    The method of understanding hadith is a way for us to understand a good hadith in accordance with the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad. The book entitled Dhawabith Muhimmah li Husn Fahm al-Sunnah (Control is important for all of us to have a good understanding of hadith) was written by Prof. Dr. Anis bin Ahmad Thahir bin Jamaal Al-Indunisi was developed into 13 rules which will be explained in the discussion later. In this study, the author uses the library research method. The development of hadith studies is sometimes very fast, so the way to understand hadith is different. Researchers and observers need to understand the methodology in order to understand more deeply about the different views on Islam. This can lead people to Rahmatan Lil Alamin.Penelitian Metode pemahaman hadis adalah cara bagaimana kita untuk memahami hadis yang baik sesuai dengan ajaran Rasulullah saw. Buku yang bejudul Dhawabith Muhimmah li Husn Fahm al-Sunnah (Kontrol pentingnya bagi kita semua untuk memiliki pemahaman yang baik tentang hadis) yang ditulis oleh Prof. Dr. Anis bin Ahmad Thahir bin Jamaal Al-Indunisi dikembangkan menjadi 13 aturan yang akan dijelaskan di dalam pembahasan nantinya.Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan (Library Research). Perkembangan study hadis terkadang sangat cepat, sehingga cara memahami hadis pun berbeda beda.     Abstract – An 18†pipeline is designed to cross 3 other pipeline which has 20†diameter for its highest. This crossing method is using Concrette Matress that has 1350 mm height from seabed. The Free-Span condition is occured due to crossing condition. At this behavior, pipe will affected by Vortex Induced Vibration that caused by current velocity. This free-span also need a fatigue analysis during the operation to maintain the operation condition. The equivalent stress analysis for static condition is conducted by ASME B31.8, and for alllowable span analysis is conducted by the DNV-RP-F105. For the fatigue calculation analysis will be conducted as DNV-RP-C203 while simulation method is conducted by ANSYS Fluent that transfered into ANSYS Static Structural for the pressure load. The result occur to this analysis is that theallowable dynamic free span is 16,45. For the  In-Line motion criteria is not comply and need to be assessed for fatigue life. The fatigue life result for the analysis is 27 years with damage ratio 0,7401. &nbsp

    Crackers are one of the snacks that are very popular with Indonesian people ranging from the lower classes to the upper middle class. One type of crackers made is stick crackers. Mr Suwarno\u27s home industry in making stick crackers still uses a manual method which currently still adds a lot of time, cost and energy in making crackers. Therefore we need a stick cracker making machine as a helper to produce large products in order to get more products with faster time, labor is only at the operator and product output can be further increased. The method used by the author is the ulrich method by selecting several design concepts, design assisted by CAD software for making drawings, fabrication, assembly of machine components and testing tools to determine the production results of the machine. Based on the results of planning and design that has been done, the dimensions of the mixer and printer are produced with the main dimensions of 1350 mm x 360 mm x 840 mm. In testing the stick cracker making machine prototype can produce 30 kg in 1 hour

    Abstract - The need for chemical raw materials for industries such as the soap and detergent industry is increasing with the development of industry in Indonesia. Therefore a factory was built to produce amine compounds. Inside the plant there is one area, namely the filtration area. In the filtration area there is one piece of equipment that plays an important role in the process of making amine compounds, namely VE-3003 (filtered product tank). VE-3003 is a vertical type pressure vessel that will be designed according to ASME Section VIII division 1. Several factors that affect the filtered product tank such as MAWP, MAEP are calculated manually. Result of minimum thickness calculation for shell and head is 0,650 inches. The result of MAWP of head is 163,629 psi, and shell is 162,741. Then the result of MAEP head is 52,945 psi and MAEP shell is 16,65 psi

    Maneuverlability on ship design should be resolve all resistance effect to get standard velocity of moving the ship. The caracteristic of the rudder-propeller  is very important to the performance to manuver. Distance of the rudder-propeller (Hugo,2016), shape of rudder profile (Liu,2016), is very pengaruhnya jika mengunakan tipe twin screw (muscari,2017). In this case to know velocity countour around of propeller rudder on the perintis ship 2000GT with distance variation rudder to propeller and rudder profile variation. Our porpose is get the best drag and lift for better manuvering. We design on 3D model with PropCad for Propeller, Maxsurf for Hull and Spaceclaim for rudder and assembly all component. Our Analys should in CFD and the process use ANSYS FLUENT to show hydrodynamic characteristic, In this final project we use real validation from sea trial results. From this model we get velocity approtimate with sea trial results validation. In sea trial results the velocity is 9-13.3 knot or 4.63-6.842 m/s. Otherwise in ANSYS simulation show 4.18-8.37 m/s from velocity 1ounter in Fluent with rotation propeller 424 rpm in the real condition design. After this we know the best rudder NACA profile is NACA0018 and the best distance is 25% Propeller Diameter

