    This study aims to determine the concept of munif chatib thinking about education, and whether the relevance of Munif Chatib's thinking about Islamic education and education. In this study using the research method of library study (Library Research), using a philosophical and biography research approach, in collecting data researchers using the documentation method using writing from Munif Chatib which was used as a primary source, and supported by writing other figures who were used as Secondary sources, while for data analysis using deductive analysis. The results of the research conducted by the researcher, namely that the researcher found that the concept of Munif Chatib's thought on education was by taking the multiple intelligences learning strategy found by Howard Gardner, then this theory was applied by Munif Chatib into education in Indonesia. Multiple Intelligences The point is that the double intelligence that weaves that all students are smart there is nothing stupid, but every student has their respective intelligence cannot be equated, so the handling of each student varies according to student intelligence so that later learning will be accepted by students well. While the relevance of Munif Chatib's thought on education with Islamic education, that researchers found the relevance between the concept of education applied by Munif Chatib with Islamic education, that Islam explained that humans were created with a state of nature in the broad meaning, namely perfect and holy, then in accordance with the concept of thought Munif Chatib who assumes that all students are smart

    This study aims to determine the social aspects of the novel Merpati Biru by Achmad Munif. The method is a descriptive qualitative method with a sociological approach. The results showed that the social aspects of the novel Merpati Biru by Achmad Munif consist of social groups, culture, social institutions, social stratification and power and authority. In conclusion, the novel Merpati Biru by Achmad Munif contains many social aspects to serve as material for reflection and lessons for readers that can be used as experiences and references in everyday life.     This research head for knowing Munif Chatib’s child education perspective and it relevance with child education in Islam, which described into three focuses: (1) Munif Chatib’s child education cogitation background, (2) child education concept that Munif Chatib offered, (3) child education concept relevancy according Munif Chatib with Islamic child education. This research use Library Research with content analysis method. From this method, researcher analyzed former data in order to understand several Munif Chatib’s cogitation about child education and it relevancy with child education in Islam. The result showing that: (1) Munif Chatib education cogitation background is; first, lack of education distribution. Second, lack of parental attention to children. (2) Munif Chatib’s child education concept reveal that child education is a student development oriented effort not just their academic achievement, to develop ability and form nations’ prestige personality in order to educate nation’s life.     Islamic education is the process of preparing the younger generation to fill the role, to transfer knowledge and Islamic values. However, there are still manyschools that are lack in building potential and instilling Islamic values to students.Basides, in Indonesia there are still many schools which are predicated robotschools, strarting from the learning process systems. School target of success until at assessment system. To facilitate learners in nderstanding the matter oflearning, the teachers should a just their styles of teaching with those of learners’learning, and in recratment of learners, the school should receive them in anycondition because the job of school is to find learners’ intelligences. MultipleIntelligences theory is found by Howard Gardner, this theory considers that everyhuman being has at least one intelligence in him self. Munif Chatib is one of theleaders of education in Indonesia to implement and develop the MultipleIntelligences theory. MunifChatib assess Multiple Intelligences theory in hisworks in the shaped of books.The problems studied in this thesis are “how does Munif Chatib viewmultiple intelligences” and “how does Munif Chatib view Multiple Intelligencesin the perspective of Islamic education”. Meanwhile the objective of this research are to describe Munif Chatib’s view on Multiple ntelligences and that his view inthe perspective of Islamic education. This research is the result of library researchby examining or reseaching soine books with the intent to obtain complete information. The reseach analysis using descriptive analytic techniques with theinductive method.After this research, the author obtains results that Munif Chatib inviewingmultiple intelligences there are nine intelligences of human and that intelligencewill continue to grow. Meanwhile Munif Chatib views multiple intelligences inthe perspective of Islamic education is as having three phases of development that need guidance and implanting Islamic education material. The systemimplemented in the school is input using multiple intelligence research, theprocess of using the MIR to formulate a lesson plan so that the students will easily understand the lesson and can produce a useful product, and output usingauthentic assessment that looks at them in three domains: cognitive, affective, andpsychomotor. The positive relationship that exists between parents and teachers make it easier to develop the students’ physical and spiritual potential, so that theywill understand life and develop them selves as totre muslim personality

