No full textThese two volumes constitute the second part (nun-taw) of the Syriac-Arabic dictionary of the 10th cent. physician Isho bar Ali (the first half of the dictionary had been published in 1874 by G. Hoffmann). Each Syriac word is defined in Arabic, often with more than one Arabic equivalent; in addition, the author deals not just with individual Syriac words, but in some cases with phrases. Gottheil used 21 manuscripts (from Oxford, London, Paris, Berlin, Leiden, and Rome) for this edition, and he has supplied a thorough critical apparatus; the manuscripts are described in the introduction. While some manuscripts give the Arabic glosses in Syriac characters (i.e. Garshuni), Gottheil has presented them here in Arabic script. These two volumes will be of great interest to Syriac lexicographers and those who study interactions between Syriac and Arabic.Contains an English introduction by Richard J.H. Gotthei

Mobile application are vary from personal to business used. A UiTM student accessing student portal using mobile phone, although the current system works well on normal computer, accessing on mobile devices can be hassle most time for part time student especially when on the move or busy with commitment This project focus on developing student portal for part time student. Using RAD method logy , we focus on developing student portal that part time student have basic access such as i-student, icress, contact and announcement. Here, part time student can perform update profile, course registration and view information such as billing, contact announcement and classes. We found that the application is helpful based on questionaire and demostration conducted with part time student and public. We received good feedback and hopes to see more improvement to the mobile application in term of more functionality and new interface design
Unveiling E<sub>6</sub>SSM Scalar Diquarks at the HL-LHC
No full textWe investigate the phenomenology of scalar diquarks with sub-TeV masses within the framework of the E6 Supersymmetric Standard Model (E6SSM) at the Large Hadron Collider (LHC). Focusing on the lightest of the six diquarks predicted by the model, we select some representative low masses for them in a parameter space region consistent with experimental constraints from direct searches for additional Higgs boson(s), Cold Dark Matter (CDM), and supersymmetry, as well as from flavor physics analyses. Using Monte Carlo (MC) simulations, we assess these benchmark points against the latest LHC results corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 140 fb−1. We further evaluate the signal significance of the pair-production of these diquarks, when each of them decays into tb pairs, at the s√=13 TeV LHC Run 3 with design integrated luminosity of 300 fb−1, and also at the 3000 fb−1 High-Luminosity LHC (HL-LHC). Our analysis yields a statistical significance exceeding 3σ at the HL-LHC for diquark masses up to 1 TeV, indicating promising prospects for their discovery
