The Influence of Basmallah and Planting Days on the Growth and Production of Shallots (allium ascalonicum L.): Pengaruh Basmallah serta Hari menanam terhadap Pertumbuhan juga Produksi Tanaman Bawang Merah (allium ascalonicum L.)
This study held in January 2022 – February 2022 in Kejapanan Village, Gempol District, Pasuruan using Group Random Design prepared by Qualitative Descriptive Analysis, as for the following treatment: Monday with basmallah, Tuesday with basmallah, Wednesday with basmallah, Thursday with basmallah, Friday with basmallah also Monday without basmallah, Tuesday without basmallah, Wednesday without basmallah, Thursday without bismillah, Friday without basmallah. The results of the study showed Thursday with basmallah had the highest plant length size of 26.93 and on Wednesday with basmallah had the highest leaf count size of 34.67 and on Monday with basmallah has the highest number of saplings per plant at 7.33 It was also seen in the yield of onion plants for Wednesday with basmallah and Thursday with basmallah giving the highest yield for bulb wet weight of 1151 gr and 1049 gr and having the highest dry weight of 618 gr and 609 gr
The formation of islamic character through the Student-Led Conference (SLC) program (in Grade 9 SMP Insan Cendekia Madani Boarding School Development Serpong, South Tangerang City)
Purpose: The purpose of this thesis is to investigate how the Student-Led Conference (SLC) program is applied to grade 9 students at SMP ICM BSD, Ciater Village, Serpong District, and South Tangerang City; the development of islamic character through the SLC program; and analysize the supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing the SLC program in these classes and locations.
Research methodology: The research methodology is descriptive-qualitative, with data collection techniques through direct research into the field using observation, documentation, interviews with related parties, and triangulation.
Results: This thesis proves that the SLC program implementation in grade 9 of SMP ICM BSD with the specified stages can form the Islamic character for students. The SLC program is one of the innovation programs in the context of building the character of students who are independent and responsible. The supporting factors for implementing the SLC program in grade 9 at SMP ICM BSD, Ciater Village, Serpong District, and South Tangerang City are good support from the school, parents, and students. The inhibiting factors are the delay or absence of parents to attend school according to the schedule and time specified. Parents need help understanding the material presented by students during SLC. For teachers at school, many programs must be completed almost simultaneously