    Multiple intelligences-based learning in perspective Munif Chatib, occurs when a misunderstanding between the definition of multiple intelligences of educators with a real understanding of multiple intelligences. Munif Chatib explained that multiple intelligences is not really a field of study, nor is the curriculum. Of the existing context, several educational institutions, almost the majority of education in today's schools are less likely to appreciate the full potential of the learners. Based learning multiple intelligences present as a realm of learning that focuses on the uniqueness and the uniqueness of each child always found excess. Departing from the above background, the researchers wanted to find out: how is the concept of multiple intelligences-based learning in perspective Munif Chatib. Multiple intelligences is a correction to the concept of a person based on Intelligences intelligence quotient (IQ), which only measures a person's ability based only on linguistic, logical mathematical and spatial only.     The background of this research is the fact that the management of improving teacher‟s professionalism is still not effective. The role of teacher as planner, implementer, and developer of curriculum is also not optimal. Management of teachers is needed because teachers have a significant role in the success of learning process. This research was aimed at knowing Guardian Angel‟s concept of teacher management suggested by Munif Chatib and how it develops according to him. The implementation of Guardian Angel model of teacher management was presented through a testimony and direct interviews with Guardian Angel‟s trainees. This research used qualitative approach by studying Munif Chatib‟s books and direct interviews. Data were analyzed with content analysis, which included: (1) literary study of Munif Chatib‟s books, (2) description of Guardian Angel model of teacher management by Munif Chatib. This research found that (1) the concept of Guardian Angel teacher management uses humanistic approach, especially in regard to schedules of consultation, teaching strategies, and assessment through four kinds of teacher reports, including reports of morals, creativity, lesson plan, and student‟s learning results; (2) the basis used is the cornerstone of the scientific human resources and philosophical foundation that teachers carry out the work of teaching, which includes planning, teaching, evaluating, and learning. The first three points are teacher‟s obligations, while the last is their right. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi adanya keprihatinan manajemenpeningkatan profesionalitas guru yang belum berjalan efektif. Peranan guru sebagai perencana, pelaksana dan pengembang kurikulum yang belum optimal. Manajemen guru diperlukan mengingat bahwa peran guru amat signifikan bagi setiap keberhasilan proses pembelajaran.Penelitian ini mengungkap tentang manajemen guru Guardian Angel menurut Munif Chatib. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konsep manajemen guru model Guardian Angel menurut Munif Chatib, dan berkembangannya Guardian Angel dalam pemikiran Munif Chatib. Implementasi manajemen guru model Guardian Angel dihadirkan melalui testimoni dan wawancara langsung dengan peserta pelatihan Guardian Angel. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan melakukan kajian terhadap buku - buku karya Munif Chatib dan wawancara langsung. Teknik anaisis data content analysis. Analisis meliputi: (1) kajian pustaka buku-buku karya Munif Chatib, (2) mendeskripsikan manajemen guru model Guardian Angel dalam pemikiran Munif Chatib.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) konsep model manajemen guru Guardian Angel menggunakan pola pendekatan manajemen humanis, terutama dalam jadwal konsultasi, strategi mengajar dan penilaian melalui empat rapor guru, yaitu rapor akhlak, rapor kreativitas, rapor lesson plan dan rapor hasil belajar siswa (2) landasan yang digunakan adalah landasan keilmuan sumber daya manusia dan landasan filosofi bahwa profesi guru mengemban pekerjaan manajemen, yaitu perencanaan , mengajar dan mengevaluasi dan belajar. Tiga hal pertama difahami sebagai kewajiban, sedangkan belajar dimaknai sebagai hak bagi seorang guru (3) Guardian Angel sebagai manajemen quality control yang meliputi: lesson plan, konsultasi, observasi dan umpan balik.</jats:p
