Manajemen Pembelajaran Ilmu Alat Berbasis Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Internal (SPMI) pada Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Martapura dan Pondok Pesantren Darul Ilmi Banjarbaru
This research is motivated by efforts to find the factors causing the low and weak
ability of the students in Martapura in reading the yellow book. The author tries to
find the common thread, starting from the management of tool science learning.
The purpose of this research is to describe the management of SPMI-based
learning tools at Madrasah Diniyah Takhassus Darussalam Martapura and
Madrasah Muallimin Darul Ilmi Banjarbaru. The research approach used is
qualitative, using descriptive methods. Data collection techniques by means of
interviews, observation and documentation. The main research subjects were
Qism Tarbiyah and teachers teaching tool science at Madrasah Diniyah Takhassus
Darussalam Martapura, as well as Deputy Head of Madrasah for Curriculum and
Ustadz teaching tool science at Madrasah Muallimin Darul Ilmi Banjarbaru. For
data analysis technique is by data reduction, data presentation then drawing
conclusions.
The results of this research are (1) the planning (plan) of the learning process at
Madrasah Diniyah Takhassus Darussalam is more structured and logical than at
Madrasah Muallimin Darul Ilmi with two indicators: setting competency
standards for students and strategies for hiring teachers, (2) In implementation
(do) the learning process of ilmu alat at Madrasah Diniyah Takhassus Darussalam
or at Madrasah Muallimin Darul Ilmi has similarities, (3) In the assessment
(check) the process and results of ilmu alat at Madrasah Diniyah Takhassus
Darussalam often do not reach the target, while at Madrasah Muallimin Darul Ilmi
it is seen more natural, sometimes achieved sometimes not, and (4) In the followup (act) process and results of ilmu alat at Madrasah Diniyah Takhassus
Darussalam, there are two policies taken, namely; an appeal and a warning, at
Madrasah Muallimin Darul Ilmi there are three policies: maintaining the ustadz,
replacing him and scheduling additional lessons (lesions)

Kepemimpinan Kyai Dalam Pengasuhan Pesantren
Abstract: Islamic boarding schools as an educational institution with a total distinctive personality, always gives the freedom to determine the dynamic pattern of education policy. Kyai’s (Islam cleric) leadership who dared to hold an educational innovation makes the boarding schools as a barometer of Islamic education in Indonesia. Good leadership is both acceptable to all parties and able to lead under God’s guidance and to emulate the leadership of Prophet Muhammad based on akhlakul karimah (good attitude) and good habit (commendable) as siddiq, amanah, tabligh and fathonah.

Abstract : Placement of human resources is a process of activities implemented by a human resources manager within an organization to determine one’s location and position to do a job. It is similar to placement of human resources or personnels in Islamic education conducted by the Chairperson. Placement may occur to those who occupy a really new job, who get promotion, transfer of duties, and demotion. High-quality human resources are expected to significantly be subject of development in order to be more successful in managing resources for the welfare of society. In order to manage educational organizations effectively and efficiently, personnel management that is able to put human resources in accordance with the qualifications and competence determined by the educational organization is highly required.

Hal ini dapat diketahui bahwa performance system pada model awal terdiri dari 1 stasiun pembelian dengan utilitas 0,652339 dan 1 stasiun pengecekan utilitas 0,341394 dengan model tersebut

Employee performance appraisal in an institution is an absolute thing that needs to be done, where employees compete fiercely to get the best category in order to achieve a brilliant career in that agency. Every agency needs qualified, honest, educated, and disciplined employees to ensure good quality. Each agency has a different and selective way of determining good employees, this can also be a consideration for agency leaders to choose the best employee criteria so that they are worthy of being placed in strategic positions. From some of the descriptions above, this research needs to be carried out which aims to assist a leader in an institution in determining the best employees. This study applies the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method for decision making to rank the best employee performance.
