The main objectives of the study are to examine the effect of HRM practices on turnover intention of employees and analyze the moderating effect of job satisfaction on relationship between HRM practices and turnover intention of employees in Ayeyar Hinthar Trading Co., Ltd. Both primary data and secondary data are used. Analytical research method is applied. Based on Yamane formula, 144 employees are chosen as sample out of 224 employees from Ayeyar Hinthar Trading Co., Ltd. Structured questionnaire with 5-point Likert scale is used to collect primary data. The study reveals that all HRM practices have the significant negative effect on turnover intention. It is found that compensation is the most effective factor on turnover intention. Regression result indicates that negative effect on the relationship between HRM practices and turnover intention when job satisfaction plays as moderating factor. By monitoring the talents and skills of employees, department heads or managers should give career advices and job rotations that are more suitable for the employees. Ayeyar Hinthar Trading Co., Ltd. should assign relevant tasks and responsibilities to employees according to their positions and skills. Finally, it should encourage employees to take some time off so that it will help to keep a healthy work life balance and avoid work related stress and burnout

Bank's Roled Based Member Access Control

Today, Banks are essential things for finance. Because services served by banks transferring money from one place to another, saving money many ways and others, bank's functions are very important. All data concerned with bank are kept to be secure because of the financial cases. And bank's staffs' roles and permissions according to their positions are also important. If staffs' duties and responsibilities are identified properly and correctly, daily round of bank services can be operated efficiently. So, duties and responsibilities of bank staff to be truly served, duties should be assigned by their roles and permissions. Managing the staff, assigning duties and keeping bank's confidential records effectively is a big hurdle these days. In this case, RBAC role based access control is the best way for controlling security of staffs' duties. RBAC is the standard innovation access control model and most important access control model and provides a great way to full fill the access control needs. In this study, bank staffs' duties are controlled to be able to secure with RBAC. There are several factors that are related to the system, and the main ones are users, organization, positions, roles, tasks, processes, and rules or permissions. The design architecture is based on RBAC concepts, according to the concept, only the administrator has the privilege to manage or administer the data. She he provides all types of privileges required to maintain users, their authorization and access, and the authorized resources. The administrator controls the largest information, including access to the bank's staffs' files and has the sole access to all potential staffs and their assigned duties. This study took into the account the security access control, and security policies and methods integrated into the RBAC which is appropriate for managing system of Bank. The goal of this system intends to apply Role based Access Control on bank transaction process. Graph-based Household Matching for Linking Census Data

    No full text
Historical censuses consist of individual facts about a community. It provides knowledge concerned with the nation’s population. These data apply the reconstruction features of a specific period to trace their ancestors and families changes over time. Linking census data is a difficult task as common names, data quality and household changes over time. During the decades, a household may split multiple households due to marriage or move to another household. This paper proposes a graph-based approach to link households, which takes the relationship between household members. Using individual record linking results, the proposed method builds household graphs, so that the matches are determined by attribute similarity and records relationship similarity. According to the experimental results, the proposed method reaches an F-score of 0.974on Ireland Census data, outperforming all alternative methods being compared

Network Reconfiguration for Loss Reduction and Voltage Profile Improvement of 110-Bus Radial Distribution System Using Exhaustive Search Techniques

    No full text
Nowadays, the electricity demand is increasing day by day and hence it is very important not only to extract electrical energy from all possible new power resources but also to reduce power losses to an acceptable minimum level in the existing distribution networks where a large amount of power dissipation occurred. In Myanmar, a lot of power is remarkably dissipated in distribution system.  Among methods in reducing power losses, network reconfiguration method is employed for loss minimization and exhaustive technique is also applied to achieve the minimal loss switching scheme. Network reconfiguration in distribution systems is performed by opening sectionalizing switches and closing tie switches of the network for loss reduction and voltage profile improvement. The distribution network for existing and reconfiguration conditions are modelled and simulated by Electrical Transient Analyzer Program (ETAP) 7.5 version software. The inputs are given based on the real time data collected from 33/11kV substations under Yangon Electricity Supply Board (YESB). The proposed method is tested on 110-Bus, overhead AC radial distribution network of Dagon Seikkan Township since it is long-length, overloaded lines and high level of power dissipation is occurred in this system. According to simulation results of load flow analysis, voltage profile enhancement and power loss reduction for proposed system are revealed in this paper

"Preliminary Study on the Distribution of the Rock Units exposed in the Dobin- Sinkin Area, Momeik Township, Northern Shan State: Criteria for Stratigraphy"

    No full text
"The research area is situated within the Momeik Township. It chiefly constitutes metamorphic (metapelite, metacarbonate and metaigneous) and associated igneous rocks. The present work deals with the distributions of the rock units to support the stratigraphy. Based on the constituent mineral assemblages, Mommeik metamorphics in the study area can be grouped into three types: paragneisses (garnet biotite gneiss, biotite gneiss); metacarbonates (forsterite-graphite marble, phlogopite marble, diopside calcsilicate rock, diopside marble, white marble); metapelites and metasammites (silliminite schist, biotite schist, Skarn rock). Careful field observations on premetamorphic sedimentary structures, bedding characteristics and the mode of stratigraphic sequence indicate that Momeik metamorphic rocks may be assigned as metamorphic equivalents of dolomitic, calcareous and pelitic sequences of the Early Paleozoic of Shan Plateau. The exposed igneous rocks in the study area are the younger intrusives which are mainly granitic in composition including leucogranite and biotite microgranite. These igneous sequences may be regarded as the products of the magmatism which have been taken place during Tertiary period, specifically at Miocene.
