    This study aims to examine and further analyze the legal reasons that underlie the decision to establish shared parenting as a solution for resolving child custody disputes that were applied by the Gedong Tataan Religious Court judge as stated in his decision number 0334/Pdt.G/2019/ PA.Gdt. Research Results That the context of the parkara which is the object of study in this thesis research stems from the divorce lawsuit and child custody dispute (Haḍānah) filed by "S N bint I" as the Plaintiff against "E R Bin I H" as the Defendant. From the result of their marriage, they were blessed with one child (named RA, aged 4 years and 6 months). In legal considerations the Judge in deciding cases of child custody disputes is based on reasons for the best interests of the child, and in order to prevent a prolonged conflict between the Plaintiff and the Defendant as parents, besides that based on the facts the Judge believes that the Plaintiff and Defendant have the psychological skills to carry out their parenting duties. , and have good ethics and morals, which are expected to be emulated by the children they care for. In addition, the norms that underlie the judge's legal considerations include provisions in the law related to child protection, exercising discretion over the interpretation of the provisions of Article 105 of the KHI as well as the provisions of Islamic law. The legal considerations used by the judge in deciding the a quo case emphasized that child care is not only related to the realization of maintaining offspring (al-nasl), preserving the soul (al-nafs), and reason (al-aql) at the al-dar-riat level, but at the same time also religion (al-din) at the level of al-tahsiniya

    ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang antarmuka pengguna (UI) yang efektif pada prototipe pemesanan kedai kopi Rumiko berbasis mobile microsite, dengan fokus pada peningkatan pengalaman pengguna (UX) dan penerapan prinsip gestalt. Penelitian ini bermanfaat bagi penulis dalam meningkatkan keterampilan dan wawasan, serta menjadi referensi akademis atau ilmiah. Bagi perusahaan, hasil penelitian atau temuan ini dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan dan mendukung strategi promosi. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan buyer persona. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa perancangan prototipe UI/UX dengan menggunakan software figma. Adapun halaman yang tersedia seperti halaman login, beranda, profil, edit profil, riwayat pemesanan, produk, keranjang, pembayaran, dan coffee trivia. Dilihat dari halman yang tersedia dapat dilakukan beberapa flow seperti pemesanan produk dengan pembayarannya, edit profil, melihat riwayat pemesanan, melihat blog kopi atau coffee trivia, dan mengunjungi sosial media (instagram) kedai kopi Rumiko. Berdasarkan hasil dari perancangan prototipe UI/UX pada pemesanan di kedai kopi Rumiko dengan pendekatan gestalt tersebut diharapkan dapat menyelesaikan masalah yang terjadi seperti antrian yang panjang dan tidak tersedianya meja ketika selesai memesan.Kata Kunci: Gestalt, Menu, Mobile Microsite, Pemesanan, Prototipe, UI/UXABSTRACTThis study aims to design an effective user interface (UI) for a mobile microsite- based ordering prototype for Rumiko coffee shop, focusing on enhancing the user experience (UX) and applying gestalt principles. The study benefits the author by improving skills and knowledge, as well as serving as an academic or scientific reference. For the company, the findings of this research can enhance customer satisfaction and support promotional strategies. The research methodology used is qualitative, employing data collection techniques such as interviews, observations, and buyer persona analysis. The results of this study include the design of a UI/UX prototype using Figma software. The available pages include login, homepage, profile, edit profile, order history, products, cart, payment, and coffee trivia. These pages allow for several user flows, such as placing and paying for orders, editing profiles, viewing order history, reading coffee blogs or trivia, and visiting Rumiko coffee shop's social media (Instagram). The UI/UX prototype design for Rumiko coffee shop's ordering system, based on the gestalt approach, is expected to resolve issues like long queues and the unavailability of seating after ordering.Keywords: Gestalt, Menu, Mobile Microsite, Ordering, Prototipe, UI/U
