CUSTOMER PERCEPTION ON LIFE INSURANCE SERVICE OF AUNG MYINT MOH MIN INSURANCE Co.,Ltd ( Min Aung, 2019)
This study focuses on customer perception on life insurance services provided
by Aung Myint Moh Min Insurance Co.,Ltd. The objectives of the study are to explain
the nature and the types of insurance service offered by the company and the customer
perception on the life insurance service provided by AMMM Co.,Ltd. Descriptive
research method was used to study the customer perception on insurance service
provided by AMMM Co.,Ltd. Primary data were collected from the 100 respondents
who are randomly selected by using simple random sample method from the
customers who came to AMMM Co.,Ltd offices within two months from 1st July to the
end of August. The secondary data were collected from the relevant books, on lines,
previously prepared research paper and internet website. Most of the customers of
AMMM Co.,Ltd are army personnel who tend to follow the rules and regulation
obediently laid down by their superiors. According to the survey results, it was found
out that despite slow progress of overall insurance services in Myanmar, life insurance
service operated by AMMM insurance Co.,Ltd has grown significantly. Based on the
findings, it is recommended that the government should remove the restriction on the
entry of foreign insurance companies so that local insurance company can merge with
foreign insurance companies which are much more experienced in international
insurance service and they can share their knowledge with local companies. In addition,
dissemination of insurance service knowledge should be made among Myanma people
so that insurance services grow in Myanmar
Applied Excel for Business and Marketing
Applied Excel is powerful to analyze business and marketing data. This paper intends to support business and marketing leaders the benefits of data forecasting with applied Excel. It showed the sale data forecasting for coming seasons. As Excel's background methods, it showed time series methods such as the FORECAST.ETS And FORECAST.ETS.SEASONALITY methods. And then Sample data 'forecast functions.xlsx' was downloaded from Google and was analyzed and viewed. It used Microsoft Excel software version 2016. Style, type and origin of Kyadwinye iron ore deposits in the western margin ofShan Plateau, Central Myanmar
Kyadwinye iron mine is located at Latitude 21° 53' N and Longitude 96° 32' 20'' E, Mandalay region, Myanmar. It lies in the western margin of the Shan Plateau within Sibumasu Terrane. Rock units exposed in the area are Paleozoic rocks including Nyaungbaw Formation (Silurian age), Zebingyi Formation (early to middle Devonian age) and Maymyo Formation (middle
Devonian to Permian age). Iron ores are mainly limonite and hematite with minor amounts of pyrite and magnetite. The deposit mainly forms in Maymyo Formation. Jordan et al., (2017) dated the zircon U-Pb ages of 399 Ma, for a limestone near Pyinoolwin which suggests that the age is consistent with fossil ages of the Middle Devonian Maymyo Formation. The relativity plots of the zircons suggest the provenance has a Gondwana affinity, as the peaks of the zircons confirm the affinity with the Sibumasu Terrane. At mine site, ore deposit entirely overlies on dolomite and sandstone of Maymyo Formation. Large ore boulders may reach about 15 cubic meters in size. Small nodular, concretionary iron ore and float ore also occur. In some places, these iron ores are embedded in reddish brown ferruginous sandy soil and sandy loam layers. Based on the result of borehole data, ore boulders decrease in size from south to north. This is because the fault that separates the two blocks, impounds oxidizing water and enriches iron in the hanging wall block (south), causing more concentration and thickening of the iron deposits. The occurrences of micro fossils (forams?) and ooids which are entirely or partially replaced by interlayered hematite indicate that the iron deposit is primarily of sedimentary origin probably formed at the end of Paleozoic time (Tin Aung Myint, 2002). The porous and soluble nature of Maymyo Formation is the favorable place for the formation of iron deposits on Shan Plateau. Besides, chemical weathering processes leached dolomite and calcite minerals from earlier formed iron deposit, causing the increasing of iron grade in the ore as well as removing of gangue minerals from the ore in order to form the ferric iron oxides as secondary residules. The
estimated iron ore reserve is 2 million tons with average iron content of 58.5% (Tin Aung Myint & Mi Mi Ko, 2004). An Analysis on Myanmar's Border Trade Development with Neighbboring Countries (Nilar Myint Htoo and Aung Myint Myat, 2016)
Trade stands as an essential contributor for economic development of a country. Border Trade activities in Myanmar have been provided to national economic development as a part of national economic strategy. Border trade development will contribute not only towards the economic development of Myanmar but also towards poverty alleviation. The main objectives of this research are to explore the role of border trade in Myanmar's external trade, and to examine the pattern of border trade with neighboring countries between 1997 and 2012. This paper uses secondary data from reliable sources and the Gravity Model method. Results show that Myanmar's Border Trade development has appositive impact on the country's social and economic development. Nevertheless, Myanmar export products are low value added and import products are high value added. Even though these trade activities raise standards of living of the population in the area and encourage the government in developing border trade further, this study suggests that Myanmar needs to be more self-reliable and cooperate more economically. This implies that Myanmar needs to look for trading opportunities and measures for promoting trade and investing in infrastructures. This study encourages governments to reform not only rules and regulations concerned with border trade to promote trade value and volume, but also the infrastructure sector

Factors Influencing Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty at Onthego Software Lab Company (Khin Myint Aung, 2024)
This study aims to identify the factors influencing customer satisfaction and analyze how customer satisfaction impacts customer loyalty at OnTheGo Software Lab Company. Quantitative research method was applied in this study. Data were collected from a customer survey of 316 respondents across 50 distribution companies, along with secondary data from literature and company records. Descriptive statistics and regression analysis were used to analyse the factors influencing customer satisfaction and the effects of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. The five factors considered are agility, accessibility, reliability, data security, and responsiveness. Regression results indicated four factors excluding responsiveness affect positively and statistically significant customer satisfaction of the company. Moreover, customer satisfaction affects the customer loyalty. Among the four influencing factors, agility has the highly influence on customer satisfaction, followed by accessibility, data security, and reliability. The study recommends that OnTheGo Software Lab Company should focus on improving its customer services continuously to enhance customer satisfaction, which will strengthen customer loyalty and maintain long-term success in Myanmar's competitive software market
