Strategi peningkatan daya saing minuman teh oolong pada industri minuman teh kemasan botol (studi kasus: brand produk mytea)
Indonesia beverage industry is experiencing positive growth, one of them is bottled tea drink with average growth rate 7.26%. Despite positive growth, bottled Oolong tea beverage experienced declined sales, it seen average declined from 2014-2016 is 10.77%, that required to be done study related competitive enhancement strategy. The aims of this this study are 1) to analyze the competitive profile of bottled Oolong tea beverage in bottled tea beverage industry, 2) to determine and analysis the competition intensity of bottled Oolong tea beverage bottled tea beverage industry, 3) to determine and analyze the strategic position of bottled Oolong tea beverage, 4) to determine the priority of alternative strategic. This study used descriptive quantitative method and compiled by strategic planning process which is consisted three stages. First input stage, the analytical tools used are Competitive Profile Matrix (CPM) and Porter’s Five Forces. Second matching stage, the analytical tool used were Strategic Position and Evaluatin (SPACE) Matrix, and third decision stage, used Quantitative Strategic Palnning Matrix (QSPM) as analytical tool.
The result of CPM analysis obtained total score Oolong tea 2.27, Jasmine tea (Pucuk Harum) 3.30, and Grean tea (Ichi Ocha) 3.11, that shown Oolong tea has more less competitive than competitors (Jasmine and Green tea). Result of Porter’s Five forces analysis shown competition intensity in range medium to high. Medium intensity gone to factors rivalry among competing firms, buyers, and supplier, while high intensity gone to substitute products and new entry. Result of SPACE Matrix analysis obtained the vectors is leads to point (-0.87;1.26), its mean the strategic position of Oolong tea is in conservative quadran. This quadran suggested alternative strategies such as market development, product development, market penetration, and diversification concentric. Result of QSPM analysis obtained main priority strategy gone to market penetration, and followed by market development, product development, and diversification concentric
Design Thinking Approach in Designing “Care-Pet” Crowdfunding Platform for Abandoned Cats and Dogs in Indonesia
Abandoned cats and dogs have the right to a decent life. In Indonesia, there are still many abandoned cats and dogs with various conditions that are not good. This research aims to design the right crowdfunding platform that can answer community problems in improving animal welfare. Respondents in this study were pet lovers (cat/dog lovers). Data is obtained by filling out questionnaires in in-depth interviews. The method used in this study is design thinking. This method can solve user-centered problems. The design thinking stages include empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. The results showed that crowdfunding is one solution to solve the problems and challenges faced by the community in caring for abandoned cats/dogs. The design of a verified business model in the form of a crowdfunding platform for abandoned cats and dogs named Care-pet is a solution that can improve animal welfare.

USER EXPERIENCE ANALYSIS OF SMART PHONE USERS IN EXPLORING AND READING NONFICTION BOOKS
Indonesia has a high penetration users of smart phone occupied 4th position behind China, India, and US. The utilization of smart phone should be contributed positive matter to its users, once increasing reading habbit. We argued that so important to user to find some nonfiction books information related to their needs and desires, and high potential platform business model development. This paper aims to map a relation between users experience in exploring and reading of nonfiction books to platform business development opportunities. The study was human centre and qualitative approach, conducted by user experience analysis with empathy mapping canvas and customer journey mapping approach, then conducted mind mapping for synthesis problems as user experiences. The result shown the frequently user problems are lacked of nonfiction books information, lacked of reading motivation, constrained on purchasing or rent the book, lacked of book reading management. By solving those problems should drive to ideate developing platform based human centered design and shown highly potential market platform for special user book reader and generally smart phone users.

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Finally, we show by means of an example that our findings have a high practical relevance.information science;Pearson correlation;cosine;similarity measure;author cocitation analysis
Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more
sophisticated methods
koamabayili/VECTRON-author-checklist: VECTRON author checklist
We have done our best to complete the author checklist relating to the use of animals in the hut study. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
