Editing is a Happy Marriage, and Divorce is Not an Option!
“A great editor is fundamental to a journal’s health and successâ€. First of all, I would like to present my tribute to leaving editor and the editorial board for providing great contribution to PIMS and SZABMU especially Prof. Dr. Tanwir Khaliq, Prof. Dr. Syeda Batool Mazhar, Prof. Rizwan Aziz Qazi, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Amjad Chaudhry, Dr. Ayesha Isani Majeed and Prof. Dr. Abid Zaheer Farooqi. However, every great editor has to eventually make way for their successor. The transition period between editors can be a complex process, involving contracts, systems, mentoring and above all, careful timing.
It’s never too early to start thinking about transition planning. It can take a year to manage the whole process - recruiting, appointing and handing over to a new editor - and the longer the lead-in time, the more organized the process can be. I am looking for new editors and editorial board from all medical disciplines to continue this great journal

Effect of Alkali Carbonates (Single, Binary, and Ternary) on Doped Ceria: A Composite Electrolyte for Low-Temperature Solid Oxide Fuel Cells
Samarium-doped ceria (SDC) carbonate has become an attractive electrolyte for fuel cells because of its remarkable ion conductivity and high performance. Different doped ceria-carbonate (single-carbonate SDC, binary-carbonate SDC, and ternary-carbonate SDC) electrolytes were synthesized by the coprecipitation/oxalate method, to optimize the electro-chemical performance. The structure; morphology; and thermal, optical, and surface properties have been studied using a variety of techniques. The X-ray diffraction results confirmed the successful incorporation of samarium into ceria as a crystalline structure and inclusion of carbonate, which is amorphous in nature. To analyze the conduction mechanism, direct current conductivity was measured in a H-2/O-2 atmosphere. Doped ceria-binary carbonate ((Li/Na)CO3-SDC) showed the best conductivity of 0.31 S cm(-1) and power density of 617 mW cm(-2), at 600 degrees C. The enhancement in the ionic conductivity and performance of the composites is due to the contribution of hybrid ions (O2-, H+). The crystallite size of the composites was in the range 21-41 nm. For the calculation of band gaps, optical absorption spectra of the synthesized powders were analyzed, and they showed a red shift with the band gap energy in the range 2.6-3.01 eV, when compared to that of pure ceria (3.20 eV)

حدیث نبوی ﷺ کے ماخذ دین اور ماخذ تفسیر ہونے کے حوالے سے غامدی و فراہی مکتب فکر کا نقطہ نظر:تحقیقی جائزہ: THE PERSPECTIVE OF GHAMDI AND FARAHI SCHOOL OF THOUGHT REGARDING THE AS THE SOURCE OF RELIGION AND THE SOURCE OF INTERPRETATION: A RESEARCH OVERVIEW
This research overview explores the Ghamdi and faarahi school of thought's perspective on the Hadith of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ as a source of religion and interpretation. The Ghamdi approach, known for its emphasis on reason and contextualization, is examined in its approach to Hadith interpretation, highlighting its methodological distinctives and theological implications. The overview investigates how the Ghamdi school navigates the relationship between revelation and reason, riwayat and context, and the role of the Prophet's teachings in shaping Islamic doctrine and practice. By providing an in-depth analysis of the Ghamdi and Farahi perspective, this overview aims to tell the people how Ghamdi and Farahi school of thoughts interpret Hadiths
حدیث نبویﷺ کے ماخذ تفسیر ہونے سے متعلق معتزلہ و خوارج کا نقطہ نظر:تحقیقی جائزہ: THE PERSPECTIVE OF MU'TAZILA AND KHAWARIJ REGARDING THE HADITH AS SOURCE OF TAFSEER: A RESEARCH REVIEW
This research review examines the divergent perspectives of Mu'tazila and Khawarij on the interpretation of Hadiths of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). The Mu'tazila school emphasizes reason and context in Hadith interpretation, while the Khawarij approach is characterized by literalism and a focus on the text's apparent meaning. The review analyzes the historical development of these approaches, their methodological differences, and the implications for Islamic theology and practice. By exploring the contrasting views of these two influential schools, this review aims to contribute to a deeper understanding of the complex and multifaceted nature of Hadith interpretation in Islamic thought

This research review examines the official position of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) as depicted in the Quran and Sunnah. The study analyzes the various dimensions of the Prophet's role, including his prophet hood, messenger ship, leadership, and exemplarity, as well as his relationship with the Muslim community. The review surveys the Quranic verses and Hadith reports that highlight the Prophet's authority, wisdom, and compassion, and explores the implications of his leadership for Islamic theology, ethics, and governance. By scrutinizing the scriptural and prophetic traditions, this review aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the Prophet's official position and its significance in shaping Islamic thought and practice
حفاظت ِحدیث ِ نبوی ﷺ:آغاز سے اختتام کاتحقیقی جائزہ: Preservation of the Hadith of the Prophet :ﷺ A Research Review from the Begning to the End
This research review traces the preservation of the Hadith of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ from the earliest period to the present day. The study examines the various methods and mechanisms employed by Muslim scholars and communities to collect, authenticate, and transmit Hadiths, including the roles of the Companions, Successors, and later Hadith scholars. The review analyzes the development of Hadith compilation, criticism, and classification, as well as the impact of historical events and intellectual trends on Hadith preservation. By exploring the meticulous efforts of Muslim scholars over the centuries, this review aims to demonstrate the integrity and reliability of the Hadith tradition, highlighting its significance as a source of Islamic knowledge and guidance
