Inter-region Economic Analysis to Improve Economic Development Maritime In North Maluku Province
The main purpose of this research analyses sector and sub-sector development of chartered investment counsel maritime between regions which is bases sector in sub-province and opportunity of job activity at sub-sector fishery of sub-province in North Maluku with observation PDRB sub-province/town during five years (2009-2013). Then, analyses development policy strategy of chartered investment counsel maritime North Maluku. By using technique analyses LQ, multiplier effect and AHP. The result of analysis shows sub-province Halmahera South and second archipelago Sula of the sub-province that there is sector and sub-sector bases which at most when in comparing to sector and sub-sector bases there is sub-province/town province North Maluku, multiplier effect opportunity of job activity at sub-sector fishery happened in the year 2010 that there is in sub-province/city West Halmahera, South-east Halmahera, East Halmahera North Halmahera, and city of Tidore archipelago’s. In the year of 2013, multiplier effect sub-sector fishery catches there is at sub-province West Halmahera, South Halmahera, and city of Tidore archipelago’s. Development policy strategy of chartered investment counsel maritime human resource, public service, natural resources with fishery & oceanic requirement in making preference for development of chartered investment counsel maritime of North Maluku.

ANALISIS DAN PERANCANGAN UI/UX PADA STARTUP RENOVACTION MENGGUNAKAN METODE USER CENTERED DESIGN
This research aims to find out whether user centered design methods can have a good influence on an analysis and design of user interfaces and user experiences on a website. The author used the user centered design method approach, likert scale and merit webuse scale in this research to find out if the design results that have been worked have become the design needed by the user. The results that have been obtained from this research is getting the final value of likert scale and webuse calculations and the results is Very Agreeable and Excellent, and it can be concluded if the approach method by using user centered design methods in the analysis and design of user interface and user experience can provide excellent results and it can make it easier for users to useing the RenovAction website.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah metode user centered design dapat memberikan pengaruh yang baik terhadap suatu analisis dan perancangan user interface dan user experience pada suatu website. Penulis menggunakan pendekatan metode user centered design, skala likert dan skala merit webuse pada penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bahwa hasil perancangan yang telah dibuat sudah menjadi perancangan yang telah dibutuhkan oleh user. Hasil akhir yang telah diperoleh dari penelitian ini mendapatkan nilai akhir perhitungan skala likert dan webuse adalah Sangat Setuju dan Excellent, dan dapat disimpulkan jika pendekatan dengan menggunakan metode user centered design pada analisis dan perancangan user interface dan user experience dapat memberikan hasil yang sangat baik dan dapat memudahkan pengguna dalam menggunakan website RenovAction
PENERAPAN METODE HILL CLIMBING UNTUK MENDIAGNOSA PENYAKIT GANGGUAN SARAF BERBASIS ANDROID
This research intend to apply Hill Climbing method to system for diagnose nervous disorders by making an application using android programming. In this system there is symptoms of nervous diseases data which the authors get directly from the results of interviews with a neurologist in the place where author doing research. Hill Climbing method is used to look for possible diseases of nervous disorders by observing the symptoms experienced by the user. The results of the implementation of the system by applying Hill Climbing method to diagnose nervous disorders showed that this method can provide the result of temporary diagnosis in the form of early information about the possibility of disease which suffered by the user.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan metode Hill Climbing pada sistem untuk mendiagnosa penyakit gangguan saraf dengan membuat aplikasi menggunakan pemrograman android. Pada sistem ini terdapat data gejala – gejala penyakit saraf yang penulis dapatkan langsung dari hasil wawancara dengan dokter spesialis saraf di tempat penulis melakukan penelitian. Metode Hill Climbing digunakan untuk mencari kemungkinan penyakit saraf dengan memperhatikan gejala-gejala yang dialami oleh pengguna. Hasil dari implementasi sistem dengan menerapkan metode Hill Climbing untuk mendiagnosa penyakit gangguan saraf menunjukkan bahwa metode ini mampu memberikan hasil diagnosa sementara berupa informasi awal mengenai kemungkinan penyakit yang diderita oleh pengguna tersebut

The purpose of this research is to analyze website vulnerabilities to avoid cyber attacks, especially on cross site scripting &sql injection types by applying OWASP Top 10 2017 rules to find security gaps by performing automated scans using ajax spiders after which active scans and manual scans use fuzzer to perform more specific exposures to cross-site scripting (XSS) and SQL injection types. PENGEMBANGAN SISTEM PENDATAAN TAMU UNDANGAN BERBASIS ANDROID MENGGUNAKAN QR CODE PADA EVENT ORGANIZER
At a wedding there is a guest book to fill in so that the party organizers find out who the guests are. The length of filling in the guest book makes the queue quite long. The purpose of this study is to design and build an application system for android guest-based data collection using the QR Code that is used to replace the guest book filling. The research begins by designing ERD and Activity Diagrams. Then it is implemented into two programming languages namely PHP and Kotline and MYSQL database. Based on the results of the study, the author has succeeded in building an android-based guest guest data collection system application using the QR Code.Pada suatu pesta pernikahan terdapat buku tamu untuk diisi agar penyelenggara pesta mengetahui siapa saja tamu yang datang. Lamanya pengisian buku tamu membuat antrian yang cukup panjang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang dan membangun aplikasi sistem pendataan tamu undangan berbasis android menggunakan QR Code yang digunakan untuk mengantikan pengisian buku tamu tesebut. Penelitian diawali dengan merancang ERD dan Activity Diagram. Kemudian diimplementasikan ke dalam dua bahasa pemograman yaitu PHP serta Kotline dan basis data MYSQL.