    Ocean Thermal Energy Conversion (OTEC) is a type of power plant that utilizes the temperature difference between seawater at the surface and seawater at a depth of 1 km. Although suitable turbine components are not yet available, this type of power plant aids in the exploration of alternative energy sources. Addressing these issues, this research focuses on the creation and development of an OTEC system by creating a prototype of the OTEC system. The study involves designing a simple prototype simulation of the OTEC system by replacing the turbine component with a scroll compressor and then modifying the compression chamber and motor. The results of the prototype OTEC system research showed a COP value of 4.099, an OTEC system efficiency of 24.33%, and an electrical power output of the prototype OTEC system of 0.0048 V

    The development of industry in Indonesia has led to an increasing demand for chemical rawmaterials for industry. Therefore, Revamp of Ammonia Plant-2 is a project that aims to modify an ammoniaplant, where there is the addition of a pressure vessel, namely LP CO2 Condensate Separator, which functionsas a separator between CO2 and water. Things that are considered when designing include internal pressure,external pressure, maximum allowable working pressure and calculation of seismic and wind loads withreference to ASME Section VIII Divison I and ASCE 7-10 and modeling is carried out with software. Based onthe calculation results, the shell thickness is 0,482 inch and the head thickness is 0,325 inch. The MAWP valueobtained is qualified with a value greater than the design pressure. then for the MAEP value obtained is alsoqualified with a value greater than 15 psi. The maximum deflection value due to wind load is 0,00845 inch andthe base shear moment value does not exceed 80% of the base shear due to earthquake load of 1049,14 kips.ft> 24,395 kips.ft

    Abstract -  Research and discovery of theories have been carried out about calculating the most effective insulation thickness using a critical thick formula. The critical thickness is located at the confluence the two lines of conduction and convection so that the value of heat loss and the cost is obtained by effectively. On the other condition, there is a large axial force if insulation only viewed in terms of Heat loss. Modelling is done numerically with the finite element computational fluid dynamic (CFD) method. Modelling is aided by fluent software and static structural from Ansys17.2.The results of the study were carried out on the Heat loss manual calculation method, that the best thickness in the critical thickness is 25 mm. While the results of software modelling obtained the maximum stress value that was best at a thickness of 15mm, viz 194780 KPa. Optimization is done by one way Anova statistical method on Axial Force and Thickness then the most optimum thickness results are 20 mm

    Finite element analysis of composite beam-to-column connection with cold-formed steel section

    Cold-formed steel (CFS) sections are well known due to its lightweight and high structural performance which is very popular for building construction. Conventionally, they are used as purlins and side rails in the building envelopes of the industrial buildings. Recent research development on cold-formed steel has shown that the usage is expanded to the use in composite construction. This paper presents the modelling of the proposed composite connection of beam-to-column connection where cold-formed steel of lipped steel section is positioned back-to-back to perform as beam. Reinforcement bars is used to perform the composite action anchoring to the column and part of it is embedded into a slab. The results of the finite element and numerical analysis has showed good agreement. The results show that the proposed composite connection contributes to significant increase to the moment capacity

    AbstrakPenelitian ini membahas tentang bagaimana akad rahn pada pegadaian syariah di Indonesia karena sangat banyak pendapat orang yang berkata bahwa pegadaian syariah itu sama saja dengan pegadaian konvensional dalam hal penerapan akad gadai emas dari situlah penulis melakukan penelitian mengenai hal tersebut. Pokok permasalahan skripsi ini yaitu bagaimana tinjauan hukum Islam terhadap  akad rahn pada pegadaian syariah di Indonesia. Adapun sub bab masalah yang akan dikaji, yakni: 1) Bagaimana akad rahn di pegadaian syariah di Indonesia? 2) Bagaimana konsep akad rahn dalam Islam? Dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut dan analisis yang bersifat kajian kepustakaan, dengan menempatkan pendekatan normatif syar’i yaitu dimana dengan mengarah kepada pendekatan al-Qur’an dan hadits dan sumber Islam lainnya. Pada penerapan akad rahn di pegadaian syariah masih ada beberapa hal yang perlu diperhatikan, mulai dari denda keterlambatan, penggabungan 2 akad yang bertentangan dengan hadis Rasulullah saw. dan biaya ongkos penyimpanan pada pegadaian syariah.Kata Kunci : Hukum Islam, Pegadaian Syariah, Rahn AbstractThis research discusses how the rahn contract is at sharia pawnshops in Indonesia because there are so many people's opinions who say that Sharia pawnshops are the same as conventional pawnshops in terms of applying the gold pawn contract, that's where the author conducted research on this matter. The main problem of this thesis is how to review Islamic law on rahn contracts at sharia pawnshops in Indonesia. The sub-chapters of the problems that will be studied are: 1.) How is the rahn contract in sharia pawnshops in Indonesia? 2.) What is the concept of rahn contract in Islam? By placing a syar'i normative approach, namely where by leading to the approach of the Qur'an and hadith and other Islamic sources. In the implementation of the rahn contract at the sharia pawnshop, there are still several things that need to be considered, ranging from late fees, merging 2 contracts that contradict the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad and the cost of storage fees at sharia pawnshops.Keywords: Islamic Law, Rahn, Sharia Pawnsho
