhar Indonesia di Desa Labuan Lelea, Kabupaten Donggala, Sulawesi Tengah pada tahun 2021. Peneliti menyimpulkan program ini sangat efektif dalam mengasah soft skills mahasiswa untuk semakin mendekatkan diri dengan lapisan-lapisan masyarakat. Gambaran Pengetahuan dan Kepatuhan Sivitas Akademika Universitas Al-Azhar Indonesia dalam Membaca Label Pangan
The busyness and lifestyle of modern society today tends to like instant things, including choosing food products. This is because packaged food products are more practical, easy to carry, widely available, and easy to consume. An analysis is needed regarding the level of knowledge and compliance of the community, especially the academic community of University Al-Azhar Indonesia (UAI) in this regard, so that the community can increase knowledge and compliance in reading packaged food labels when consuming or buying a product. The design of this study used a descriptive correlational design with a purposive sampling technique. Respondents in this study were a sample of UAI's still active academicians consisting of lecturers, educators, and students. The number of respondents in this study were 69.5% women and 30.5% men. In terms of age, most were 18-35 years old (93.90%). Respondents get the most source of food label information through online and print media. The priority of respondents when buying packaged food products is mostly choosing the name of the product (41.46%), then paying attention to the halal logo (37.80%). The priority level and respondents' knowledge when buying a packaged food product were mostly in the good category (75.61%). Respondent compliance level is also in good category (48.78%). The results of this study indicate that many respondents, namely UAI academicians, are accustomed to reading food labels when buying a packaged food product.Keywords – Community, Compliance, Food Label, Knowledge, Overvie
Keanekaragaman Herba di Kawasan Mangrove Muara Aluh-Aluh
Herbs are plants with moist stems that grow wild along roadsides or on the unmaintained ground. Herbs are more commonly associated with plants that are harmful to civilization, even though they have numerous uses in life, including traditional medicine, ornamental plants, and contextual instructional resources. People are unaware of herbs and plants categorized as herbs, which is one of the reasons why they are considered hazardous plants. A mangrove forest is a type of forest with a tidal environment; plants that may grow in mangrove forests are characteristic vegetation, notably salt-tolerant plants. The goal of this research was to describe the plant variety in the Muara Aluh-Aluh Mangrove Area. The data was gathered in the 500-meter-long Muara Aluh-Aluh Mangrove Area, which was divided into ten locations separated by 50 meters. A plot of 1 m x 1 m with as many as 4 pieces was made at each place using the line transect method and oriented diagonally. The quantity and varieties of herbaceous plants found in the plot were counted as samples. According to the findings of the study on herbaceous plant diversity in the Muara Aluh-Aluh Mangrove area, there are 21 different varieties of herbaceous plants with a diversity index of 2.66, putting them in the medium diversity category.Keywords - Diversity, Herbs, Mangroves, Muara Aluh-Alu
Identifikasi Jenis Teripang Genus Holothuria Asal Perairan Sekitar Kepulauan Seribu Berdasarkan Perbedaan Morfologi
Teripang adalah hewan invertebrata laut yang merupakan anggota hewan berkulit duri (Echinodermata) memiliki potensi ekonomi yang cukup besar karena mengandung berbagai bahan yang bermanfaat dan dapat dijadikan sebagai sumber protein hewani, obat luka dan anti inflamasi. Eksploitasi yang terjadi secara besar-besaran dikhawatirkan akan merusak kelestarian teripang di alam. Untuk itu diperlukan informasi dasar terkait jenis dan morfologi teripang yang terdapat di perairan sekitar Kepulauan Seribu, khususnya di P. Pari dan P. Pramuka. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan pada pagi dan sore hari, yaitu pada saat kondisi surut di perairan sekitar P. Pari dan P. Pramuka. Sampel selanjutnya dikoleksi untuk diidentifikasi jenisnya berdasarkan perbedaan morfologi. Hasil analisis bentuk, warna, corak warna dan tipe spikula pada teripang tersebut menunjukan, terdapat empat jenis teripang yang berbeda berasal dari Kelas Holothuroidea, Subkelas Aspidochirotacea, Ordo Aspidochirotda, Famili Holothuriidae dan Genus Holothuria. Dua jenis yang terdapat di perairan sekitar P. Pari adalah Holothuria impatiens dan H. atra, sedang dua jenis yang diperoleh dari perairan sekitar P. Pramuka adalah H. edulis dan H. fuscocinerea. Perbedaan jenis pada masing-masing perairan disebabkan karena perbedaan jenis habitat dan sumber bahan makanan yang terdapat di perairan tersebut. Sea cucumber is marine invertebrate that that member of Echinodermata (the thorn-skinned animals), which has considerable economic potential because it contains many useful material and can be used as source of animal protein, drug injury, and anti inflammatory. Massive exploitation is predicted destroying the existance of sea cucumbers in nature. Furthermore, basic information related with the type and morphology of sea cucumbers, especially in Pari Island and Pramuka Island is required. Sampling was carried out in the morning and the afternoon when the condition of waters around Pari Island and Pramuka Island is being low tide. The following samples were collected to identify the species based on morphological differences. The result of the analysis of shape, colour, colour shades, and type of spicules on sea cucumbers showed there are four different types of sea cucumbers from the Class Holothuroidea, Subclass Aspidochirotacea, Order Aspidochirotida, Family Holothuriidae and Genus Holothuria. Two types found in Pari Island are Holothuria impatiens and H. atra, whereas two types found in Pramuka Island are H. edulis and H. fuscicinerea. The diffrences in each type are caused by the difference of habitat and food source in the waters of Pari Island and Pramuka Island
The Concept of Land Ownership in Islam and Poverty Alleviation in Pakistan
Land ownership—in its ethico-legal and historical manifestations, reflects the importance of being a politico-economic institution. In the process of its development, it includes various heterogeneous elements of different systems of ownership. With the growth of the Ummah, the principles of laws of ownership represent and embody the relations, rights and duties to form the general law of obligations at the state as well as individual level. This is the case of economic and legal theory, regarding the ownership of land with implicative infrastructure to build social welfare institutions of Islam. It is generally and basically have been ordained that according to the teachings of Islam, Real ownership belongs to Allah Almighty. Man being the vicegerent holds property in trust for which he is accountable to him in accordance with the clearly laid down economic philosophy of Islam. Ownership of man is a concept alien to Islam as it belongs to Allah Almighty only.
