Pelatihan Kewirausahaan Islami dan Pembuatan Es Krim bagi Siswa SMP Menghafal Qur’an Khairu Ummah Makassar
No full textAbstract. Islamic Entrepreneurship Training at SMPMQ Khairu Ummah School is carried out to motivate students to become entrepreneurs from an early age. An illustration of a business that has the potential to be developed is also exemplified, namely the ice cream culinary business. Ice cream is a dairy product that is widely consumed and is a source of fat, protein, carbohydrates and calcium, especially for children; but has a critical point in terms of the halalness of its additional ingredients, such as milk protein, stabilizer, emulsifier, and flavoring. The method used is counseling in the form of lectures accompanied by interactive discussions and guided practice in making ice cream. The results of the evaluation showed that there was an increase in the knowledge and skills of about 80% of the participants regarding the need for entrepreneurship and the Islamic way of entrepreneurship; and how to make halal and thayyib ice cream.

Gambaran usaha yang berpotensi untuk dikembangkan juga dicontohkan, yaitu usaha kuliner es krim. Es krim merupakan produk olahan susu yang banyak dikonsumsi dan merupakan sumber zat gizi lemak, protein, karbohidrat dan kalsium terutama bagi anak-anak; namun memiliki titik kritis dalam hal kehalalan bahan-bahan tambahannya, misalnya protein susu, penstabil, pengemulsi, serta perasa. Metode PKM yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan dalam bentuk ceramah disertai diskusi interaktif serta praktek terbimbing dalam pembuatan es krim. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta sekitar 80% mengenai perlunya berwirausaha dan cara berwirausaha secara islami; serta cara membuat es krim yang halal dan thayyib.

Islamic Entrepreneurship: Making Ice Cream for Student Yunior High School Khairu Ummah
No full textEconomic growth can be measured from various sectors, one of which is UMKM. Becoming a UMKM manager should be done early by the community. Islamic Entrepreneurship training at the Khairu Ummah School is conducted to provide basic knowledge and motivation for students to start entrepreneurship from an early age. The description of a business that has the potential to be developed is also exemplified, namely the culinary ice cream business. This training uses the PAR (participatory action research) method in the form of community service activities (PKM). The participatory approach is that the Khairu Ummah school as a partner is directly involved in every activity carried out so that partners can better understand and be able to directly practice what has been trained. The evaluation results showed that there was an increase in the participants' knowledge and skills of around 80% regarding the need for entrepreneurship and Islamic ways of entrepreneurship, as well as how to make halal and thayyib ice cream. This certainly provides new knowledge to students about Islamic entrepreneurship procedures.soo

<p>The Covid-19 pandemic that has ravaged the past two years and the technological advancements in this disruptive era have played a crucial role in the transformative changes brought about by new discoveries and innovations, necessitating the utilization of information technology in their development. The majority of sectors in the economy experienced instability during the pandemic, with the micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). This research aims to explore aspects related to MSME business strategies. It employs a qualitative and descriptive research methodology, with the founders/owners of MSMEs as the research subjects. The data collection methods employed include interviews, observations, and documentation, enabling a comprehensive exploration of the subject matter. The research findings validate that digital marketing in the disruptive era facilitates MSMEs in providing information and engaging in direct interaction with consumers, expanding their market reach, and enhancing awareness and sales for these enterprises.</p>

not been forced to increase its operating capacity, for example, be 5 Team Mechanics. The conclusion drawn on the basis, which the car does not need more time to waiting, be served. The service time is relatively short. The use of time in service activity have a fairly large proportion (98.54%) and only 1: 46% of the time spent by the customer's waiting car maintenance services. The number of cars lined up waiting for their turn in the service (Lq)
and the number of cars in the system, the queue to serve plus being served (Ls) is relatively small. Likewise Old cars lined up waiting service (Wq) and Old cars are in the system, queue time plus time served (Ws). The results showed that customers can be served satisfactorily at