Pengembangan Web Service Online Pembayaran Online Menggunakan Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) (Study Kasus : Sekolah Dasar Islam Al-Azhar BSD)
Sekolah Islam Al-Azhar Bumi Serpong Damai (Al-Azhar BSD) telah menjalin kerjasama dengan bank-bank rekanan dalam menyelenggarakan sistem pembayaran online. Al-Azhar BSD menyediakan web service untuk komunikasi data antara bank-bank rekanan dengan Al-Azhar BSD. Ada tiga kebutuhan yang belum terpenuhi oleh sistem ini. Pertama, Al-Azhar BSD menginginkan pembayar dapat membayar beberapa tagihan cukup dengan satu transaksi. Kedua, bagian keuangan menginginkan adanya pengolahan data transaksi yang masuk menjadi rekapitulasi harian. Ketiga, bagian keuangan dan yayasan juga menginginkan ketersediaan informasi perkembangan pembayaran. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan-kebutuhan tersebut, perlu dilakukan perbaikan terhadap web service dengan mempertahankan spesifikasi yang telah disepakati bersama oleh Al-Azhar BSD dan bank-bank rekanan. Web service sistem ini dikembangkan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, database yang digunakan adalah MySQL, dan mengikuti sepesifikasi SOAP untuk pertukaran message dengan sistem bank rekanan. Metode yang digunakan untuk pengembangan sistem adalah metode Extreme Programming (XP) dengan jumlah iterasi sebanyak tiga iterasi. Pengembangan web service ini mampu meningkatkan rata-rata transaksi per bulan pada sistem pembayaran online yang tadinya hanya sekitar 33 transaksi per bulan menjadi 2.324 transaksi per bulan. Artinya banyak pembayar yang beralih menggunakan metode pembayaran online
Criticality dispersion in swarms to optimize n-tuples
Among numerous pattern recognition methods the neural network approach has been the subject of much research due to its ability to learn from a given collection of representative examples. This paper concerns with the optimization of a weightless neural network, which decomposes a given pattern into several sets of n points, termed n-tuples. A population-based stochastic optimization technique, known as Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO), has been used to select an optimal set of connectivity patterns to improve the recognition performance of such .n-tuple. classifiers. The original PSO was refined by combining it with a bio-inspired technique called the Self-Organized Criticality (SOC) to add diversity in the population for finding better solutions. The hybrid algorithms were adapted for the n-tuple system and the performance was measured in selecting better connectivity patterns. The aim was to improve the discriminating power of the classifier in recognizing handwritten characters by exploiting the criticality dispersion in the swarm population. This paper presents the implementation of the hybrid model in greater detail with the effect of criticality dispersion in finding better solutions

Effects of mixed H(2)O-CH(3)CN and H(2)O-Hconme(2) solvents on the rate of cleavage of N-Benzylphthalamic Acid
The values of pseudo first-order rate constants, k(1), for the O-cyclization and k(3) for N-cyclization of N-benzylphthalamic acid 1, obtained at 0.02M HCl and 35 degrees C, show a respective nonlinear increase from 17.6 x 10(-6) to 29.7 x 10(-6) s(-1) and decrease from 12.5 x 10(-7) to 3.75 x 10(-7) s(-1) with increase in the CH(3)CN content from 2 to 60% v/v in mixed aqueous solvent. Increase in the CH3CN content from 60 to 90% v/v decreases k(1) from 29.7 x 10(-6) to 24.4 x 10(-6) s(-1) and increases k(3) from 3.75 x 10(-7) to 14.7 x 10(-7) s(-1). The respective values of k(1) and k(3) decrease nonlinearly from 16.0 x 10(-6) to 3.0 x 10(-6) s(-1), and 14.0 x 10(-7) to similar to 4.0 x 10(-7) s(-1) with increase in the content of N,N-dimethyl-formamide (HCONMe(2)) from 2 to 80% v/v in mixed aqueous solvents. These results indicate rather mild rate-retarding effects of mixed H(2)O-CH(3)CN and H(2)O-HCONMe(2) solvents on the rates of the intramolecular reactions
